   HORRIBLE - DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. The lure you in with free/affordable subscription model. Then make it very hard to cancel subscription and increase price to outrageous amount. Total Scam!! Do NOT waste your money on this complete scam! Horrible customer service.

   Numbers are lies. I did a keto diet and wanted to get back into it. To see if it was giving accurate numbers I put my fridge ingredients as chicken, peas, corn, green beans, cheese, milk, eggs, potatoes, rice, broth. It gave me a recipe with 2 cups of rice and said it was only .61 ounces carb. Thats a total lie. Then it gave me a potato dish with 2 russet potatoes and said .16ounces carb. Again a huge lie! Do not waste your money on this!!!!

   Impossible to Cancel. Beware this app won’t let you cancel your subscription!! I followed the steps by emailing the email they have stated twice now and have gotten no response. I’m going to have to report a fraud claim to my card to get it removed. Terribly annoying and unclear policies. Do not use this app!!

   Service not as described. There are so many things wrong with this app. For me it is very useless. There are also incorrect nutritional values. The app review page advertises use of calories and g (for macros) but the app uses kcal (not the same as calories) and oz. When adding your own custom food there’s no way to use decimal points for oz. Some recipes have incorrect nutritional values. 262 calories (or kcal) for 1 1/2 lbs of broccoli and 6 garlic cloves. This “meal” is listed as only 1 serving to which you can’t log less than 1 serving in your food diary. The AI recipe generator spits out recipes that require you to buy more of what you already have. I had 1 medium sweet potato and the recipe wanted me to get two large sweet potatoes. Sure I can do some calculating of my own by isn’t this app supposed to cut down on that exact inconvenience? The grocery list tool only makes a list for a few preselected meals it gives you. You can’t swap out for your AI generated meals, custom meals, or other meals within the app having some sanity when it comes to listed nutritional content. I can’t even add my own custom food because the fields are in kcal and oz. 10g of protein requires a decimal point in ounces. The 30-day money back guarantee is a scam. The fine print says they only process a refund if you don’t see results. Who is seeing results in 30-days? 90 days seems more reasonable. You can’t process a refund because you don’t like the app but this is way far beyond “not liking” the app. It’s unusable for me. All of these issues would be tolerable if I had the option to get my money back. More people would be inclined to give your app a try and give USEFUL feedback rather than critically berate it if you weren’t a predatory developer.

    Do not download. This app is not free . They have a subscription that is difficult to cancel and doesn’t show up in your Apple subscriptions . If they wished to improve this app they would add it to Apple subscriptions and make it easy to subscribe and cancel. Download at your own risk .

    Does Not Let You Cancel.. I never subscribed for a monthly subscription and I am getting charged with out having a subscription in my account with Mean Mentor. They are charging me with out me having a subscription or using the app. And they don’t make it accessible to delete your data or view or cancel subscriptions.

    Beware Impossible to Cancel Subscription. I followed the developer’s instructions to cancel by email three separate times and never received a single response. Despite my repeated requests, they continued to charge my card month after month. The only way I was able to stop it was by filing a fraud claim with my credit card company. This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. I’ve reported the app to Apple and requested it be removed from the App Store. Think twice before subscribing.

    Hidden Subscription. You might wanna read all the information about this app before you download it. When I downloaded this app it didn’t say anything about subscription I only paid a one time payment of $15 for the meal plan but they were trying to charge me for $35.98 I’ve called my bank and I was told that it was a hidden subscription.

    Misleading. Absolutely the worst app I’ve downloaded. it serves no purpose. They charge you literally $38.95 a month which is absolutely ridiculous. There is absolutely nowhere on the app to cancel, nor can you cancel the subscription in your iTunes subscriptions. I had to literally email them for them to discontinue. Which is why I say misleading. It doesn’t say anywhere inside the app that your account is active nor is it inactive. Also, they don’t refund your money whatsoever so I paid almost $80 for an app that is useless to me now that I’ve canceled.

    SCAM. I purchased this for meal planning thinking I’d be able to get a refund if it wasn’t up to par- a guarantee is part of their advertisement. After paying $60, I start looking at the meals, they are missing main ingredients, many recipes don’t tell you how much of each ingredient to put in, no portion sizes, no calories or macro info. It’s not possible to count your macros with this app or even make the meals. So I go for my refund and sure enough, it’s not possible to get one without “making each meal and taking photographs.” Again, hard to make the meals when the recipes aren’t complete. Absolute scam.

    Charged Account. Since have canceled subscription a while ago, but was still charged 3mos later. Subscription no longer shows on Apple account subscriptions. I haven’t used the app that’s why I canceled before the trial period ended. I have no other way to check the cancellation because it no longer shows on my account. I WANT A REFUND!

    It’s a scam. Do not give them your money and card information AT ALL. I feel foolish for not doing my research before paying for this service which, by the way, was being promoted on the web as a one-time payment for a 30-day trial meal plan. It was not stated clearly on the checkout page that I would be charged recurrently after 30 days, at all. So I tried to cancel through the app, and oh color me shocked! no way to cancel in the app, you have to email to request cancellation. This is a clear violation of the FTC click to cancel act requiring a clear and simple way to unsubscribe with a click instead of having to jump through all these hoops, which is super anti-consumer and shows they don’t want to provide value, they want to take your money. I won’t even get into all the bugs and problems with the app itself. Do not download this. There are plenty of better options!

    scam. i made an account first through google and paid for my subscription. in order to view my meal plan and what not i had to download the app and log in. i downloaded the app and input my email to log in and it said account not found… can’t get ahold of customer support and was already charged!

    Scam. This place is running a real racket. They offer a subscription service, and if you’re fool enough to sign up for it, give you no way of identifying that you’ve subscribed. They require you to email a cancellation request 24 hrs prior to your next subscription charge, but if you have no idea that you even have a subscription with them, that stipulation sets you up to fail. They care more about taking your money than offering you a service you truly benefit from.

    Doesn’t even work. Wanted to try this out since it gives a grocery list but it’s super limited and can only import a days worth of groceries. This app is junk and wasted 26 dollars on a 12 week plan. It also keeps changing my goal weight and current weight. Sometime I’m 85 lbs and others I’m 650 lbs. thanks for taking my money
