   Terrible!. The edits are absolutely terrible as is customer service. After several failed attempts, they ignore your request to cancel and refund. ChatGPT actually fixed the photo for FREE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS APP!

   Decreasing quality. I had been a loyal user of Retouch Me for well over a year, but the quality of their editors has been decreasing. There’s also no customer service. I’ve frequently had really bad editing done (looks like someone used a marker), and when I request it be fixed or a refund — the request is entirely ignored. With the amount it costs, there needs to be customer service and higher quality work.

   Quality definitely down with AI. I used to use this app all the time, and it was well worth it because the quality of the photos that were created were excellent. They definitely moved to AI and don’t offer anything more than what I can do for free with ChatGPT. When I am finished with the credits that I have in my account I will be canceling for sure.

   Terrible work / paid for work not completed. This app used to be great but more recently you will pay for edits and the edits will never be completed. It allows you to request a redo, but again the edits are not completed. Eventually it will require you to pay more for the original edits and again they will not be completed. I do not recommend at all.

   Very bad user interface. Removes glare ok but the ui is so bad and they will sometimes reject your order when you ask for a redo. I don’t feel like the core service is very reliable. Very, very hard to track the photos you edit here and very hard to tie them back to original photo in my photos. Very painful, and not friendly to my time and energy. There is also no way to request a refund when, due to their bad UI, an edit is requested on a photo. Actually they start charging you when you request more than a couple redos due to very bad results. You can like a photo “order” and even leave a tip, but there is no way to dislike a photo unless you request a fix. Did I mention there is no way to request a refund on bad results? Also orders take 5-10 minutes but the order details screen does not say how long ago the order was placed. Very kindergarten stuff. Thumbs down. I could learn how to do this myself on my laptop for the time this app has wasted in just 2 days.

   Completely DOWNHILL!!. App used to be great. I’ve used it for years!! Within the last year or two it’s done a complete 180. Longer wait times. Then you’ll get a photo back completely unedited. You ask for fixes and they still do nothing. I started a subscription thinking my credits would accumulate. I don’t use the app often so I went on for an edit and it’s like “you need more credits. Huh??? Come to find out they remove credits every month as well. So what’s the point of the subscription? Emailed them and after a long wait they said they didn’t do that. And canceling would void any credits I currently had (when I could clearly see the timeline as to when they were removing them). Ask for a refund they said they couldn’t do it and that apple needed to but I’ve been paying a subscription for months. Apple only allow 3 charges to show. SMH. This app is now a SCAM!! Please do not be fooled. Removed certain features, added others I’m reading people say do not work. And because your editors are incoherent I have to pay to get someone else to do it? This has been my go to app for years but now I am DONE!

    Taking my money without retouching my photo. I’ve paid for several, several retouches with no visible change. They’ve removed the before and after feature so you can’t see when they’ve done absolutely nothing. I rated my designer and was charged again. I’ve been double charged on all photos i’ve done today. This is a scam and fraud. I want my money back for the touch ups that were never done to begin with.

    Charge Without Making Edits. I have used this app for a few years and for the most part had been pretty happy with the work. Recently this app has gotten so bad that I’d call it fraudulent. I have had to re-ask for even simple edits like just having a beard removed on average at least 3 times and being charged credits when the edit was not performed. Many times I’ve just wasted so many credits requesting “redos” because they absolutely had not made ANY changes that I give up and decide it’s not worth wasting more credits when they’re clearly not doing a single thing to the pic. I am actually going to call Apple and ask for a refund and make a complaint . They are charging for a service and not doing it. It’s not any different than essentially stealing. So this app has really declined and forewarn anyone to look for other apps that are much better.

    Edits are never correct - if they are ever sent back done. More times than not I have been completely disappointed with my edits. Most times it looks like the photo sent back to me is my original with no retouches completed at all. If I send it back for a redo , it comes back almost instantly the same way. Customer service is no help. They will not credit back the credits paid for unsatisfied edits. This app service has had really declined. Also they really should make it so it’s was easy to view your original photo from the newly edited photo. In the past you were able to toggle the bar and switch between photos and clearly see the different. Now with the option they have in the corner, it is not very user friendly Another disappointment. Almost like that change was purposefully made so customers couldn’t see the two photos easily DO BETTER …I’d give 0 stars if I could

    Took 40 minutes for one photo. Awful and I feel cheated. Took 40 to 60 minutes for 1 photo. Cancelled and deleted app. Ridiculous waste of money. Zero stars. Rip off.

    Was not impressed. Tried this out once and did not like the job they created. For one they don’t let you choose the upper male body you want. They choose for you using something unrealistic. They also don’t provide you with the high resolution image even though that’s what you give them. The resolution is severely diminished. This renders the image unusable especially if you’re using it for poster prints. I will not be ordering again.

    Horrible!. VERY LAZY WORK on their edits. They don’t even try anymore to make it look natural and professional. Not to mention the wait times for them to edit a photo is like 4 plus hours and if you need it re-edited due to mistakes on their end well that’s another 2 plus hours for them to fix it. Used to be a good app years ago but not anymore.

    Horrible. Deleted this app because they charge you money to edit your photos and then take 5+hours to even edit the photo!! What am I paying for I thought I would give them a second chance redownloaded the app and started a $9.99 subscription and paid for them to edit a photo again and it’s said estimated time 2 hours and 30 minutes for over 5 hours!! Canceling this substitution and deleting this app for good this time!! Awful 5+ hours to edit one single photo that you pay your own money for is insane!!!

    Find another app. I’ve used Retouch for a few years. Before edits were processed FAST! Not only did they provide an option for faster, touchup service in cases where they would take longer, but they were also willing to correct any edits without charge now it seems the charges have gone up, and the edits come out in a way that you’re always constantly having to pay for more because they don’t do a good job. Customer service is either AI or automated responses which makes it very frustrating to say the least. Time to get a different app and spend my money there! Wanted to give future users a heads-up. This app has definitely changed from what it was in the past sadly.

    You Can’t Edit Your Photos. You have to select which things you want edited. Each area (Pimple removal, double chin removal, smithing skin etc) cost credits and then you wait for someone to else (their “designer”) to edit your photo and notify you when ready. No thanks. I thought I was getting an editing tool.

    Getting worse. I used to love this app but the last few months has been awful. I am not only not getting the edits I requested, but it’s taking forever. It will say 1 hour but then an hour in, it still says 1 hour. One time I didn’t get the updated photos in time (next day) even though it said it would only be 2 hours so I wasted my money… moving on once these credits are gone.

    Beware of wrong estimates wait times. This app used to be great, now they give you an estimated wait time that is off by an hour or more. Definitely need to reevaluate their system.
