   Doesn’t work. I don’t like that you have to pay before you can see anything on the app. I saw all of the stars and thought it would be a good app to help me plan my meals. I paid for the app. I was excited. It kept saying downloading your recipes. For 2 days that is all it says. The app doesn’t do anything! I had deleted and reinstalled it. Now I’m out money for absolutely nothing. Very frustrating and disappointing. If you like simply giving money to someone else and getting nothing back, this is the app for you!

   Is this a gimmick??. I just downloaded the app and paid $1.99 and all I see is 1 smoothie recipe ! There are no other recipes available. It mentioned I can unlock 3 free recipes of I share the link with my friend So disappointing. I thought this was a cookbook but in an app version

   No recipes. I’ve had this app for about a week, and all it says is “downloading recipes.”

   Doesn’t work. How are you gonna have a paid app that doesn’t even work? Recipes won’t load. Error every time I open it even tried deleting and downloading again… nada. Waste of money.

   Piece of crap. What a piece of crap! I just purchased this app and I can’t even use it because it can’t download any recipes. Just keeps saying try again later. So then I went to the support area and it’s broken! Clicking the button to send the support request doesn’t even work. Then I went to the website and the website is down in the app section of the website… Ridiculous.

   Incomplete access to recipes on website. I just purchased the app specifically to print a recipe for gluten free graham crackers on her website. Printing of recipes is blocked unless, apparently, one pays for the app. Well, the recipe is not to be found using the app. Very unhappy, both with the greedy denial of printing (what’s the difference if you can read the recipe), and the incomplete recipe access once the subscription is paid. I bought the initial book, but this ticks me off. Don’t look for any more purchases by me. Update - there is no way to communicate directly with either the app developer or the chef. Also, there was no response to the review I posted. It’s fair to say that I would give NO stars for this app, and now for the chef. I’ll find vegan recipes and lifestyle support from someone with at least a passing interest in communicating with the folks who paid for her book and app! Shame on you.

    No new recipes. I don’t think there has been a new recipe added to the app in a year or two. Pretty disappointing.

    Shiny finish but…. Product looks great but recipes are limited and compared to other apps, it doesn’t take advantage of videos or making it more easily understood. Acts as more of a traditional recipe book. But well, it’s not. It’s a cooking app and for the fancy art and glossy finish it doesn’t take into account that it should use more of medium it occupies.

    Laborious. Laborious recipes and really hard to have ingredients and instructions on 2 different pages especially if using the app in your phone. Once made though pretty tasty.

    Origin recipes have been deleted. I got this app when it first came out and while I don’t think it’s the most user friendly, it was an easy way to access her recipes. Now I just noted that the original recipes, including those I had marked as favorites are all gone. Guess they expect me to pay more to get them back? Not going to happen.

    Beautifully done. There are a lot of great recipes here and the photography is beautiful. Won’t be using the app though because I prefer to print recipes and that isn’t an option here.

    Consider availability of ingredients…. I got the app but had to give it up soon after. I wish there was more thought into making recipes friendly for subscribers who may not have some vegan products available in their area/country - like vegan butter, vegan cream etc. why not teach us how to make one from scratch and more self-sufficient? I’m sure there must be some raw ingredients that are more easily accessible to make it. Also, most recipes are very much into American cuisine, would have wished for more variety.

    Amazing recipes but never gets updated. It’s a great app, but if you own her cookbooks.. its just not worth it. Plus, it never gets updated anymore, there hasnt been any new recipes in months 😔

    Why doesn’t it list calories?. There is nutritional information listed for the recipes but calories aren’t listed. It would be helpful if they were.

    Love it but wish. This app is great with awesome recipes that so far, are tasty! My only complaint is I wish it would make a grocery list so it’s easier to follow through especially using my cell phone.

    Is this app still updated?. I have greatlyenjoyed this app over the years and come back for recipes I love. I am wondering though if it’s still maintained, I haven’t seen any changes or new recipes added for quite a while. Would be an excellent app if the owner is still committed to it. Still good if it’s new for you, but if you’ve been a fan for a long time as I have, you’re probably ready for some new recipes. I do own all her cookbooks, but find an app format easier.

    Love the recipes!. Honestly, I’m not even vegan but I LOVE these recipes. The only thing that would make this app SOO ideal, would be to have an option to add the recipes you want to make for the week, and then give you a shopping cart option so I can see all the things I need to have for all those recipes. In case I need to buy some ingredients that I am missing.

    Great Flavor. I was introduced to this author by one of my friends. A little hesitant, because some vegan cooking isn’t very flavorful or even texture wise just doesn’t cut the cake. I had a brownie recipe, made from the first cookbook, and was extremely impressed. A little on the sweet side, but you can always cut out the sugar. I recently made a chocolate chip cookie which came out delicious. Texture is great. I am very impressed.
