   Not recommended. This is one of the worst calorie apps I’ve used. The bar code scanning is excellent. Photographs are hit or miss. You can’t type in data, you have to say it. The recipes are dreadful. For example 24oz of salmon for one serving, and 4 chicken breasts for one serving. Which is a shame because some of them look good. Finally, the AI is the most annoying creation in the universe, and you can’t shut it off. AND, the AI was the reason I was drawn to it. I don’t recommend this app. at all. I bought it to make life easier, not harder. You’re not supposed to have to double and triple check everything. I’m just sorry I paid for a year.

    Not happy. I just started but they had this pop up message says there is a special. I did not want to do it but then I could not access my log screen. I finally click on it any it charged me another $21.64 for subscription which I just paid 38.96 9 hours ago. When I sent an email to ask to cancel. I received an failed to send returned alert email said the email account listed is not available. There is no other way to contact them. I don't know if anyone else had this problem before? Thank you!

    Unresponsive support. There are numerous problems with this app and I will probably cancel my subscription. One must constantly monitor the portion size that a photo selects. It will give a count of 400 cal but that is for five items and I’m only eating one. One must therefore constantly monitor The input. The step count and calorie burn also does not match what is on my Apple Watch. The two do not seem to sync properly. I have contacted support but never received a response. I don’t even know if they got the email. I’m not really sure this is worth it.

    scammers & content thieves. I had a brand deal with calocare where I was supposed to make a video for them and they had to pay me, they posted my video twice without ever paying me, they have ignored all my emails and messages to take the video down and refuse to respond to me. i recommend toNOT engage with this brand at all.

    Substandard product. The APP does not come even close to their advertisement. The APP only recognizes a small number of the food items that were scanned. It could not identify lemon chicken or grilled eggplant for example. The APP’s bar code scanner only recognizes a small portion of the bar codes. It recognizes no international product bar codes. You will need type in the food name and hope it finds. I cannot recommend this product especially considering it’s cost.

    Not yet ready for prime time. I’m trying to cancel because my turkey bacon came up as corned beef with over 600 calories. None of my food came up right. The app has promise, but it needs work. Please cancel my subscription.

    Jerry. I share the same complaint about not being able to adjust the portion size, the bread I eat has 45 cal per slice but the app only shows two slices for 90. I have only had the app for about 30 minutes and I found it’s going to be an issue tracking the correct nutritional amounts because of the portion size.. I weigh everything and assume that there would be selection for ounce or Grams.

    Needs A Trial. Not free, like most apps you put it your info and when you get to the end you need to pay monthly or annually. Not expensive but I did not sign up after seeing a few reviews that picture did not work.

    Not Accurate. I canceled my subscription before it even ended. You are unable to adjust any of the amounts of food. Example if I only ate half the can of tuna it will only allow you to say you ate the whole can. I found myself cutting the servings in half, but was unable to adjust my food intake when inputting into my caloric intake. And this left my calories being displayed inaccurate. My other gripe is that I wish the app would breakdown what foods are giving you the carbohydrates and fat etc. instead, it just compiles them all together and you don’t know what foods are causing high carbohydrates for instance. There are way better apps out there to use.
