   Horrible!!. I tried using it but it wouldn’t even let me work in I thought my WiFi was bad but it was just the app! Developers please fix this!

   Can’t even use. I’ve used this app many times in the past and is my favorite workout app I know. I decided to come back to it and now it won’t even let me log in, or even create a new account. I’ve tried over multiple days to log in yet it won’t let me. I’m very disappointed as I love this app and reading the reviews it seems others have also started to have bad experiences. I mean the last update was 2 years ago. I’m very disappointed and I just wish it was like it was before, and I was able to log in.

   Bring it back!!!. I finally wanted to start paying for the plus, but now I can’t even subscribe? Don’t let this amazing app go, please. I looked at the new app, but I’m not interested (Withings). This is the only app I’ll use for health. I’m so annoyed.

   Subscription. I’ve been using this app now for three years. My credit card expired a couple weeks ago. I have tried to sign up for the annual subscription and have been unable to. Because I was in the middle of a week I signed up for 24 99 a month and that is unacceptable. My subscription has expired again and I have tried again. To sign up for an annual membership and it will not allow me to select that option. I have tried to use the help and create a ticket can’t do that either from the app. At this point, I’m so frustrated. I probably try a different app. I really enjoyed using 8fit and I recommended it to a lot of my friends. But I don’t know what to do going forward. The app itself is great but Support leaves a lot to be desired.

   My Data was breached. This app is not secure. My info was breached on Oct 28, 2019. My info spread into the dark web.

    DATA BREACH!!!. I downloaded this app several years ago, made an account but never used it. I decided to do an antivirus scan on my lap top and received warnings for data breaches. I just found out that in 2022, my information, full name, email, phone number were on the dark web!

    Cancelled subscription keeps getting charged. I joined the subscription about 6-7 years ago and I have continually been charged after cancelling MULTIPLE TIMES. I only used it the first year, then cancelled it. I have been repeatedly charged and have repeated cancelled it for years. This is unacceptable. I haven’t had the app downloaded in years. I’ve cancelled through 8fit and through my Apple subscription section multiple times. I would like a refund and for you to stop charging me.

    DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I had this app over five years ago and found out they are still charging me for it. I have tried cancelling many times and they always say it’s canceled but then I see a charge a year later. They will scam you.

    App is average. Customer support is awful. I emailed them to get support over an app bug that kept happening for multiple day, about two weeks ago, I still haven’t gotten an email back.

    Thief company. DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT. THEY AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP $79.99 is TAKEN YOUR ACCOUNT! THEY DONT EVEN TELL YOU THEY SIGNED AUTOMATICALLY! They have terrible costomer service and they dont refund your money. They are awful set up outside of the USA. I ASKED RETURN MY MONEY on April 14 they said too late we renewed on the 8 th. I did not even realized they charged last years as well. I got this answer below! IF YOU DONT WANT WASTE YOUR MONEY DONT GET THIS APP! This is their answer! “ To clarify, this yearly subscription was created on 8 April 2020. When users subscribe to this they agree to an automatic renewal of the subscription. Therefore, you were charged as your automatic renewal hadn't been canceled. Unfortunately, we won't be able to process a refund because the cancellation was not requested in time. Your renewal date: 8 April 2022 Your refund request date: 14 April 2022 I can confirm that we received your cancellation request today, so your subscription has been canceled, and you won't be charged again.     Bunch of thieves. If you don’t cancel in time you won’t get a refund. They won’t send you a renewal notice they’ll simply take your money. Better apps out there with FAR better customer service. This company has absolutely none.

    Scam garbage. I downloaded the trial to this app. I tried it out and didn’t like it. I even tried to contact support without any luck. I even canceled the subscription before the trial was over but I still got charged. I contacted apple and they confirmed that I canceled the subscription. But when I tried to dispute the charge the bank refused to do anything even though I canceled the subscription before the trial date. This app is trash and does not work and once you give them your card number they will keep on charging you over and over for a garbage app. The only way to get them to stop is to cancel your card. Do not ever give them your card number ever. These thieves will steal as much money as possible from you.

    Seemed nice… until the price. I was very much interested in giving this a shot. My thought was I’d purchase for a month and see how it goes. But 25 dollars for one month is way more than I would pay for an app based program. Gym memberships can be cheaper!
