   Worst app ever , they stole my money. I accidentally subscribed to one year unlimited subscription , and I immediately cancelled the subscription, then I called apple to request a refund, 2 weeks later they said that the app rejected the refund , this kept happening until the subscription ended after a whole year , and I still didn’t receive my money back

   Don’t download this app. I downloaded this app because it looked interesting. It looked like there was a free version with the option to unlock functions with in-app purchases. When the app starts it takes you through 15-20 questions and then immediately takes you to a pay screen with an option for a brief free trial. I had no intention on paying for a subscription so I immediately closed and deleted the app without choosing options. Three days later I got billed for a year subscription. I never chose this and Apple says it’s not eligible for a refund. The app may work well. I’m not sure because I never used it and never even saw the user interface screen. It’s a really unfair business practice and unfair for Apple to allow this to happen. It’s just a sneaky trick to grab your money. Now I’m stuck with a nonrefundable app that I never even used. Total garbage and totally unfair. Just a one star scam.

   Don’t waste your money. First of all the fact that they don’t have a free trial is ridiculous. They claim you’ll lose 4 lbs in a month but I gained weight using this! Their calculations are way off, for example I used this on Belvita bites and they clocked it as more than twice as many calories.

   Scam. Paid for the “year” which turned out to only be 30 days. Support responds once and then ghosts you. Requested a refund and was told it would be escalated. It’s been several months and still nothing. App wouldn’t even keep my personal info/details saved in the app I would have to upload my personal info everyday. It’s trash don’t do it save your money!

   Shady subscription practices. Be careful when signing up. The app uses subscription flows that can easily lead to unintentional purchases, and I felt the refund policy was not made sufficiently clear during checkout. What was particularly frustrating is that refunds appear to be handled differently depending on whether you subscribed through the App Store or directly through the app. I contacted support immediately after noticing the charge and had barely used the service, but no exception was made. Disappointed.

    Don’t download!. I tried the free trial and canceled the day prior to the expiration date of the free trial but was changed anyway. I tried getting a refund and the vendor “cant finch my account” even tho I sent them my username/email. I tried submitting a refund to the App Store and I was denied a refund even tho I have proof I ended my subscription prior to the trial end date. Do not give them your payment information!

    Don’t waste money. This app is not very good. It does not provide many foods when searching options on the list. It doesn’t save foods correctly. It doesn’t calculate the correct calorie intake of some foods. I have used another APP called Loose It and lost 80 pounds using it. This one I am just holding my ground because of the in accuracy. I am still trying to use it since I paid for it. I suggest “ Loose It” APP for better results and more user friendly.

    Long Onboarding. You don’t need 120 pages in your onboarding. It took me 10 minutes and i still didn’t get to the main screen. Deleted app immediately.

    How did this make it to App Store ??. This app is a complete gimmick. The scan is rarely accurate. It completely butchers and overshoots all macros and calories. Like what the point of even having this feature? Apps like this just need to be removed from the App Store. Do not trust the results it gives you.

    Locked out for 2 months. One day mysteriously, I was logged out of my account. Any future attempts to try to log back in were unsuccessful. I reached out to the company over two months ago and the situation is still not resolved. I keep getting emails telling me that they’re escalating the problem, but nothing has changed. Now they are dragging their feet at giving me a refund. Terrible customer service that is obviously an AI bot.

    No help (Scam). Purchased a year subscription, everything was working fine for 1 month then it stopped and told me that I no longer had a subscription associated with the account. Reached out to support via email and have gotten no remedy or response recently. Just looking for a refund or to get the app working again. And they haven’t been helpful. Very bad experience

    Does not work.. Wasted 5 minutes setting this up and it will not progress to the subscription. “We want you to try for free.” But it gives a blank for the trial period so you don’t know how long and then doesn’t let you progress. The blue button is dead. I tried twice, going back to my fitness pal.

    Do not try unless you want to buy. Was told I could cancel after a trial. Was not informed when it was over (push notification?) and was charged even though I cancelled the day my credit card company notified me. Have tried everything to get a refund-no way. I now own a year and this app does not work for me. Kept getting my food wrong from photos-unhelpful and cumbersome.

    Wait till end to say they charge money. I just can’t stand when something says it’s free you download it. You put all your information in and the very end after your trial you will be charged. Why can’t apps just be honest upfront so we don’t waste our time!

    Was ok the first day. The more I use the app the more inaccurate it seems to be when counting calories. The ai feature is awful. Gets most things wrong has to be corrected. Wants you to retake pictures because it couldn’t detect food after you already added or mixed the food/ingredients to what you were making. Not worth at all.
