   Version 6 change lost all data.. Frustrating. Was great as is. Switched to from vers 5 to 6 and all my backups are now useless even after trying to going back to ver 5. Literally have to start over. Disappointing and unnecessary.

   Can’t search online through your Google now to get an icon for it now.. Why???????? I have hundreds of passwords with the icon added online but now it no longer works. Even if I search for an easy one like Hulu but absolutely nothing comes up???? Why?????????

   proprietary format!. You cannot export PWs other than to proprietary so x format, so once you use OneSafe, you are stuck with it. In my case I want to move to Apple Passwords, and it looks like I have to do it manually for 370 passwords …

   Crashes with ios 18 on ipad.. This app crashes when you try to enter a password in ios 18. There is no blinking cursor. When typing, no characters appear. Then it crashes. It worked fine until an ios 18 upgrade was installed.

   Do not update to OneSafe 5 or 5 for Mac. I have an older version of OneSafe that I've used on my Mac for a long time. It works well even if a bit clunky. I just noticed yesterday that I could update it to either OneSafe 5 or 5 for the Mac. I can't tell what the difference is because both have the same version number: 5.2.8. So I updated to 5 but (fortunately) did not delete my older version. I linked it to my existing data in iCloud Drive and the update seemed to go well...until I looked for a password today and could not find it. That's when I learned that the update missed 100 of my password entries. That's a lot. I tried OneSafe 5. Same result. An entire category missed plus some othe entires. I thought, perhaps I should just export a backup and import that. So I exported from my old version. Then I discovered that the new 5 and 5 version don't allow either import OR export and backup of my passwords. Also, there is almost nothing I can do under the settings. No place to set or change syncing. No place to change security. Nothing. This is very weird. It seems like these are unfinished versions in which very important functionality has been removed for some reason. If you have an older version, I recommend that hyou stay with it until you can find another password solution. It's too bad. This has been a good product until recently.

    Must Read!!! Don’t Forget….. If you loose your password. You’re screwed. They will not help you recover your account. I’ve lost everything. Other companies have a ton of solutions for average people like me to recover their account. I’m not sure why OnePass can offer 2FA authentication recovery for starters. Why? Good luck downloading this app. I’m pretty sure the devs will find a way to hide this comment.

    nothing was broken, now I can’t retrieve my saved passwords. This new version is dreadful. It cannot be used on my iPad. Impossible to get past the “welcome” screen describing the new features! So my data, including records of virus vaccines received, are lost in the cloud. Or maybe the ether. Lucky for me, I have oneSafe+ on my iPhone. They haven’t gotten around to fixing this version. YET I’m looking for another app.

    I am dead in the water!!!. Where are the instruction on how to use your fancy new version!????? I have been using you product for 3 years and now can’t get even my most basic information Up AT ALL!!! How. Good is an upgrade if your customers cannot even use it to retrieve all they spent time and energy logging into the LAST Version????     My first personal password manager I used to like. When I first got oneSafe I really liked it, so much that I upgraded to oneSafe+. That was a few years ago and I have since abandoned it for the following reasons: (1) Odd user interface bugs. For example, I found a case where a delete operation didn’t have a confirmation dialog. I reported it, and it was fixed, then it returned. I reported it again and never saw it fixed. (2) General weird restrictions. For example, I had one heck of a time, since I was not using sharing, exporting the database and then importing it on another device. You would think that if an app had an export and import function, then what it exports is what it imports, right? Not in this case. You have to export and then email it to yourself and do a “move to oneSafe.” Seriously? Oh, and if you try an import it just fails without a warning. If you do an import on a database backup, it works, but then for some reason export is disabled. If you try and import a database backup after you hzve freshly installed it, it crashes. (3) The last straw was me asking a question about these issues and what the 20mb compression limit meant and if you’d get a warning, and (a) it taking 30 days(!) to get a reply, and (b) them ignoring my question about the warning and just explaining what the limit meant... which I already knew. So... lack of support was the eventual deal killer for me, and as I’ve said, I’ve moved on. The extreme lack of an intuitive way to export and import the database coupled with the odd and persistent bugs is a big red flag. I just don’t trust the app or the company anymore.

    Copy & Paste is a nightmare. For some odd unknown reason OneSafe decided to embed a feature that if you copy a saved password to paste to an online account of yours it scrambles it and forces you to go back and copy again until it works correctly.

    Look at Reviews! NO RESPONSES FROM COMPANY. Be super careful - even though I haven’t had a problem “yet”, it seems that buyers are on our own!!     Currently no support response to iPhone version.. Had this app for many years and gave it 5 stars. Now the iPhone version will not open. Wrote to support and received an automated response. Wrote again to a human and no support response. Three weeks passed and more emails sent with no response. So if I can’t use the app, then one star for poor support.

    BEWARE - App no longer functions. This was my favorite password app until recently. The app now crashes and sends me back to the home screen. I lost access to all of my passwords.

    No support do not get this app. Recently I purchased a new iPhone, all the apps moved over but no passwords etc... I had this app a long time, never had a problem but the minute I doh ave a problem they do not contact me.. all my passwords and I can not access them... I emailed them days later still no response... I word seriously reconsider getting this app it offers no support and the moment you need assistance they won’t respond
