   Impossible to use. The ads at the top of the page and the small size make it impossible to use on an ipad. This app is just windows version of notes with lots and lots of ads.

   You’re on thin ice. I’ve been using this app for the past six years, and it was great. But I’m noticing a change that implies the start of your downfall. The ads. I was fine with the small banner ads that stayed in the bottom of the page, out of my way. But now when I open the app, a large banner takes up the entire page, preventing me from seeing my notes. There is no reason to do this. Though it seems you are becoming greedy. The app is great otherwise, but fix this. Seriously. It’s not a good look.

   Wanted to like it - error messages and doesn’t work. Doesn’t work. Additionally contacting support isn’t secure. I won’t be using. Would have upgraded but too many red flags even if it worked

   deleted all my notes. app was so good but then it deleted all my notes ??? everything i had is gone now??? it shows for a few seconds but never stays. how do i fix that???

   Ads ruined it. I can’t even read what I wrote the ads are taking over the page and won’t move when you try to. You ruined your app, folks.

   Horrible addition of ads. This was a really great app that allows you to journal by dates and search easily until the edition of ads that take up half the page and cannot be easily removed. Every time you click on the drop-down to remove it it takes you to a website with that advertisement. The button is so small that it’s like they are trying to get you to click on it so that they can get paid by the advertiser. I never write reviews but this time I felt compelled because it’s very obnoxious and unnecessary to take up half of the page.

   Mad now advertising. I use this for notes information I need to keep track of now advertising advertising popping up and I try to get rid of it and instead takes me to the advertising I want my information and notes quickly for my doctors appointments at 75 don’t want advertising looking at using something else is frustrating after 8 years of use

   Pop Up Ads. Pop up ads have ruined this app. I used it for 3 years and thought loved it, but no more. I can’t enter my notes until I have cleared the pop ups, which often automatically redirect to a website. What a train wreck.

   why. went to reread an old entry and the count of all my entries in each year started to drop to zero one by one. every word from 2020 deleted itself and when i refresh, it all comes back for 5 seconds, before it disappears again. tried typing a new note and it deleted itself after refreshing. i would be madder if it weren’t for the fact that a while ago i somehow was able to copy and paste all my entries into my iphone notes app. but why is this glitch EVEN A THING 😭

    Unbearable ads. I’ve been using this app since 2019 and the ads were manageable but now they are so large and difficult to close. I know they are trying to upsell me to premium but I would sooner just switch apps. The massive annoying ads are pushing me away.

    They put ads in my journal. They added ads today, just to charge me $4.99 to “hide” them with their “premium” service which apparently only provides the hidden ads. So now I have journal entries from 2017-2025 on this app. How long will the $4.99 buy me until this app is no longer updated? Or before I have to buy ultra premium to not have ads in my journal? Anybody see Black Mirror episode 8.1? Wish I’d never gotten this app. Prior to today it was fine, very simple, doesn’t let you add pics to entries, but it was fine. Now it’s trash that I definitely don’t recommend to anyone.

    Why the full page ad???. I’ve been using this app for years. But the new update makes no sense. If you make the ad invasive, people will resent the both the product and your app. This isn’t a mobile game—it’s a utility. And when you make your product less useful people will switch to a better one. There’s a dime-a-dozen note apps, and id sooner move all my notes—going all the way to 2021—to another less invasive app than deal with this. Fix it

    Really?. So we doing the full page ads now?? I literally just finished transferring all of my entries from 2016 until now to my iPhone journal app because the full page ads was ridiculous and thank you for giving me the push that I needed to transfer all my entries by hand!!

    It’s just an ad.. I don’t get it. I open the app. See an add. And a message that says “no notes”. But there is no way to add a note. Not button. Typing does nothing. I think I just downloaded an ad. Can’t add a note.

    Horrible update. The latest April update is horrible. There are huge ad pop ups and now I can’t see anything I’m typing, I can’t copy and paste anything and I can’t close out the ad.

    All my notes are gone.. I woke up this morning to all of my notes from the last 2 years of using this app being gone. Nothing in the recently deleted, no way to restore it. I think there was some sort of update that happened, because now you can pay to get “premium” which you couldn’t before. But with that update all of my notes are completely gone. Do not get this app if you value the things you are going to put in it.

    Disappointed. Have been using this app since 2020. I have been dealing with a lot of stuff in my life and by writing it down in this app, helped me over come a lot of darkness and depression that I have been experiencing in my life. I go to write in it today and all of my notes except for 1 entry from 8/7/2024 are gone! No I did not erase or delete them by mistake.. I am just dumbfounded and upset that all of my notes that i have written are no more! Please let me know how I can get them all back!!!

    ALWAYS CRASHES!!!. Infuriating! In a flow, jotting ideas etc. Saving drafts as you go along and bam, crashes repeatedly.

    Privacy Concerns. I would like to know if this app is sharing the contents of users’ journal entries with third-party data providers. If purchasing the app to remove ads also stops sharing of personal data with third parties, I would like to do so. Otherwise, I will delete the app.

    Beware of fraudulent transactions if you install this app. Within minutes of installing this “free” app two fraudulent transactions were made to the credit card your app process required. Shame on you!

    Support? Nonexistent. I downloaded this app to transition from a hard copy to a digital way of journaling. I spent HOURS transferring my entries thinking I was doing good. Then, all of a sudden, no entries to be found. Over 300 to be exact. Lost. I contacted the support line, explained my situation, and have not received any feedback whatsoever. Stupid me had tossed the hard copies. Thoughts gone forever. The entries after the “crash” won’t pull up either. There were 83 of them. I do not recommend. I know there has to be a way of getting these entries back. Nothing is truly lost in cyber space.

    Adds in no way to transfer notes. Mac journal disappeared so I was looking for a substitute. This app is annoying in that while it is a basic note taker there’s no way to email or copy or send the notes to another location very disappointed

    deleted everything after years of use. i have been using this app for so so long. and i had 2 years worth of entries. and today i opened it and it said “no notes”. and this isn’t a new phone, i didn’t manually delete them? it’s very upsetting because i had so much written, and no everything’s gone out of no where for no reason.
