   I got scammed. They told me after awhile of not working with them that if I made a payment of 359 it will go towards my debt of 800. Turns out they just took that money and said oh that just covers your “monthly fees” UPDATE : your guys response is that’s not true? What is not true? Your monthly hidden fees? I have the chat messages with your agents

   Beware of their fees. Do not sign up with Beyond. The amount of money you would save is their fees so you ruin your credit and still pay the same amount. They’re fraud.

   They ruined my credit. When I agreed to there scam after speaking with Marcus, I wasn’t behind any payments on any bills at all. They never negotiated with 14 out of my 17 and they left me the delinquent and I’m so behind with interest in fees they ruined Me.

   Accounting is a joke. They’ve developed this to be misleading, that’s why there future payments is a joke to keep you guessing.

   Do not , just don’t. Talk to your creditors and make an offer yourself. Do not use beyond, they are not transparent and you will get a different and inaccurate answer on your debt resolution… DO NOT trust them with your money !!!

   Crashes. Every time I open this app, it automatically closes. I have tried deleting and re-downloading this app to no avail. It’s extremely frustrating!

   Don’t do it, find somewhere better or handle collections yourself.. The savings was not actually there, I saved “18,000” but that number is not accurate due to the amount charged by Beyond Finance to do what they do. I may have not paid appropriately $2,000 overall of $60,000.

   SCAM ALERT. Stay far away…. Don’t fall for the smooth talking sales pros trained to prey on us when most vulnerable. You will get sued. Wages will be garnished. And if they are successful with any they don’t do anything you can’t do yourself without taking the credit score beating. Update: the fallout continues. Stay away from this scam. —-Your fluffy response is lies. When I was sued (now multiple times) you said sorry about my Luck and removed the accounts from my dashboard. When I ask for information regarding other creditors you refuse to give me any information and say communications are “proprietary”. I’ve been sued 3 times now. Your form letters were laughed at by my county clerk. Wages garnished. Embarrassed beyond belief. Everyone please stay away from this scam! It sounds good the first year or two then the shoes will start to drop and they will disappear. They refuse to communicate electronically as they don’t want the paper trail. They promised me transcripts of a call then apparently changed their mind. Stay FAR AWAY from this scam.

   Be aware. We were in a program. Got scammed so much as settlement fee and monthly account maintenance fee. U have to pay 25% of the debt if settled in for an offer. Be aware. The person i spoke to when i started this program. Said so many lies! I believed him blindly. Finally I settled everything by my self.

    BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Use National Debt Relief. Because of Beyond Finance was not careless with communication I’m being litigated by one of my creditors. Also, all they reduced was some interest. I feel scammed by their sales team.

    Deceptive Business Tactics. We have been with Beyond for two years next month. One of the things that attracted me to them is in the beginning they sold me with the promise that if we paid on time that in 9 months they would provide a loan to resolve all debt and payments would continue on said loan. We have never missed a payment in all of this time, and still no loan offer as promised. Their support says oh that’s something that just happens if they want to offer you a loan, just keep paying and you’ll see. Since the original pushy sales we’ve never heard word one about a loan and they just brush it off. Very deceptive and very dishonest.

    Don’t recommend. They only negotiate on one debt at a time leaving your others to negatively effect your credit. So if you have more than one debt I recommend looking elsewhere.

    Allie. This is not a great program to reduce your debt. They are not putting your money in savings that is your money to observe and pay off debt. They have settlement fees that are 60%greater than actual payments on creditor’s balance. Please know if you need to cancel for any reason you WILL NOT receive back maybe a payment and a half. Paid into program 2,020(10 months) Creditor paid 1 (of 6).. nearly $300 So nearly $1700 in settlement & program fees for signing up! LEGAL ROBBERY

    Communication is terrible!!!. The app is fine, not super informative but when I try to get more information about a settlement, it’s always, we are working on it and will give you an update when we have something to update. It has been two years and I have wage garnishment pending. And I’m still getting the same answer when I ask. Maybe they have worked for some but if they don’t work for you, you just end up getting punched in the face from creditors and lawyers with zero defense while you pay Beyond Finance to sit there and do nothing. I feel so gullible and dumb for believing that they could help.

    Unclear About Fees!. They will take a 20-25% fee for settling your credit offer. I have $3500 in my account for an entire year and it went to the fee. They are UNCLEAR and not upfront about the fee. I owe $29K in credit debt and they were able to lower it to $15K. Stack on top the 20-25% fee and you pay an additional $6-$7K in FEES. At the end of the day I will pay a total of $21K. Big middle finger to Beyond Finance for not being upfront with me.

    Beware. When I signed up for this program I was under the impression that I was making a choice to reduce my debt. After using this company I was out of luck with my credit score being shot. My debt resolution was near the value of my debt I originally had because they charge you fees. The recent issue I had making me write this review is they charged my card unannounced a large amount of money that caused me to over drafted making me pay overdraft fees. So my debt grew more. I’m fed up with this company and recommend you look for a different company to settle your debt. Ps. When I asked for my $800 charge back they said they had to wait 5 days to process it and then and then another 3 days to withdrawal it

They collected payments from me intended for my credit card and lien creditors, but the payments were not sent as promised. Based on my experience, their services are unreliable, and I advise others to use caution before working with this company.”

    Scam. If they could receive less than a star I would have given them zero stars I signed up with them and they said that if I pay them monthly on time, then I would be eligible for a loan where I could pay off all of my debt at once I paid them every month I agreed-upon amount in good faith believing that they were negotiating with creditors and paying off creditors. They only paid one credit card the one with the lowest balance they never negotiated with them. They’re just paid off the lowest balance which was $300. The rest of the money that I sent them for the next nine months they kept in their escrow account at least that’s what they had told me. I eventually contacted them and said that I could no longer work with them considering they were not doing any work and they told me that the money that they had in the bank was not going to come back to me that it was their fee. They argued with me repeatedly. We went item by item through everything that they said that I owed them. I did the math with them even paying them the fees that they said I owed which I definitely didn’t and was not agreed-upon ahead of time I should have received near $300 they argued with me repeatedly and eventually told me that they were sending me a check for $200 from them instead I received a check for less than $90. They received close to 2000.

    They just mess up your credit. They pay themselves they’re 25% and a whole bunch of fees first before you can pay off your settlements , they tell you to deposit more to pay off accounts faster which is false all that money you deposit into the savings account gets taken away quickly by them leaving you with almost nothing to pay off your account and at the end of it all you end up paying almost the same amount as you owed just your credit is messed up for 10 years.

    Predators. Do not sign up for this program. Ruining your credit to get the collectors off your back and a false sense of breathing room is NOT WORTH IT. The "program" will charge you an extra 20% of your enrolled amount of debt *per creditor* for THEMSELVES. Yes, this is in the contract and 20% may not seem like much at first, but their goal seems to be to take advantage of desperate people who will agree to anything seemingly reputable that gives the illusion of relief. In my case, for example, I enrolled with ~$21,000 of debt and after almost 2 years, ~$11,000 had been settled for ~$5400 but after the 20% and other fees, I'd ultimatley paid ~$8400. So when all was said and done, I had only "saved" ~$2600 and demolished my credit in the meantime. Some major creditors, in my case Chase, do not typically work with these kinds of settlement companies too and will start legal proceedings. Beyond will keep telling you its a scare tactic and that they're "working on it" when they aren't. In an attempt to cut my losses, I pulled the unresolved accounts I had left from the program (which are now over $1000 higher each due to interest because the program told me to stop paying anything towards them) and will be handling them myself; however, Beyond is making it extremely hard to re-establish contact with those creditors. The "support" chat is all AI and completely useless and the representatives by phone can't tell you anything other than what you can already see on your dashboard (whis is nothing meaningful). There is no transparency at all. This company is a scam at best and prey on those of us who were or are already stuggling to manage our finances and were or are easy targets looking for any relief in the face of crippling debt. It's genuinely baffling these kinds of companies can even exist.

    Do not. Do not under any circumstances sign up with this company. It will only cost you more money in the long run. They are a total scam. They will charge you even though they didn’t help. I enrolled 29,000 worth of debt. They reduced my debt by $3,000. Charged me $9,000 and I currently have a 25% interest loan at $18,000 from a company that “partner with” in order to get out of their program because I was being sued by cc companies for doing what beyond finance told me to do. I paid beyond finance roughly $18000 over 36 months and still had to take an $18000 loan at 25% to graduate their program. So yeah. Just don’t it.

    Constantly crashes. This app crashes every time you open it on an update iPhone. It’s a good thing it’s usable on a computer, because this app is completely unusable as it is now.

    Scammers. These scammers don’t deserve 1 star! The price they quote you in the beginning is not what you’ll be paying they take 25% off top you’ll end up saving no money whatsoever!!! Charge all these extra random fees for “lawyers” but if you don’t except a resolution they threaten you saying your checks will be garnished One of my resolutions was more than the actual debt. They had me sign a resolution start making payments on it than sent me a new resolution for the same debt!! Make sure you check every single creditor they add to your program they had 2 that weren’t even mine added these people are scammers and need to be stopped!! The worst mistake of my life!
