   Abandoned and critical bug. I see this bug was reported here in October and has not been fixed: If you try to delete an entry, IT DELETES THE WRONG ONE!!! I lost several passwords due to not noticing until it was too late, had to revert to an older backup and re-do any entries I had added since that backup. Also you cannot submit a bug report on their support page, just gives you an error. I’m going to look for an alternative app, as this one was good while it lasted (rated it 4 stars), but has worn out its welcome.

   Most worthless app on the App Store.. This app is worthless When Apple updated the iPhone the app lost everyone of my passwords. I was devastated over this. Stay away from this app.

   NO SUPPORT AT ALL. Been using for over 4 yrs One day was forced to change my password in order to continue using and everything was gone. No help from dev despite numerous attempts to contact thru support. Your support page info doesn’t help me. I have my password. I have my IDB file. I made my backups all along. It’s there just can’t access it now. It’s a great concept but doesn’t seem to work when you need it. All you people who think it’s great now you just wait it will happen to you eventually. My advice is to keep a hard copy backup of all your passwords in a notebook. Kinda defeats the purpose I know.

   iPass Safe is Faulty. iPass Safe occasionally crashes after an update causing total loss of secured password data. Numerous and frequent updates to fix reliability issues. It’s been broken for a long time. Time to swallow your pride and admit it needs to be finally shut down.

   UNRELIABLE. I’ve used this app now for several years and had input an enormous amount of data. About a month ago, the app indicated it had updated and asked for me to log back in. When I did, all of my data was gone. I have attempted email contact several times and have yet to receive a response. I would not trust this app at all; it has proven to be unreliable. I looked online for answers and found where other users have experienced the same issue and have not received any feedback from the developer. I would encourage users to shop for another trustworthy app.

   Not worth it. I have updated to ios15 and in doing so I have lost all my passwords. They have been erased! Beware!!! Junk, Junk Be careful when you’re updating!!! I’m afraid to update! You also need to keep it alphabetical order not chronological order

    DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE DATA. A simple app update and poof all of my passwords (over 100) disappeared. Gone. Forever. Save yourself the headache and choose a different option.

    Disappoint and distraught. I had everything saved in this app for over 10 years, info, pictures, and passwords. Now everything is gone, just up and one I had to enter a password as if it was new…I lost it all…

    It will leave you stranded. Up until the IOS 15 upgrade I would have given this app 5 stars. But, IOS 15 wiped this app out!! Literally, after IOS 15 the app behaves like I just Installed it with zero passwords, photos etc. ALL of my personal and business passwords, over 200, are gone as well as ALL the irreplaceable photos in the photo bank. I have sent 4 emails to support asking for help without response. I also purchased a recovery program and went to a professional data recovery company; neither could recover the missing passwords and photos. It appears the company has abandoned this app!! So my advice, learned from sad experience, is to stay away from, in fact run from, this app!!

    It's bad. This app was great until just recently. Twice now the app has completely reset and losing all my saved passwords, some highly important ones too. I've emailed the developer and never heard back from them. I'm now looking for a new password saver app.

    Buyer beware. Been using iPassSafe for years; dozens of passwords and notes...one day, poof! All gone and asking me to use the 0000 code to start using it. I literally did nothing with the app: didn’t remove and reinstall, wasn’t transferred to a new phone, or anything else. Poof! All gone!! Trusting iPassSafe with my information was a devastating mistake . Ran my backup, and nope, still has all the data gone...not even sure where to start to recoup all that information. One things for sure it won’t be on iPassSafe. Can’t trust them anymore...

    Don't do it. It worked for a while on my phone then........ None of data I have been entering for 5 months was able to be moved to my new phone. Tech-support was not in this half of the world and not so good I SUGGEST A DIFFERENT APP.
