   Not what it once was. This was my go to password manager for years, but some of the latest UI changes just feel half baked. I lost the ability to have the letter index in the right hand column to quickly move to passwords for accounts starting with letter ‘X’ and while it’s a minor thing, it really botched my workflow. Also still not being able to search across multiple databases is annoying. Altogether, it showed it wasn’t able to compete with the mainstream password managers anymore and unfortunately it is time to move on.

   Не убираемый банер с предложением о покупке и при каждом запуске. Пользуюсь программой с самого ее появления. Решил перейти на новую версию, на старой долго обновлений не было. Но придется пользоваться старой версией. Новой просто пользоваться стало просто мерзко. При каждом запуске в первую очередь появляется окно с предложением купить премиум . Не убираемый банер площадью 25% от размера экрана. При этом, когда программа появилась, я покупал себе про версия, как обещали пожизненную, но обещать - не значит сделать

   Lifetime License RipOff. I paid for a lifetime license and used it for 2 years. Went to Android and returned to iPhone after 18 months and they can’t find my license. Now they want $100. RIPOFF

   Email With Code Never Received. I downloaded this on the recommendation of SafeInCloud. I purchased lifetime for family. I had to put in my email and confirm email. It said sending 6 digit code, if you don’t receive email check spam. I am still waiting, and waiting. Now I want my money back.

   Cash crab. Original v1 was better, they are now trying to charge monthly fee for features that have existed for years (face unlock). I had already paid for premium on v1 but my purchase didn’t carry over, which means I am now getting paywall every time I open the app or use basic features. Why would I pay for v2 when they might launch a separate app to start charging all over again 🫠

   Greed. I bought the license for safe in cloud 1 (red) on android. Also bought license on Windows for safe in cloud 2 (yellow). When I switched to ios, I reached out to the developer to see if I can use any of those licenses on ios. They initially told me red icon license is not cross platform but yellow one is but not if bought on windows. What is this nonsense? I'll be using some alternative at this point. This is how you lose a customer. Stay away!!

    Hostage! Do not Trust Locked out. This company is not to be trusted. I’ve been using safe and cloud for years. Now an update runs, and the company has locked me out of my account because I won’t pay them for a subscription. Who would ever want to do business with a company like this?

    Face ID. I bought the app years ago and all was well. But now, in order to use Face ID, you want more money? You can ingest a satchel of Richards. I’d rather pay someone more money for the whole app, than pay you a little to use a feature that I already had.

    Changes are ruining the experience. First it was the ugly icon, now all the text within the app is this weird orange/yellow/gold color that is difficult to read and makes absolutely no sense from a UX perspective. If I hadn’t paid for the pro sub, this app would be in the trash.

    Was great for a while. This app was great at first. Then they wanted to charge a subscription, the subscription request constantly pops up and doesn’t even let me add more accounts. I don’t care about all the services they offer, I just needed a secure place to store my passwords.

    Locked Out. I have used the free version of this app for years. Super basic and secure, and It was all I needed. But now they’ve gone to subscription only and, while I can still view my passwords, I can’t edit them or add any new ones. If I have to change or update a password I guess it’s just too bad. Feels like a money grab to me. I wish now I hadn’t recommended this app to so many people.

    Absolutely scummy developer. Never EVER give money to a developer that moves the goalpost. If they ever arbitrarily stop supporting your “version” on their app and make a new one, they will absolutely do it again and again. What’s worse is they turned their old free version of the app into the new app that gets support while their family-share app gets turned into the “old” version. All of these positive ratings are from a time when they didn’t betray the trust of the users and treat them like moronic wallets. Update: the developer’s response is pathetic and completely tone-deaf.

    Questionable. I got lured into paying subscription so that I can share my database between devices, to find out that in order to activate, you have to give full access to your online storage (Dropbox, onedrive etc) to some Russian dude. I cancelled immediately but lost the $28 for the first year subscription

    New logo is not it. I respect the rebrand but the new black and gold logo sticks out like a nasty sore thumb on my home screen. Might have to move this app which i love and use all the time into the app library. Used to blend in so nicely with the blue and white. If it ain’t broke

    Extra database?. Why is it in the Mac I can create an extra database with my original license I bought over a year ago, but on the iPhone I need to pay to be able to see that database? Thats garbage. 1 star.

    Ghost Cloud. Have used this excellent app for years. Opened it today and all my passwords except 17 are gone, missing. 7 of them are blank samples as if I’ve never used the app before. I sent a trouble ticket then checked 30 minutes later. No support, no ticket and now, can’t login either. Another great app bites the dust and my passwords are gone.

    A useful product suggestion. I have a good suggestion: Multiple sync ways should be support. Such as i can set iCloud and OneDrive event more as the sync ways, one more way to keep my data available at the same time and it keeps me feel safe. I give the low score just to keep your notice, not for the bad experience,the app is best for me, when you add this feature to the app and i will change to five score. hah hah …

    Promising, but lacks features. This is a very promising password manager, but it lacks a few features like multiple databases and most importantly a larger attachment size. Limiting attachments to 150 kb makes the app unusable for me. Pictures are compressed, so writing is no longer readable.

    Free Version Prevents Adding New Records. The app is okay, kind of clumsy but the main issue for me is the fact that after two weeks it requires a paid subscription in order to add or change any records. Had I known that I would never have downloaded the app. Lane.

    I’ve been using this for a long time, but now it’s starting to feel inconvenient.. The app has gotten slow. When I scroll up, it lags a lot. Also, before, there used to be an alphabetical index on the side to easily find contacts, but I don’t know why they removed it. Of course, I can search, but sometimes the alphabetical index was helpful too.

    It was ok. This app was great for the most part but if you have bad memory like me I wouldn’t waste your time on this because me I have an iPhone and I used Face ID to login to the app but I forgot my password to the app and now I can’t login at all to get my passwords so I think I’ll just go back using notes to save my passwords.

    Old version was better. I upgraded to this version from the old safe in cloud password manager because of the passkey support. The web links on this version can take up the entire page, it looks awful 😠
