   Terrible, unhelpful. This asked about 5 questions to diagnose my plant, and it felt like the only possible diagnoses were overwatering, underwatering, too much sun, not enough sun, or too much nutrients (if you fertilize every 2 weeks like miracle grow suggests. So dumb.

    At Your Own Risk. Good luck canceling your subscription. It’s been 4 years since I downloaded this app and 3 years since I’ve used it. It’s been a nightmare to stop the reoccurring subscription. No refunds. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

    Couldn’t cancel like they said I could. I never intended getting other than basic Plantin like a friend used. Instead $7 weekly when 19.50 for a year subscription?? Cannot figure how to bow out. It literally wants to be my best friend . Definitely not what i thought i was sampling

    Untrustworthy. I took a picture of my very healthy petunias, I just didn't know I had to deadhead them and that it's natural for their flowers to die. It said "Your plant has a DISEASE❗️Pay now to see what it is." Just seems disingenuous.

    My plant died. I watering my plant as usual I found something was wrong with it when I was going on water the next day and then I use this app. It recommended me some advice and I did it. It died anyway. What a great when my plant dies.

    It doesn’t work like it shows in the commercials.. This app absolutely sucks. I just want to take a photo of the plant like in the commercial and for it to tell me the problem, not answer a bunch of questions about how often it gets watered etc. what a complete scam.

    Never got the care right. I wish I would love it, but I don’t know if I am doing something wrong or what. It rarely gets the right plant id, always says everything is good, even to a tree that is most likely dead. I dont get it.

    Not helpful for lawn. It never gave me a diagnosis for my lawn. Have to identify a the type of grass it - it’s diseased. And then, critiqued the photo on the app. A large waste of money!

    Latest Update is NON FUNCTIONAL 5/16/26. When you open the app and it says go to my Plants with a full screen overlay none of the functions clear the screen not go to my Plants not Cancel not the X in the top right hand corner. It FREEZES the app. THE APP IS NOW NON-FUNCTIONAL. WITH THE OVERLAY THAT POPS UP AT THE BEGINNING THAT SAYS GO TO MY PLANTS.

    refuse to refund my accidental purchase. broke my heart!! was so excited to try the free trial to help my plants. i was exploring the app and before i knew it i had unknowingly clicked agree to paying $30 to ask ONE question - i immediately contacted support and explained how i had unintentionally purchased something before understanding the app feature! made this mistake literally within 10 minutes of downloading the app and was sure they would understand/ help, but they were unfortunately of no service. i have now spent $30 on literally i don’t know what - the feature i tried out didn’t even work. its crazy thats more than i spent on the actual plant i was trying to save
