   Hostile UX. Unfortunately the app sucks now. In true Apple form, the UX has become hostile to user agency and instead foists an opinionated view of what I’m “supposed” to do in every case while completely ignoring legitimate use cases.

   Master password intermittently fails. Master password sometimes flat out fails. App will not accept it but same pass on desktop works, or desktop doesn't but website does. Website frequently also goes into a login loop on mobile and is correct but will not proceed to the actual vault. This was never an issue until recently but now it is a constant problem. This completely breaks functionality, one star.

   Removed Viewing in Web App. In the extension, the fill button takes up the entire screen and I can't easily view the item details. Trash design.

   Has never worked on iOS. I have been using Bitwarden in the web browser for years and in that same amount of time the iOS app has never worked for me. I can install it, but logging in always gives me “An error has occurred,” no other context. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Now it has been so long that I even started fresh on a new phone but I still get the same error. Planning to switch to another password manager since this one obviously doesn’t provide even the basics.

   Irritating to use. Requires the master password for every login used in Safari or Chrome. Changing the settings in the app to a PIN code has no effect.

   Longtime user disappointed. Why on earth would you make a feature to autogenerate passwords that is unable to save them? There are many complaints about this and you do nothing but offer lame excuses. Are you really so insecure that you can't admit this was a poorly made feature? What is wrong with you? Does BitWarden offer health insurance to management? If so, go get therapy for your utterly broken brains and stop bringing your paying customers down with you. This is utterly basic, trivial project management and you completely and totally failed. Put on your big kid pants and grow the hell up and fix your trash software.

    Been broken for a while. Extension constantly goes offline and doesn’t save to cloud so I drive myself crazy having to find the right password. Support isn’t helping. Pretty sure the open-source software this is based off changed something and didn’t get fixed for production. Anyways, moving on.

    Move Along. The user experience is absolutely abysmal on the iPhone. If this app could launch without crashing at any point it might be useful. Please revert to the July version. Oh my god the usage experience is so horribly bad! Please undo these changes! Seriously! Someone needs to learn about testing in this organization!

    Freezing after newest iPhone update. I’ve been using this app for the last three years and loved it ever since except for this last two months when the new iPhone update has made it freeze where I can’t access it through my phone app. I hope they can fix this or I’m going to have to move to a different password app.

    Completely broken on IOS. Rarely detects when I’m trying to log in to apps and when I manually bring up the window for autofill it randomly closes, when I reopen it and try to type something in it doesn’t bring up the keyboard. About the only good thing compared to the android version is biometrics work so you don’t need to put in the master password every 30 seconds.

    Again? No cost info upfront. Another Dev. Avoidance of cost statement upfront. I looked and didn’t see any needed cost for this app. I don’t see the need to register just to start using it. But I went ahead and my only options were to login or create an account. After asking for my name and email, I read the contract before clicking to create the account. Only there did I see that they were to have a subscription fee! It should be a modest $.99 one time purchase as before, before most got in the subscription bandwagon for endless revenue and at a steep price. I exited and deleted the app. Disappointed, not upfront. Do you want to fill out all car purchase forms so when you then submit them to the head manager, he gives you a paper with the car price at that time? I sincerely hope you review the policy and info.

    Login issues. It would be helpful if the Mac app let me login with the same master password that I used to sign up for Bitwarden on the iPad. I ended up deleting the account.

    Buggy. Face ID shuts off by itself and you have to keep putting in master pw and turn Face ID back on. Mods on different social pretending there isn’t a problem when there is.
