   Does not work properly. I’ve had RoboForm for a long time and just recently it quit filling login fields. I can still access the login information but I have to enter it manually. Very frustrating!

    PC and Phone do not sync. i’m having major issues with this app for some reason when I log into something and save the password on my PC it doesn’t sync to my phone or if it does, it’ll take hours or a day so when I go to an app assuming that it has the correct updated login, it gives me an error sometimes locks me out and then I have to change the password

    RoboForm is no longer a quality product. I’ve used RoboForm for many years; with each upgrade it seems to become less and less user friendly.

    Won’t open. I’ve been a subscriber for a long time and a user even longer. The issue with it getting stuck since ios 26 hasn’t been fixed like the developer says. I thought the whole subscription model was so that we would get frequent updates and fixes. Time to entertain another app. Plenty of options now.

    The stuck at loading screen issue has not been resolved. The claim that the stuck at loading screen issue has been resolved with a hotfix is not true. The problem is still there. Please fix this soon.

    Was perfect for over 10 years. Stalls at loading screen and loads either extremely slowly or not at all on iPhone 16 pro max. Over the last few weeks has become almost useless on that device. Works fine on my PC, except if the loading screen is stalled on my iPhone, in which case it will ALSO stall on my PC until I kill the iPhone app. On latest IOS 18.7.1.

    App Broken on iOS 26 😩. Since updating to iOS 26, the app has completely stopped working. I reached out to support, but I still haven’t been able to retrieve my information. Frustrating, as I rely on this app daily. Hoping for a fix soon. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

    Crashes in iOS26. I’ve used RoboForm for years and found it to be basically good for my needs. However, since updating my iPhone 16 Pro Max to iOS26, it repeatedly crashes when attempting to login: I get the spinning wheel of death without ever getting into the program. It looks like RoboForm has not successfully made the transition to the new OS, and if that’s the case then it’s time to find a new password manager. Not recommended.

    I DELETED THE APP & HERE’S WHY. Hope I articulate this well. I downloaded the RoboForm app to my PC, iPad & iPhone because of the seemingly great reviews. I was prepared to pay for the subscription after the trial period if RoboForm worked as well as the reviews claimed it did. Sync appeared to work AOK & I sucessfully uploaded all my saved passwords to Roboform. So many of my apps and login pages have mutliple passwords saved including the current working password plus all the past, now defunct passwords. So, whenever I used Roboform to open an app or web page that had more than one identified password, Roboform would identify each password like this: “Login[#].” You could not see the password unless you clicked & opened it up. For example, one of my credit cards had 4 possible passwords saved. RoboForm identified each password as Login[92], Login[93], Login[94] & Login[95]. Because I could not see the the password, I clicked on each “Logon[#]”-the first three did not work, they were the old passwords. So, the correct password had to be Login[95], right? Well, by the time I got to Login[95], my CC company said I made too many attempts to login & suspended my account for several hours!!! This happened so often, I finally deleted the app! I also use Dropbox & Firefox Password apps & with those apps, you can see all the passwords, old & new, AND the date each password was last used. They make PW identification easy & obvious. So, for these reasons, I deleted the RoboForm app because this kind of identification was beyond annoying & unnecessary. Sorry, I really was hoping for a better outcome.

    Poor Customer Service Options. I just recently purchased a subscription for this app after considering switching from the password manager I have been using for 14 years. I need help changing a set up option I chose when first using the app and am unable to find the answer. I have additional questions as well. The app states a chat option is available with a callback function and I have tried to no avail to find how to initiate a chat. The manual has not been helpful and is burdensome. I filled out and submitted a contact form days ago and haven’t heard one peep. This is very frustrating and I may want a refund if someone from Roboform does not contact me today.

    Perpetual “forever” license is a hoax, forcing to subscription. I’ve used and loved RoboForm Pro since I purchased it almost 20 years ago. Back then, the marketing is that this was a “forever” perpetual license; for years they were true to the word and provided a decent product. All of a sudden my RF desktop and iOS apps went into read only mode because I need to buy a subscription for $30/year. I won’t do business with shady vendors, and switched to another password manager. There are several out there that are better rated than RF, the one I chose is #1 rated; they made it really easy to convert my password library over by csv file, and even provided instructions on how to do this.

    Why is the iPad Roboform APP so difficult to use. I’m a long time user of Roboform. I’d like to be able to use it easily on my devices (it’s fine on my PC) but on my phone and iPad, it’s virtually impossible. Initially, you could just got get a password and log as needed. Now that seems to not be the case. The App insists on logging in for you but isn’t working.
