   Not free. Cancelation is impossible to understand. This was not what I expected. Have tried to cancel since day 1 with no luck. Don’t try the FREE 3 days.

   Trial and Refund Issues. The app is decent and has numerous options for photo editing. The price is also reasonable…if you actually find you want the app. They of course don’t tell you this upfront, but when you purchase (for example, free trial runs over), they “cannot” refund you. They state you need to file with Apple instead. What kind of reputable company operates like this? Apple isn’t going to just refund things. You need customer service. Cannot recommend an app that operates in this way when they charge as much as they do.

   Why is everything premium?. Been using this app for some time pay monthly but now many of the features I used are gated behind some upgraded plan. Charging more for stuff that came as part of the basic package is weak sauce.

   Stuck. No way to move forward.. I’m very excited about using this app and I upload my pictures And select, and the only option is to delete or to click an ad to create an avatar. There is no next step button. Then when I go to submit feedback to report a bug, the buttons don’t work.

   Severely low resolution. Low resolution output for the Pencil Tones and many other styles even with a premium subscription. Worthless.

   Was an Awesome app. I’ve had enough of your BS. I used to create beautiful full page photo art where I can apply Prisma in pre-selectable gradient. Now those features are gone and now, so am I this app has been significantly downgraded since I got it years ago

   Doo doo. Can’t create an account with email. Error: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” Well… that’s helpful. No idea what went wrong.

    Dishonest trial period. Instead of giving me a three-day trial period, they charged me for a year subscription! Don’t do the trial! It’s a dark pattern.

    What happened?. It has been a while since I used prisma and it is not great, very disappointed. A bunch of stuff has been added but it makes no sense. It was so nice & easy before.

    Yin And Yang. The Good: Filters are amazing. The Bad: If you use the app. consistently plan on reloading it at least once a month; it bombs that often.

    Read this first. The app offers nothing that isn’t already available on other apps. Customer service is unresponsive to not only requests to cancel subscription, but in resolving questionable charging practices. Not only do I not recommend this app, I STRONGLY suggest not downloading it at all.

    Junk app. Does not work on my IPad. Constantly wanting more money when I paid for the unlimited subscription! Buggy and poorly designed and written software. Waste of time and money compared to other AI photo apps. I cancelled my subscription and bought Bazaart instead, which works great for me.

    Fraudulent Charges. I signed up for a “free 3 day trial” of this app on Jan 2. Within minutes of using the app, I saw that it didn’t have the features I wanted, and I cancelled said free trial in less than an hour still on Jan 2. Prisma didn’t even wait the 3 days to charge me full price for the app, but went ahead and charged me that same day. I reported it to Apple, for some reason (that they won’t share) they denied my request for a refund. So let this serve as a warning to anyone who signs up for the “free 3 day trial”: YOU WILL BE FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED before the trial period is up. Whatever loophole they’re using, Apple’s AI bots aren’t catching it, and I’m now stuck having paid $30 for an app I can’t use.

    Maybe great if . . .. I am unable to log in using my yahoo email account that I signed up with. I was supposed to receive a code to verify my identity at the same email address as entered, but I haven’t received a code after several attempts. I guess I just wasted my three day trial to stare at their login screen. It is a good thing they make it easy to cancel the subscription to view their login screen. I would have liked to of tried their product instead.

    Where is the HD?. I’ve been using this app for 5+ years and I absolutely love it. But for some reason I no longer have the option to download my pics in HD and I can’t figure out why. I pay for the premium version of the app because I use these filters with my photography to create artwork but now I’m stuck not being able to work. I’ve reached out to customer support a couple times now with no response. I even looked at upgrading to the “unlimited” version but am told that I won’t be able to access this version for another month when this subscription is done. I can’t go without working that long!

    Prisma Frozen. I purchased Prisma and have been unable to take advantage of my initial three day trial period because my app is frozen. Shutting down my I phone and restarting does not rectify the problem
