   Buggy buggy buggy. I’ve used this app for years, and keep using only because it has my data history and much to my chagrin. Issues: 1- I was in “get pregnant” mode, had a miscarriage and it still was prompting me with “you baby is now able to do blablabla” even after I logged it. Insensitive questions that should have been removed kept popping up for weeks after. 2- I had a baby over the summer and have tried to switch back to tracking cycles and it won’t allow me to switch back to either of its other modes—both freeze after you complete a little “personalization” quiz and the only way to get back to the calendar is to quite out of the app and it doesn’t save your change in status. 3- the pregnancy tracking setting lacks any of the fertility tracking info you would want to log if you are going through IUI or IVF. Useless

   Scam artists. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. These people are scam artists. You do a trial run and at no point whatsoever do they send you at notification or notice that you will begin to get charged. They also never send any sort of email or indication you will begin to get charged (and it doesn’t show up in your subscriptions in the Apple settings) so basically they scammed me out of $500 and then when I sent in a request for a refund because I literally never once used the app they just ghosted me and won’t respond. Total snakes.

   This app is a SCAM. I do not recommend this app because I have not been able to cancel my subscription. I have emailed the contact us email about cancelling and no one has gotten back with me. DO NOT subscribe!!!

   Scam. This app is a scam! I downloaded it with a promotion of if it didn’t meet my expectations I would get a refund. I tried to get a refund through the Apple Store and was told I couldn’t through them since it was a “free” app. I then got charged again. When I reached out to their customer service the repeatedly ignored my emails. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM

   Not great. What I liked the least was that after I changed the setting to “pregnant” it still kept asking me questions as if I was not pregnant. And then it automatically charged me for another 3 months for double the price with no heads up .., just don’t bother

    Not worth the price. There are many other apps that does same AI generated responses as Femia does free of cost. There’s no difference between this and those app. Don’t waste money. Also if you try to cancel subscriptions they don’t accept your cancellation and refund your money even if it’s just 1 day past into subscription.

    Maybe a great app, but cancelation policy is designed to be forgotten. I contacted Femia in response to invoices I kept receiving and they didn’t respond. I had just had a baby and was juggling a lot, and didn’t happen to know the exact path I needed to take to successfully contact them, and they charged me for months after I had deleted the app and continued to reach out to their email address with no success. They’ve let me know they are unable to even partially refund me despite me never using their app due to their policies. But I would have had to read a novel and retained it all while postpartum to know how to contact them. It’s a hard pill to swallow, makes me trust helping apps for me and baby less.

    Beware of the subscription scam!. Their expensive subscription is well hidden: their subscription terms say that you must cancel the subscription by going to your Apple account as any other app and cancel there. However it is not true: you will be enrolled in auto renewal (every 3 months) and will need to cancel via the app itself. I followed their terms and when I saw that the app did not show up in my apple subscription, I thought I was not enrolled in auto renewal. But I got an email this morning to let me know that I was charged $69 for a 3 month renewal when I had no clue I was still under a subscription with them. I tried to contact them but their contact button in the app does not work.., tired of getting ripped off by these companies .. if your terms say something, you should comply with it and the charge is not legit .

    Do not purchase this app!!!!. It's truly a scam! I wish I had read reviews here and on Trustpilot before purchasing this app. I saw an add for it on instagram and it seemed like it would give valuable knowledge related to female and sexual health. It turns out it's an app that tracks your monthly cycle with short, basic videos thrown in that don't give any information that I didn't already know. After less than a week of looking through it, I realized I had wasted $25 signing up. And I am convinced that they intentionally make it very difficult to cancel your subscription. The directions in the app to cancel are misleading and lack any helpful information. Based on their instructions, I thought I wasn't going to be charged any more money and then, surprise, they charged me for $66 more! I emailed the two emails listed in the app asking how to cancel back in November and never heard back from Femia. I sent a follow-up email mid January, giving them another chance and never heard back. Fortunately, I was finally able to figure out how to cancel the subscription so they won't be charging me anymore. You have to create a log in through the Femia website and then find how to cancel in that account - you can't cancel through the app itself or through your phone subscriptions. They do not share this info in the app for how to cancel - I hope enough negative reviews will force them to make it easier for people to cancel including adding explicit instructions for how to do so through their website. After posting a very low rating for them on Trustpilot, they finally got back to me with no helpful info again, of course. I was hoping that Femia would do the right thing and refund the nearly $100 I wasted on their app, but they state their policy doesn’t allow for this, but instead asked me to send photos and more info to help them improve their app and offered me a year more of free access to the app. Seriously? Why would I want further access to an unhelpful app only to risk getting charged more after that year? Worst customer service ever!! I would give this company an even lower rating than 1 star if I could!

    This company will rip you off. I have been trying to conceive for a year now and so anything like this catches my eye. Since it seemed like it was a little more in-depth than the other TTC apps I have (Flo and Premom) and they were advertising a free trial period, I downloaded and signed up. I was immediately charged 30 dollars once I set my account up, which I didn’t realize because they were advertising a free trial period, which was a surprise to me. Once I got in the app and looked around, it appeared to be just like Flo which I already had. Since Flo is significantly cheaper and I was charged for the 30 dollars even though I understood it to be free for a trial period, I decided to cancel my subscription all together within the same day as I downloaded it. I went through the instructions on their app to cancel my subscription which I did successfully. All of a sudden, 3 months later, I’m charged 67 dollars for a renewal fee. I reached out to customer support and explained the situation and requested a refund but they refused. Instead offering me a free year membership but how would that be free when I already paid 67 dollars for the annual renewal fee? Very frustrating and disappointing. I highly recommend using Flo instead. Much cheaper and the exact same thing. Be cautious of this company/app.

    Please Fix This!. I purchased Femia and made a one-time payment to access its content, which I studied and found very educational. However, today I woke up to an unauthorized $66 charge, which I did not agree to or subscribe to. The app isn’t even listed in my subscriptions, so I couldn’t cancel it beforehand, even if I wanted to. To make matters worse, the process to unsubscribe is unnecessarily long and complicated. This experience has completely shattered my trust. Please refund my money immediately and address this issue, as it feels deceptive. While the app provides valuable content, this unethical billing practice has lost me as a customer. I feel scammed and cheated.

    Worst experience. I tried the app and it wasn’t for me. I can see how plenty of other people would like but that wasn’t the problem. I then tried to cancel my account. It was impossible. I tried two or three times and I still kept getting charged. You would think that a company that specializes in a highly stressful event in women’s lives would want to make all processes smooth and easy. Instead, this has caused me nothing but aggregation and stress. DO NOT give them your credit card info.

    BAD ADVISE, NOT EVIDENCE BASED. If you are looking to conceive, please do not follow these recipes. One recipe for breakfast was just an apple with coconut. This is NOT a good enough breakfast for a women looking to optimize fertility, as it is far too few calories, not balanced enough to maintain steady blood sugar, lacking in protein and fat. Based on the nutrition advice, I’d steer clear from this app in general. It’s not trustworthy.     Disappointed. I purchased a three month trial for $25.99, only to find that the trial auto renews after 3 months for $65.99. The app is not user-friendly, just full of video clips and a prediction calendar that I already have on another app for FREE. This feels predatory.

    Scam. I would not suggest using this app. I think it’s a scam. There’s good information on there however they charge your card for extra packages when you did not ask for them. I asked them to cancel the extra package that they signed me up for and they told me no, but they can give me three months free. Why would I need an extra three months on the information that I already read? I want my money back.

    Total Scam!. I do not like the scammy feeling of this app. It wasn’t what I was expecting at all. It tells you to go to the doctor for your fertility so I really don’t find this helpful. I’m trying to cancel my SUBSCRIPTION, yes, this is a SUBSCRIPTION, but it’s telling me I have to log in on the website (which I had to search because they make it so inconvenient to cancel by not providing a link to their website) and once I was at their website, there’s nowhere to actually “log in” to my account to cancel. So, then I go through the quiz to try to get me to where it tells me to log-in to my existing account IN THE APP. There’s no way to log in to your account on the web. How convenient for them to make it so hard to cancel so they can keep scamming.
