   App loading time. Paid for the subscription and extremely disappointed. Takes forever for the app to open up. Most attempts the message is a network failure. However, I can open it in my house or going for a walk without a problem. Just not when I need it to be tracking, milage.

   12/60 Michael. Not happy with your service, I have to use it for this job. Otherwise I wouldn’t. In the LA area you’re constantly in heavy traffic. And it’s very annoying that every several miles it says was this trip for work or personal. When I finally do my miles, I have all these snippets of trips that I have to decipher, so I’d have to say not happy at all.

   Still being charged after canceling. The app is completely useless for me so I never used it and canceled after a week but I’m still being charged.

   Offensively expensive. $14 a month for a mileage tracker that isn’t always 100% accurate. Not to mention there are other apps on the market that do the exact same thing for free. Steer clear! They’ve over doubled their price in the last few years. It’s insulting. Greedy to the core.

    Misses 3/4 of the drives. Useless app. Would give 0 stars if possible. Customer care does not care. This used to work great. No longer. For the last 6 months or so this stupid app misses most drives. Not worth it. Addendum- the app no longer supports short drives. So if you are delivering on short runs it won’t help you. Avoid this scam of an app. Also, with how useless this app is, all these 5 star reviews are probably fake. Note: MileIQ asked me to leave another review. It’s still terrible. -5 stars. Utter garbage app. Year end reports are terrible. Map interface is terrible.

    It quit working THIS JUNE, too?!. I was just lucky last year, that I was working with a company whose address assignments were logged! This year, work was so busy, I failed to log for 11-days. Now, I find it had stopped without me knowing, and I’m just outta luck.

    Vacation there should be a vacation mode.. There should be a simple way to set the app to vacation mode then click off when you get back. Weekends were turned off and they should not count for drives.

    Issues. Why dose one pay for yearly service and is still capped at 40 drives? I have reached out to customer service twice already your remedy did not work, why is it impossible for a customer to speak with a human not ai or endless emails?

    Good but not great. This app is good at best. I wish it would ask me what to categorize each trip and not just assume it’s personal or business. It gets it wrong most of the time, and I have to go back and recategorize the trip. For trips I take every day multiple times a day to check my animals it will categorize it wrong. Update: I still do not like this app. I have been using it for several months and I go to 3 or 4 places repeatedly everyday and it consistently misclassifies my trips every time.

    very high price. Over three years, you raised the price from $5 to $14 a month. Your greed drove me to cancel my subscription and switch to another well-known app that is FREE. And I see that despite the flood of negative feedback but you didn't listen to us or rein in your greed… instead, you just posted a bunch of fake positive reviews. Goodbye.

    Another price increase coming. I really like this app, have used it for years. But the cost is getting out of control! Two massive price increases in less than a year. I used to purchase yearly, and moved to monthly to make it more affordable, but that’s going up dramatically as well. I will look for something else. If anyone has any recommendations please share

    Counts every stop as 1 drive. This app doesn’t let you chain all relevant drives into one drive. It randomly lets you link 2 drives into 1 but otherwise every food drive-through stop, every long traffic congestion stop is a new drive. You run out of drives extremely fast.

    Increased subscription fee 👎. 13.99/month starting in July. Not worth it. I know the increased subscription revenue isn’t going towards human employees at MileIQ, as Peter (their AI bot) is the one who responded to my emails. Gross. It’ll probably respond to this review too. Why would I want to pay more money for a company that has probably replaced its employees with AI?

    Price increases are ridiculous. I have been using this app for about 4 years. When I first started using it it was $5.99/mo. Price increased to $8.99/mo, in 2025 and I still saw the value in it, so I kept it. It’s a great app, makes doing my taxes much easier. However, I got a notification today that it’s increasing once again to $13.99/mo starting in June. I canceled my subscription today. No way is this app worth $13.99/month. It was pushing it at $8.99.
