   Ads. In an app I must use to control devices I paid for.. Pathetic. I will never buy another product from VeSync. Too bad, because they aren’t horrible. But ads in my control dashboard? No.

   Confusing app!. App sucks. Not navigable all the “screens “look the same. “purchase “ buttons in the app are ridiculous. Iwant to purchase an item, I’ll go online and buy one. Trying to sell me something while I’m trying to navigate my current item is not cool. Revamp this entire thing.

   Nearly a HALF GIGABYTE of BLOAT and GROWING. 449.4 (now 465.5…) megabytes for an app that controls a kettle over bluetooth… Unacceptable.

   Defective. Just bought a Levoit 200s specifically for its connectivity function via this app but I cannot create an account. I’ve been trying for two days. I have a serious medical condition that requires constant management and I need connectivity to assist. Disappointed.

   New Update IS BUGGY!. App has been really great, now I can’t get it to sync up with the scale! It worked the first time today when it didn’t sense anything but weight. The next two times it did sense everything it said I was able to save those records but it didn’t work for those. So, all I have for today is the first record with weight only.

    Didn’t buy the hardware to put ads on my phone. So tired of good products pushing ads. I just want a product that works. Hardware is great but this app constantly bombards me with promotions anytime I open it up. Didn’t pay for this, won’t buy another device from this company.

    Scale doesn’t work as advertised. This scale has never gotten any of my biometrics. Use with clean bare feet right after shower, nothing. Settings are correct. Tried using mfg contact form server error. Scale does weigh me but that’s it. Would not recommend.

    Lousy support. First the 800 number no longer works. Same for chat. Manual is primitive and unhelpful. They will hnot talk to you but want you to email and they take 48 hours to respond, for each step in the debugging process. Arghh! I have a hard time believing that all these positive reviews aren’t faked. Update: they claim no chat or phone support is available in ‘certain areas’. I live in Texas! The phone message states they are in training until January 27. A month ago. Do you believe them?

    To many notifications. Apps has way to many little popups and alerts for an app that is nothing more then to manage a fan.

    Buttons stopped working. After the last couple updates, I would have to close and reopen the app to be able to press any buttons. And it is getting worse to the point to where the only button that works is the settings buttons at the top right.

    App requires internet to act as remote control for the humidifier. This app requires INTERNET to act as a remote control for the humidifier. Cannot work within the local network. I need this app to fine-tune the threshold for when the humidifier turns off under medium settings it’s on the machine, but I need the app with Internet access to talk to this thing because complicated panels have been replaced by apps that need Internet. There’s literally no place on earth that I could think why I need to control a home humidifier when I’m traveling. It’s a humidifier. This is a remote control. Why this app can’t just control within the local network baffles me… well I know why it’s monetization of data, and other shady things.

    New firmware and update. They put our a new firmware and update and now my app doesn’t work at all with my purifier. I’ve done everything to troubleshoot and still won’t even connect now. So annoying

    Can't choose my device when VoiceOver is on.. This used to be a great app until this version, for those of us with visual impairments who have to use VoiceOver. Now, I can't even choose my device so that I can cook my lunch, or dinner for my family if using the rotisserie, or anything else. Thanks for taking away our independence!

    Not a good Update. I just downloaded the update this morning January 29, 2026. And it does not give me nothing but the BMI and my weight now. This update was not a good update for me. Please undo whatever you guys has done.
