   Stuck on registration page. I have been using this app for a while and really enjoyed it. Recently I changed my phone and after downloading the app and opening it, it gets stuck on the question “What brings you here?”. No matter what I click, I can’t scroll down and I can’t go to the next page, making the app unusable. Please fix that technical issue 🙏

   The update is awful. The older version of the app lets me see which phase I’m in and when the next will start. The update is big and obnoxious. Not helpful. Wow, somehow they’ve made this app even worse

   Used to be great. I thought it was a one time purchase but after a few years now I have pop ups I can’t stop trying to sell me a subscription. And services that used to be unlocked are now locked. Very greedy.

   Locked info behind paywall. I used to love this app and used it to track my periods and menopausal symptoms but they locked all of the symptoms and history I had noted behind a paywall. I subscribed for a month so I can export all of my information, then I will cancel the subscription and maybe use Day One journal or the Apple health app instead. It’s the principle of the thing - locking features that used to be free behind a paywall is not cool.

   Not fit for irregular girlies. I can’t add ovulation between my every two week period. I track my ovulation and know that I’m ovulating.

   Really?. I’ve been using this app for YEARS, I recently updated it and not only did I lose all my period tracking data, I now have to pay for the app itself. Thanks guys! Super cool!

   Disappointed. I have used this app for years but with the recent update it deleted all my data. Period history gone and there’s no way to restore (trust me I have tried) really disappointing. If you want an app you can trust and rely on I would look at other options

    Update requires user to pay. App now requires users to pay for features that was once free and available to use. Ive been a long time user and loved the ability to track my weight though this app along with my cycle. Incredibly disappointed. Look for a different app that appreciates long time users andoffers free features and keeps it that way instead of being money hungry.

    Deleted 10+ yrs of my data. I went to use the app which had stopped working on my iPhone . I updated the app and instead of migrating my data it erased everything and literally all of my data is totally gone for the past decade.

    Completely deleted old data. Updating the app doesn’t mean you delete all the old data!!! Deleted all my 4-5 yrs history in no time! And made it paid without any notification. Not coming back

    Years of data gone with version update. I’ve been using this app for years. I updated the app and now all my data is gone and it wants me to start over. What happened with your app that wiped out all my data? Beware!

    Disappointed. I’ve used this app for over 12 years. It’s disappointing to say the least that the creators are sell outs to subscription culture. i will be extracting my data and moving to a new app that is FREE, or creating an excel spreadsheet and going back to the old fashioned ways of tracking.

    deleted my info to update app just to charge. i used this app for years until i go now and all my info was erased so they can start their annual fee of charging for the app really sucks wontbe using maybe if they would have even atleast transferred my info over sucks

    All previous data deleted. Been using this app for over 6 years. Finally did an update and every single period history is gone. Making this app now virtually useless and I have lost confidence I can rely on it in the future if needed to reference past menstrual dates. It was great for tracking and answering the constant doc question of “first date of your last period.” The developer’s response of “do these 8 steps and to restore a iCloud backup when you may or may not have backed up this data prior to the update, and didn’t get a warning heads up that all your data was going to go away in order to prompt a proactive back up or otherwise keep past records” is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I lost everything for all the years and years of tracking period dates! Can no longer in good consciousness recommend this app

    Disappointed. I’ve had this app for nearly 10 years. I tracked everything with it and loved that it was straight forward, customizable, and most of all FREE. Logging in to discover that most of the features I loved about this app are now subscription-based was a major disappointment. Seriously? I can’t even search my OWN log history without paying? Never using this app again. You’ve probably already sold all my data but you’ll never get a penny out of me. 👎🏻

    Another Money Grabbing App. Another app going the way of subscription. Guess I’ll need to delete this. With Apple Health having their own tracker, I’ll transfer my data. No sense in paying for third party.

    Unsatisfied with the new update. This app was excellent, simple and private. The new updates are horrible. Plastered with ads, all sorts of information sharing with other apps and totally distracting. I am so sorry I updated this app. Will probably delete unless there is a way to go back to how it was before update.

    All My Period History DELETED. The app updated and all my period data is gone. Every. Single. Period. Gone. I’ve been using this app for years and years and years and now it’s asking me when my last period was and I can’t see any of the information from the previous interface. I’ve never left an app review but this is too devastating I had to say something. Do not use this app.

    Advertises premium to you every time you open it.. I’ve been using this app for years, but at some point recently, it has started pushing ads non stop. I open the app just so I can check my tracker, only to get pop-ups in my face advertising their premium and what a good deal it’s on! It’s incredibly scummy, you can have premium features without shoving it at users every time they even try to use your app. I will be uninstalling.

    App update deleted over 7 years of tracking. I’ve used this app for well over 7 years to track my period and ALL of my previous tracked cycles were deleted when I updated it. Not sure what to do besides delete this app and start all over :/

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ➡️ ⭐️. There was an entire interface overhaul that happened a year ago and ever since, I’ve barely used the app as much as I had before. Every time I open it, I mentally brace myself for the whirlwind of ads that I’m assaulted with on the start page. The aesthetics of the app aren’t what they used to be. I’m disgusted.

    Everything deleted. I’ve used this app for over ten years upon a recommendation from a friend. I loved it. Today, however, I opened the app and everything is gone. It had me start over by asking my period length and start date. I can’t even express how angry I am. A decade + of information just gone. If I could have selected zero stars I would have. 🤬
