   Sign in. The Authenticator does not work. The whole sign in keeps going back and forth and never letting me onto my account.

   What the heck?. I don’t know what’s been going on with last pass lately but it used to be I could be logged in on my phone, personal computer, and work computer and I wouldn’t have to re-login every time I moved from one to the other but now that seems to be the case and sometimes it seems my password stopped working suddenly and I updated and then it won’t be accepted on the other machine. The fact that there’s no real time customer support even though I’m paying for premium irks me as well.

   Impossible to sync between devices. Almost impossible to login on mobile or secondary device, app asks if you’re logging in and to accept, then the laptop asks for a code that disappears when you accept the login.

   Clunky - Not Intuitive. Syncing across devices takes days - literally. Adding accounts is cumbersome and often lost due to multiple device syncing. Use flow on authenticator is not intuitive and is not part of an ecosystem

   Going backwards. The application, LastPass, is making “improvements” which are making the application appear to be less efficient and more aggravating. The application is becoming a bigger pain in the &&&& than the problems it’s supposed to protect against.

    Fuuuuuuu$&k this Authenticator. Just got a new iPhone. Tried to back up from cloud. Does not work. I cannot get any support. Now I have to go through an identification process with at least a dozen websites. This company blows.

    Needs landscape mode. I use this app on my iPad in landscape mode. This app does not support landscape mode. Apple guidelines say you should support landscape mode. Please implement landscape mode.

    No way to approve via Apple Watch. I only get option to reject or dismiss when the notification shows up on my Apple Watch.

    Buggy!. Two-factor (or is it three?) is buggy and a pain in the butt!! The on-screen window that’s prompted for the access code sent to my phone closes as soon as I “accept” the request on the phone. I’m then “conveniently” logged out and have to start the login process again. The second attempt usually works, but the prompt screen still vanishes before I can input the access code, but the app does open anyway. Doesn’t seem optimal just yet. Probably secure, though. I use Windows 10 64 and a VPN (CyberGhost) if that’s of interest or use.

    Awful. This is the worst app I’ve used. Pointless authentication process. Asks way too many times to prove it’s me, awful. I’m having a terrible time, it shouldn’t be this complicated

    Horrible experience. Literally every single time when I have to enter my master password, the 2 factor authentication fails. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have reached out to support and of course by the time they email me back I am not near my laptop. They need chat support so you can get immediate help. This is such a terrible experience.

    No Sync Across Devices. LastPass Authenticator will not synchronize your TOTP codes across your devices. When I attempt to enable cloud backup on my iPad, it states that all of the TOTP entries backed up from my iPhone will be deleted.

    LastPass recovery is horrible. Once again trapped in the never ending loop of LastPass recovery. It takes 5 minutes to get the confirming email and by then I’m in to 3 other attempts. It’s horrible.

    Deleted all of my keys. I got a new phone. All of my authentication keys synced over perfectly. They were stored locally, suddenly the app gets updated and all my keys are gone. This is the second time I've been burned by Lastpass. I'm done trusting them.

    Scummy company. Trying to require me to download their password manager to use the Authenticator and reminds me every time I click on anything in the app. I moved to Bitwarden for my passwords a long time ago following Lastpass’s extensive security issues and now I’ve moved my MFA to 2FAS.     Proper prior planning. It may seem obvious, but when an app is updated and needs to be reconnected with the devices upon which it is used, I suggest, including reconnecting the devices being included with the instructions for the update have lost two days, waiting for tech-support to reestablish access after updating the authenticator

    Stopped working on the most recent iOS.. When I try to open it, it basically errors out saying ERROR restart the app. But the restart doesn’t help, same error appears.
