   Rarely Loads. This app rarely loads properly. When I receive push notifications that I have a new message, lab report, document etc. I can’t actually access the information through the app because it won’t load. The loading circle just spins.

   Terrible App. I have been on this app for 2 years. It continues to work inconsistently and fails to play its critical role as a main source of communication for fertility treatments. Individuals are already managing stressful, overwhelming, and life changing circumstances. This unfortunately adds to the stress and can delay access to time sensitive information.

   Horrible reliability. This app is always going down, logging me out or refreshing perpetually. It makes an already stressful process even more stressful. Really important updates for medicine timing and embryo development are sent on here and the poor reliability just shows the developers don’t understand their user.

   Absolutely hate this app. I’ve never had so many issue with an app. Constantly signs me out even when I’m in the middle of writing my clinic. Won’t let me sign in most of the time. Makes the whole IVF process 50 times worse.

   No longer opens. Since Friday this app refuses to open. I’ve removed it and reinstalled it, restarted my phone, etc. Before then, it stopped giving me notifications. Is anyone working on this?

   Really delays medical care. This doesn’t even deserve a star. The concept is great, the execution is beyond terrible. We get extremely time-sensitive medical instructions on this app and multiple times a day you have to request a code to log back in. I’ve missed important messages that have delayed my fertility journey from being logged out after just sending a message to my care team. I am beyond angry and frustrated. When you message them, they’ll tell you “we’re aware and we’re working on it.” I don’t understand how medical offices adopted this app. It’s beyond insane to me.

   If I could give this 0 stars I would. This is truly a horrible app. In the six months I’ve been forced to use it I’ve had to submit multiple bug tickets. It logs you out after just a minute or two and fails to provide consistent or reliable notifications. This app is supposed to support time sensitive medical messaging and instead exacerbates an extremely challenging process, contributing to the overall stress of fertility rather than facilitating care. I highly suggest the makers revamp their development team. Your end-user testing is non-existent and it shows.

    Clunky app. Very clunky app in general but recently can’t even upload document because app can’t fetch authentication token. I really hope my clinic doesn’t have to pay for this app.

    Your most annoying useless “app”. This is only a wrapper around the webpage, but it can’t even remember your email and every single time you want to eg check your messages you have to type in your emails address, wait for a code in email, type it in too, then you can login…Of course there is no face ID support in 2025… Absolutely useless and so annoying. Zero stars.

    Only open option to login with new email code every single time!!!. This is so inconvenient! Why not allow a strong passcode and ask to change, or send to sms or authenticator code!! You only have this one option !! So inconvenient! This service is typically for family health, and we usually need to check husband/wife account to see if any important message from doctor or nurses! Accessing each other’s email every time to get code is not easy! Give us the permission to use other login method which is also very secure!!!

    Do better. I am not a fan of this app at all. My Dr uses it but I never get anything in a timely manner. It shows test results as unseen that I have seen multiple times trying to get the notification to go away and now you have to get a code sent to you to sign in which is annoying. Today I got a message in the app that I need to update to the latest version however the App Store says the update was 2 weeks ago and I’m already running the latest… not impressed to say the least…

    Frequent Logouts. This app’s frequently kickes me out is beyond frustrating. It’s consistently getting logged off when accessing, Stability improvements are urgently needed.

    Worst App- Freezes constantly. This app is terrible. It continuously makes you login and verify through email code and then once verified asks you to login again and the cycle repeats. The messages do not load once in the app and it takes too long to load.

    Not good. App crashes, hard to upload important documents on patient end- and some upload very blurry despite them being perfectly clear when saved. Toggling back and forth between the sections takes a long time for the screen to reload. There are issues with finding and opening important documents and messages. Disappointing

    Not working with my IPhone but it does with my Tablets. I have contacted them through the FB App & I sent 5 customer complaints request to check why it’s not working with my IPhone. Know one has return my messages or email, it’s been a month now. I have IPhone 12 Pro & it’s updated to newest upgrade 18. I prefer the app, it works better to communicate or see things in my portal. Logging into the website is extra work & it does take longer sometimes!! I have deleted the app reinstall & restart my phone nothing has changed the status & it still is not working. Also if you can UPDATE the New Message Tab to be located at the TOP & not at the bottom of the page. If you have 1000 messages you have to “SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN” just to click to sent your clinic a NEW MESSAGE … App issue Started 8/14/24 Still have Issues 10/15/24 The Support Staff doesn’t care to return a Message or etc!!

    No notifications, upload and view partner. Update: I no longer receive emails letting me know there’s a message pending my review. This app is THE WORST The only way I know I have a new notification to view in the app is that I get an email that shows up about 10-15 mins after the notification was sent. Also when you upload documents all documents are titled the same thing, that’s kind of annoying. It doesn’t work right when you’re viewing you partners information. I always end up having to log out and log back in to return to my information.
