   Scam??. I purchased the lifetime membership 1/16/22 but they have been charging my Apple account $4.99 monthly I was never notified and what happened to my lifetime membership??? I am currently disputing and if they correct the situation and rectify my overpayments I might change this but it looks like a possible bait and switch DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT At least until we get an answer as to what happened!!!!!!!

   What’s the point?. All good until there isn’t anyway to add your zip code to the card, considering if I want to link it to my account it won’t work because, again you can’t get access to add a zip code that is literally required for all these things.

   Disappointed. At first, I was excited about this app everything in one place, but it keeps on deleting my information, and I can’t recover it from the cloud

   Wiped. The app wiped all my data. Twice. Each data wipe was not the product of the safety feature which requires X number of fauled attempts to access the app.

   Don’t bother.. Secure card is difficult to use—doesn’t hold pictures when scanned. Also not enough card type options.

   No customer support. I bought a lifetime subscription to SecureCard app and forgot my master password. There is no “forgot password” option offered, so I sent them an email in June of 2021 and then another one in August, 2021 regarding my issue and never received a response! They just took my money and disappeared! Buyer beware!

    Price Entirely To High for Premium!. The free version not only limits you to 4 cards but you are not able to use any of the safety features except FaceID. Scans also put wrong credit card logo on them and you cannot change that.

    Can’t get this to work!. I take a picture of my credit card. I save it and when I open it again the photo is only showing a third of the card when the picture showed the whole card. Waste if money. Do not purchase!

    Does not work properly. Nothing scans. This software does not work properly. I tried for over a week to get the scan function to work and even reached out to the developer for help. Very poor customer relations. I have since deleted the app from my phone. If I can’t use it, it is not worth keeping. Great idea but not if it does not work. Hope the problem gets fixed for other customers but I can’t wait around to find out. Good luck!!

    Does not work!. Gets you to input your card information but there is no way of editing or deleting your card. I really hope I haven’t been scammed!

    Poor service. I initially like the app. After loading all my information on my Pad. It worked great on IPad Snd iPhone. Then it quit syncing and I confirmed everything was the same in setting but it did not help. So I sent to different emails for help and no response. I had paid the annualized price, so out the money and have a product working only on my iPad which is inconvenient.

    Support. App works well on traditional credit cards that have the numbers on the front. Newer style cards with the numbers on the back are not recognized by the camera and won’t scan in. Furthermore, the camera can not be activated to take a photo of the card manually. There is never a response from the support team that I question if it even exists. For these reasons I have terminated my yearly subscription. Too bad because there are not many apps that do what this app does.

    Probly the best of whats out there…. Would not let me subscribe at all on my iPad so subscribed on my Android to 6 months? 6 months was not an option on the IOS. If u want people to pay for this, fix your cross platform pay, other apps do. Also as other’s have pointed out, cannot scan newer cards. It'll suffice for awhile but I would not recommend it.

    No longer working after update!!. Had this app for awhile, was working great and enjoyed it thoroughly. However after the recent IOS 16 update it’s officially broken - can no longer open the app no what I do. Very sad and disappointing

    Sort of lacking. I need to replace the app I am using to store credit and loyalty cards. I’m trying out this one. There are a few things that I wish were different: 1) While there’s the ability to send someone credit card information, that feature isn’t available under the loyalty cards. I would be much more likely to send someone information about loyalty cards than I would credit cards - for example - my health insurance card (while not a “loyalty card” it’s not a credit card either) is something I might send to my doctor’s office when I’m checking in and they need a copy. 2) The inability to add custom fields in the loyalty card section. 3) The inability to take or use pictures of the actual credit card in the credit card section. While I like the sample one it makes, I’d prefer to use an actual picture of the credit card mostly so that in the event they are lost or stolen I have access to the phone number to call on the back of the card.
