   Always another purchase. Switched from bit defender to Norton Norton constantly asks me to upgrade so I can make my computer faster. It defender opted my computer with the plan I had I will be switching back.

   Unreliable. Passwords are not being updated when changed even when the process is followed. Vault password is too cumbersome to change for the price of Norton I would expect better

   Sometimes works. I wish Norton would spend more time making the applications I have work, rather than selling new stuff to me. Norton is a marketing machine not a service provider. I would subscribe to more services if the ones I have worked.

    Fix please - not working at all. Not working - error when communicating with server. 1st time this has ever happened. Otherwise i would be giving a 5 star rating because it works great 99.9% of the time but right now i have no way to log into ANYTHING & i have memory problems so i 100% rely on my password manager which is currently NOT WORKING bcuz it just says: “error when communicating with server” ☹️☹️

    Hate Norton with a passion -$239/yr. I foolishly installed Norton on my PC and my mobile devices and it has been a horrible experience. Every single product is hard to use unstable and a constant stream of marketing. Update: I received a response to the above from Norton that basically said ‘you get the product for free ‘. WRONG AGAIN Norton. I am paying $239/ yr for the utilities product plus 360 Premium Plus, I had to find that on my account online which conveniently had an ad for the add-on driver update utility they have been trying to cram down my throat for the last year.

    Getting too difficult to use. I have been using Norton Password Manager for years but the security to log in is making it impossible to use. Every time I get out of Password Manager, I have to log in again. I have gone through all but one backup code in less than two months. I’m at my wits end. I am spending 4 to 5 hours per week trying to get into different apps. Questioning if it is worth it as Password manager is the only part of Norton I care about.

I start the browser and the notice comes to approve on the app. I tap to approve it and get an error message. So. Tired. Of. It. … original: Maybe half the times I try to get my app and my computer to sync do they actually do it on the first try. It often takes a half dozen or more times as well as turning the computer and/or phone off.

    Harder and harder to use. You used to be able to easily fill passwords. The app would recognize and automatically fill the username and password. Now the app doesn’t recognize web sites or apps, and you have to search the app for the password. You have to manually fill things out now. Hardly worth using the app anymore.
