   Lost all my password. Had the old app that I paid for and then they did a update that they did not have my old info on. I accidentally deleted the app and now don’t have any information. For a password app this is unacceptable and don’t use this app.

   Data missing w/2024 update & not getting it back!. I was a very satisfied customer for the past 10 years. But with the 2024 updated version of MEO, multiple entries of mine have been lost!!!Joe has coached me with emails, tried everything, but nothing has worked to retrieve missing data. I just wrote him in 5th attempt to retrieve much needed usernames and passwords. We shall see, but I am giving up hope and looking for a new system.

   Doesn’t update other devices. I use both an iPad and iPhone 12 on my Apple account and every time I verify from one to the other neither device actually “updates”! Why advertise that “all your devices sync” when they clearly don’t?

   Too Expensive other bugs. As a retiree I have to watch a budget. I purchase a license for this app back when I was using an iPhone 3 and relied on it for many years. Then they introduced the subscription feature. What a sucker punch. I see the app now has 22 reviews on the app store, woo woo! Think how many more you might have if you adjusted your price to a more reasonable amount. Food for thought...

    Works great until it doesn't. This app works great until it stops syncing and you can't fix the issue yourself. I sent three letters to support and received replies that were the same answer, basically a form letter. My issue is who do you go to for help when you have problems, no one.

    New version 10.9.7 doesn’t work and lost all data. Users who have not used the Syncryption backup service should not upgrade MEO because your data will be lost. Do not upgrade or use MEO without memorizing or writing down your Syncryption account ID and password. You might need it to restore your data. I had problems with Syncryption backup with an old version of MEO and iOS 16.6, so I decided to upgrade the app to fix that. After upgrading to the new version which requires a new Syncryption account, all of my local data was gone. I was not prepared for the big surprise of having locally-stored passwords erased including my Syncryption password, and I have forgotten where I wrote down my Syncryption password sometime before moving to a new house. The Syncryption account ID and password is the one set of credentials that should be memorized or written down. I hope to be able to find my password soon and restore some of my data. The new version 10.9.7 does not work with iOS 16.6. I can’t see the categories list and can’t add any items.

    Your upgrades screwed everything up. I want out!. When I downloaded your upgrades I lost everything. After I reentered all my information (very time consuming) I lost everything again. This went from a valuable and competitively priced useful record keeping tool to an overpriced piece of crap. Once I loved it and now I hate it. I want out of it. Reimburse me immediately and cancel my membership now!!

    Poor Support. I have used this app for years and loved it. However when I went to transfer data to my new phone it would not do so. I contacted support who acknowledged my issues and then did not hear from them. I have sent 7-8 emails and none are ever responded to in a timely manner(it takes days). Over a week latter and no resolution. I’m changing to Dashlane

    CONCERNS REGARING THIS APP. As a user of more than ten years, I am concerned with the consistency of the program. I usually use the app on my iPhone and have never got the face visualization to work. I just tried to open the app on my iPad, and it will not accept my password and then tells me I need to update my subscription. I started to do that--and then I checked in on my phone, and it opened and is working (I think) I read some reviews, and others have similar issues. I am concerned about this app as I use it daily, and not being able to access it from my iPad is an issue.....and the reliability of this app on my iPhone. 1. Is there a way to migrate the information in the app to another program? 2. If I lose the information that is on this app,, are you able to restore it? 3. I am fearful that if I do as you have suggested and make a new application on my iPad that the information on my iPhone will be convoluted.

    Fix It Man. This was a good app if I could I would give it 0 stars I started with the original app bought it and it was great and now they are forcing people to buy a subscription I paid for it once why should I have to now pay monthly I can’t even add passwords to the app that I paid for this is crap and now I feel as if they have stolen my money as a can’t use the app as I did when I first bought it I corresponded with someone from the app a little while ago and the answer in not so many words was screw you pay the subscription fee would never recommend this app to anyone Update the developer responded to the above review with the same bill as before I don’t care about the backup service or any of the other stuff that the monthly fee gets you I just want to have what I paid for when I bought the app originally in their response they said that if I had less than 21 items it would work well I have over a hundred that’s why I bought the app after I had the free trial cause it worked so well and I’m locked out of my own app just cause they want a backup fee again I don’t care I just want what I original paid for nothing more nothing less.

    The WORST. This app used to be amazing until it changed to a different owner/developer??? We’ve been charged several times. We cannot access all of our information anymore. They used to have a feature where you could print out all of your information that has disappeared and we’ve been told that they never had that feature — lies. When we reached out to the developers for help we kept getting the run around and have received no help. We are now using another app and painstakingly going through transferring each little bit of data. The app worked well for awhile until things changed and it’s never been the same useful app it WAS!! Buyer Beware! This app is NOT reliable.

    Terms Changed. I purchased this app years ago and all was fine. Now all of a sudden they say I have to pay a subscription if I want to keep using the app. I can still open it but I cannot add contacts. This is like buying a DVD and then having to pay extra to watch it. This is a cheap shot but the subscription is NOT cheap.

    Crap App. My settings are set for 30 seconds but I can close the app and come back 3 hours later and I don’t have to type my password in to open the app. Not very secure!!!!!!! It been this way since before September 1,2022

    DONT USE! They wipe out your data!. The app won’t even open now. It crashes as it tries to authenticate using face. Only face isn’t active on the screen. Support? What support? All it does is take you to their website. No contact is links. Nobody to contact. Clearly this company and app are dead. The late update wiped out my secure master password. Now the app just crashes when trying to open. Worst experiences ever. It’s going to take months of not years to track down and reset all the passwords. And it’s not like you can set them all the the same thing anymore. For a company that claims to help you protect and store your passwords their update has done just the opposite. This will cost me countless hours and days or time to try to get back to where I had access to everything. Thanks for a new full time extra job guys! You’re the worst! And o I’m not using some old iPhone I have the newest one with the maximum storage and ios is the current version. I can’t begin to say how bad this is for me. This not only affects my personal life but all passwords for sites used with my side business as well as my corporate job at lost now too. Thanks a bunch!!!!

    Frustrating. I have had this app for a few years now, but today I cancelled it. The price has gone up exponentially over the last 2 years, and they changed the requirements for passwords. When I changed my password- it lost everything. I tried deleting and re-downloading, but now the new nor the old password work. All of my data is out there somewhere..but there is no way to contact the app to get help. You just lost a customer today.

    Great app BUT?????. I got this app a few years back and it has been always reliable easy to use and a great asset to storing my passwords. I would rate this app a 10 star if it was there because of how valuable it was for me and easy to use but unfortunately now I have to give it a zero star rating even a subzero because the company added some photo applications to it and they removed my entire password database I have nothing in there to fall back on. I have asked them to reload my database to restore it and. they gave me some phony applications to try to restore my original database but my password and emails on it have been changed There is no way I can get into it to restore it and they don’t care about restoring it for me so now as far as I am concerned they are a unprofessional company that doesn’t care about the people that use Their product. all I asked him to do was restore my original database and they won’t do it. So put this company on your blacklist don’t waste your time I would hate to see anybody else put all the passwords in here in Lose It!

    I paid the yearly Syncryption subscription and my data is gone!. I have used this program for years and have loved it. I was just forced to by a Syncryption subscription to add new data. Now, for the low price of $35.99/year, all of my information is gone!!! What is going on?
