   Lost my wallet. I had been using this tool for years. Had several important notes and PW that I only stored in wallet. Had not used in a bit and had to update to the latest version. Latest version loaded without my wallet. Guess I should have migrated sooner. Not cool!

   Review. A major weakness is the lack of update info on each card in the wallet. There needs to be a date stamp on every card that is added or edited. I am finding the app very unreliable because of the lack of an automatic date stamp showing on each card when it is added or changed! you can only simply open the app and the date it was opened changes…even if you only open the app to look at a card.

   Annoying. I hate the fact i cannot copy and paste passwords from app on iPhone. I stead it forces you to edit the card and from there you need to copy and paste password. This is so annoying that i cannot give this app more than one star after 6 years of use.

    No forget password feature????. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2008 which is where I see on the app that my last password was changed. How many of us remember the password that we had just a few weeks ago never mind 15 years ago?!!!! Had an issue with Face ID and now I’ve completely lost use of my wallet because I can’t remember the password from 15 years ago. How about a forgot password button? Nope, non existent. Website says under no circumstances will it help you if you forget your password. All those years of storing info and I’m unable to use it. That’s crazy! All these great ratings…..just never forget that main password or it’s done! No support feature either. Disappointing.

Please, please, Either make passwords a bit darker, or bit larger (all other apps, etc seem to be ok), OR allow us older folks to pinch to enlarge 10/14/25 I generally like this app but would really, really appreciate developer/s to allow me the ability to pinch to enlarge. Some of us older users sure could use that! Thank you. Back up and appears copy/paste might be working properly again. May have been a slight glitch with a couple apps and the updates which were coincidentally performed about the same time frame. Updated rating too.2

    Sinking Ewallet between iPhone, and iPad with no computer. So riddle me this Batman I’m trying to sync my iPhone with my iPad without going through my desktop computer which I don’t use anymore. How come I can’t do it?

    Used to be a cool app…. New OneDrive integration fails. Previous review: I've used ewallet for YEARS & it's a five-star app for sure. I'm anxious to sync the wallet from my desktop...hurry up, Apple & approve the updated release!!

    Too difficult to manage wallets. All the Wallets have non-meaningful numbers - "Secure data 6 2 2", "Secure data 6 2 2 3", "Secure data 6 2 3" and not enough info for me to know which is my latest. After looking for a way to rename the Wallets I saw I could create a Wallet with a name of my choosing, which is great, BUT I don't want to reenter all my data- I JUST WANT TO RENAME WALLET "Secure data 6 2 3" to "Mar 30 25". How can I do that? Also, in iliumsoft.com it says "And of course, password generation is included in eWallet on every platform." BUT WHERE IS IT IN THE IPAD/IPHONE PLATFORM.

    eWallet. Only does manual sync to iCloud. No way to setup auto sync to the cloud like on a Mac.

    Great password manager; but don’t forget password. I have been an eWallet user since 2008 and have stored over a hundred passwords and other bits of important information. Life was good. But during a recent visit to the Apple Store for diagnostics and having my iPhone erased and restored from an iCloud backup, eWallet stopped working with Face ID. I had become dependent on Apple’s facial recognition feature to unlock eWallet and I forget my password over the past few years. So despite the glowing eWallet reviews, whatsoever you do, “do not forget your password.” Otherwise you’ll be very unhappy. The software developer will not be able to help, according to a statement on their website. And there is no “I forgot my password” or “Reset my password” link in eWallet like many websites and apps have nowadays. I suggest writing your eWallet password on paper and putting it somewhere safe outside of the digital world. Don’t be like me; I’m devastated from losing 15 years of vital information.

    Have had > 10 yrs.. Reliable, somewhat tricky to synchronize w/pc. Wish search mode was more precise (brings you to the page, not the exact typing), also, would appreciate font size adjustment. I do recommend it.

    Great Product. I’ve enjoyed eWallet with my iPhone and Windows for 15 years. Whenever I have needed help installing the APP on a new phone or new computer customer service has been patient, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I was recently locked out of my iPhone for several weeks after forgetting my passcode. Customer service responded to all my inqueries about recovering my wallet. I can’t imagine having any other password manager.

    AlmostPerfect!. This is a automatic go to app for me. Mandatory! I'm honestly afraid to know what will happen if this app ever stops working. My only issue is I wish I could time automatic backups to iCloud or or other storage apps. Like everyday, week, 2 weeks or monthly

I have recommended this product to countless friends and business contacts. I endorse what another reviewer said regarding eWallet, “it just keeps getting better”.

    All your info in one place!. This is one of the most practical apps I own. It's so handy to have not just passwords but also membership info, other important numbers all in one place. I had been a longtime user of another program for Palm Pilot and Palm Treo. When it's iPhone version didn't work well, someone recommended eWallet, and I've been pleased. This is the most I've ever paid for an app, but I feel it is worth the price. The "card" format took a few days to get used to, but it works well. The only reason for 4* (instead of 5) is the very small font size. The cards can't be pinch-zoomed/expanded, and the tiny type size can be VERY hard to read. If the developers would fix this, it would be a higher rating from me.
