   Frustrating set up. I just want to scan some food before I buy it but this app has me go through a questionnaire with questions including age, A1C, where I do my shopping, etc. I just want to see if this app is helpful in tracking what I eat. I don’t want all the other stuff it is asking me to provide

   Not impressed. So far I am not impressed with this app. I can’t get the barcode scanner to work. Some of the items I put in the search bar don’t show up. I don’t see how I can put in serving sizes. It just isn’t very helpful.

   Awful app. Don’t waste your money on this app. When and IF it does work, it gives you wrong information. I put in Pringle’s chips in the search and it rates it as good. Well, we all know that is incorrect. “Yuka” is a much better app and the free version is awesome

   Glitchy. When the app works I really like the results it gives on which foods are healthier. However, on several occasions I have had to use a different app as my GoCoCo app has given me connectivity errors on many occasions.

    Takes money before payment date. This is an OK app but beware that your monthly or yearly subscription will be taken out days before it’s due so if you want to cancel, you need to make sure you do it several days before

    0 stars: this app is so bad, I’m worried for people who actually follow it!. This said my chicken noodle soup had 2grams of sugar and it was “too much”, although a Lara bar that has 38 grams of sugar is rated 10/10.. please don’t waste your money!

    Useless. I have an iPhone 17Pro Max. Whenever I attempt to photograph the food item in question, the app closes instead. I have sent multiple reports to support to no avail. At this time I can only give the app one star and support zero. Save your money. My camera is turned on for the app in settings.

    Didn’t warn me when free trial was over. I thought I’d give the app a try through their week free trial. I know I should have cancelled right away because they renewed me for a year long subscription for $69. They didn’t give me a warning like they said they would.

    Horrible App. The app will not open it just sits on the green GoCoco screen. I have deleted it and redownloaded and also done the update. Don’t waste your time.

    Starvation Diet. Scanned about 50 different low carb, low sugar, gluten free health foods and according to this app, the only “healthy” foods that my 11 year old type 1 daughter could eat without spiking her blood sugar is sugar free applesauce and carrot sticks. Unless you’re going on a raw foods diet, this app is utterly useless.

    GoCoCo Food Tracker👎. Trial not working properly. Scans a water bottle 3 feet away from the food item bar code I’m trying to scan. So far it’s a No Go for CoCo. I only hope they allow cancellation of trial properly.

    Poor Accessibility Features. If you are on an iPhone and have your fonts enlarged due to poor visions, this app is not for you. You will not be able to see features on some screens and will not be able to scan bar codes at all, since the splash screen does not scroll and you’ll not be able to get to the button to close it to you can scan.

    Totally fake. Ok, so I’m diabetic and I decided to test this app with food that I can eat and food that doesn’t spike my blood sugar. Most of my healthy food ( minimum processed) was rated 1 or 2 out of 10…. Curious… On the other hand, they advise for me the Barilla Pasta ! Probably one of the worst food for a diabetic… it’s a joke! When you look at the profile of the founders, they all came from marketing and they advertise they partnered with “leading food company” which is, one time again, a joke. Nothing serious in this app, just a way to make money with misinformation. If you have diabetes, stay away from this app!

    Terrible.. I scanned household items (katsup, cranberry sauce both names brands). I kept getting an error message. When I hit the ok button, the screen kept flashing. I deleted the app after installing for 5 minutes. Terrible app

    Unable to install. I couldn’t get past the setup. It failed at the barcode step. I deleted the app and tried again but it didn’t help. The app would just blink on and off until I forced it to shut down. Hopefully, I really is 7 days free and I will get a refund.
