   Can’t use for free. The app won’t let me do anything without paying. I thought there was a free version that just didn’t have all of the premium features. I already for enough subscription services and apps. This is getting ridiculous

   App makes u use pro Mode WOST CALORIE APP EVER. I hate this app because it doesn’t let me use it unless I use the pro version of the app. I can’t even find the decline button anywhere.

   Pay to use. Wouldnt let me use the app with out paying for plus anr when i tried the FREE week trial it still took money out of my account that i do not have very scammy and AI

   Calories and macros way off. I was excited to use this app since it integrates with the step counter, but it’s consistently way off in the info it provides. I’ve had to look up and correct every single entry. The only thing it got right was a boiled egg. If I’m going to be looking up every single entry, why am I using an app?

   Scam. “Free Trial” charged me for a full year upfront. I just wanted to give it a try for a day or two before I committed, but got charged immediately. The app could be fantastic, but if they’re gonna pull this BS, I won’t stick around.

    Scam!!!!!!! Forces you to get free trial and isn’t even accurate. When I first had this app everything was free on there, or the majority of the features were. Now they want to charge for what they are literally advertising for????? How can you call yourself an AI calorie tracker and force people to subscribe to use that feature. Get a goddamn grip.

    Used to be a good app. But now they only let you log 5 total items… not meals… but items. It’s ridiculous and impossible to use without paying. Get a different app. Half the time you have to recalculate the calories once the AI messes up. It’s very inconsistent.

    Doesn’t synch between devices..Deal breaker for me. I have the paid version installed on both iPhone and iPad but entries don’t synch so have to enter on each device individually, which is a deal breaker for me. With other apps I’ve been able to enter on one device and the other updates automatically. I have both devices synched with Apple health but that doesn’t resolve the issue either.

    Wildly inaccurate. What is the point of a calorie tracker what doesn’t accurately track calories. I never expect perfection, but when it’s 10-15 grams of protein off them what’s the point. How can you be that wrong when you’re only tracking macros.

    Useless app and Terrible costumer service. This app literally a trash. Do not recommend. Features are not good. Just use your smart watch app. Also, After the trial period they automatically charged me for one year subscription. In hours I called them and told them to cancel membership and refund my money. They refused. They were very rude and costumer agents were careless.

    Will not let me adjust. Stubbornly insists that my protein shake has 375 kcal when it has only 150, also ridiculous amount of carbs and won’t let me adjust to 7 which is what it had

    Not the best. I have to change the calories on every input. I’ve even taken picture of the nutrients where it says how many calories and it still inputs in incorrectly.

    Inaccurate. Horrible, I even typed the brand for the protien powder and it still get the macros wrong. Chat gpt works better in my opinion

    Not sure how accurate this is. It gives me crazy nutrition facts that don’t match the food at all

    Could be better. I enjoy other app by this company but this one isn’t up to them. I like how I can describe the food but I wish I could just have quick add calories. Also a widget would be useful to be able to track my calories better.

    I don’t think it’s very accurate. I can ask the same food three different ways. I get three different answers.

    hi i have a few issues. the app needs a database for foods like the app lose it and should not rely on ai to track foods. it is inaccurate and could lead to users not meeting their goals!

    PLS HELP!!. So I got a free trial apparently and after the 7 days were done It advertised me for another free trial and I clicked on it and it did a one year trial and now the “free trial” turned into a pending purchase which is 30 bucks… please help because I can’t even download other apps because of this
