   It won’t let me cancel my free subscription!!. Hello! I had downloaded the app for the help of losing weight and eating healthy! But I noticed I wouldn’t use it so I had unsubscribe the subscription but when I did it still says it’s active and won’t let me download anything until it is inactive. I’m in need of help right now! I have also paid the $30 dollars that I didn’t want to pay for!

   Bad app.. Sorry for any grammar mistakes I am not very good with English. I downloaded this app because I got an ad on TikTok of it and I wanted to see what it was like. I skipped through all of the starting screens and read the terms and conditions I got a screen that told me that there would be a free trial and I accepted it. It said it would be two dollars or something a week and it will be 29 a month. so I decided to accept it. I barely even use the app after this. I forgot I had it because whenever I tried to use it it was hard to use it wasn’t that good so I just decided to stop using it, but I forgot I had a subscription because it kept telling me to buy more things for the app so I thought I had it for free until it made me buy the subscription. Three days later I know it was a three day free policy, but when I press the free trial thing, it told me it was 299 a week so I decided to do that like I said three days later and it gives me a notification on my Cash app that I had just gotten some money. I have $50 but when I tried to order something off of Amazon it declined from insufficient funds so I checked my Cash app and it says that Apple took 30 something dollars away from me so I looked through my Apple purchase records to see what it was and it was this dang app that took the money! Like any other times, I forgot I had a subscription and tried to get my money back like a refund. I did what I did because I thought it would give me a refund but I was wrong! They were refused my refund request, even though I told him that I forgot to have the subscription which on Apple is a valid response to get a refund they denied my refund request. That money was the last money I had. I tried to get a refund twice, but it did not let me they kept on declining my request to get a refund and now I have no money until next month. 30 something dollars is not that good for an app. I didn’t even use. I used it for one day and then I thought I cancel my subscription, but apparently I didn’t and so now I am out of the money I had for this whole month because of some lousy app that I didn’t even work right. Thanks a lot!! I wish I could give this a zero but I can’t so I give it a one!!!

   Use to be great.. I loved this app. Helped me loose over 100lbs. Recently it was having lagging issues. I deleted it and reinstalled to see if that helped. Well now it won’t let me log back in without paying for premium. Such a bummer.

    Subscription problems. I’m genuinely dissatisfied from this app entirely considering there isn’t even a free option. Second, even if you only want to be subscribed to this for a short time and cancel your stuck with this stupid app for a year and you can’t even get out of it. I also want my card information out of your system because it is interfering with me making other purchases for other apps or even free apps. You all need better ways of communication than just “visit our website” because problems deserve direct conversation with instead of an alternative method of dealing with problems.

    Diet and food tracker. I’m giving it a one star because I feel like every tracker to either gain weight or lose weight. You have to pay money before you can use the app which I think in my opinion is dumb because some people don’t even have money but they want to eat healthy as in gain weight or lose weight

    No Free Option Available. I wouldn’t get this app unless you want to pay $7.99 per WEEK for a food tracking app. The app waits for you to submit all your personal information, and then lets you know that your only option to use this app is to start a 3 Day Free Trial, and then $7.99 a week following. In the ‘fine print’ it also specifies that you much cancel this forced 3 day trial at least 24 hours prior to the end of your trial. So basically, you actually have a 48 hour free trial. There’s no way that they don’t pay for those AI bots that leave fake reviews to boost their ratings. I can’t convince myself that this app has actually been given a real overall 4 star rating. They would get a lot more long term users if they offered a free version. I do like the design and functionality of this app. But I’m not going to pay over $30 a month for this app when there’s plenty more affordable (and even free) options that offer the same features in a different style. I would rather take the time to monitor my progress, weight, and nutrients/cal intake on pencil and paper before I would pay $30 a month for this product. This company seems greedy and untrustworthy. I was immediately turned off by it, canceled the forced trial, and deleted the app. I know that it was likely some ‘big-wig’ in the company that decided on the price of the subscription. But to the average consumer, 30 something dollars every month for this subscription and what it offers is quite hefty. Yikes !

    mandatory “free trial”. i tried to use this app but i got blocked with a free trial screen that doesnt have any way to skip or bypass. if its going to make you pay to use, might as well pay to download so people know.

    Honestly WAS an amazing app.. Ive been using this app for a couple weeks and honestly I did help me, but honestly I’m close to just deleting the app, I loved the old design, it was clean easy to read and wasn’t as cliche as it is now. The little icons look cheap and low quality, I don’t mind so much the new calorie tracker telling you how many calories you have left but still I hate it. I’m glad I hadn’t bought the yearly premium yet. This has really ruined my app experience and I’ve been starting to look into other apps, not only does the app not look well anymore, when adding items to your food you can’t see what you added, nor can you select items to add, like if I had a full meal like chicken rice with beans and potatoes, I used to be able to select each one and then add them all together, but now you can only add item by item and it’s honestly kind of annoying, it’s making me not want to track anymore, I know it’s small and it’s only an extra few clicks but it just doesn’t work for me, it’s just so tedious now.

    Can’t get past the payment screen to even try the app out. Other reviews say the same.. I noticed other people saying they couldn’t get past the payment screen and I’m experiencing the same thing. No way to X out of it. I also noticed that the company replies the same generic message instead of being helpful. “Oh well the app has different features blah blah” how am I supposed to know that when you’re already asking me for CC info and I haven’t even used or seen the app after the questionnaire??

    Eh. It seems good but I hate the concept of what they do with it. Advertise an app to assist you and to help you but they want you to pay for it. Pay to receive help. Instead of making a helpful app just because. It’s always about money with apps these days. Pay to win, pay to receive help, pay for something as simple as a tracker. It’s ridiculous and money hungry.

    My opinion. Ok so i really thought this app was a great way to loss weight and make me feel better about my body and self and I was so happy to try it out! But it WAS NOT FREE AT ALL! Why promote this app for people to see and make it not free I was very disappointed.

    You have to pay. It wants you to do a free trail but you have to pay you can’t even go to the home page without paying. They Make you pay like you can’t even do anything anymore for free you have to pay for every little thing. I’m not happy with this.

    Free option would be nice. Having a free option (not just free 3 day trial ) would be very nice. Or atleast let people know they have to pay before having them set up and answer all the questions! What a waste of time to do that when i cant pay!!!
