   Driver safety. As a driver, I feel like Gozone does not take driver safety or driver support seriously enough. Many passengers claim they are using a pass as payment, but most of the time they either don’t have one or try to avoid paying properly. Drivers are often put in uncomfortable situations dealing with homeless individuals, passengers with dogs, school students misusing accounts, and people showing bad behavior. There are times when, out of fear for my own safety, I still give rides because you never know how someone might react over a $1.50 fare. I don’t want drivers to feel unsafe or pressured just to avoid conflict. Another issue is adults using kids’ accounts to pay only $0.75 for rides, which is unfair and easily abused. Gozone also does a poor job educating passengers on how the service actually works. Many people think it operates like Uber or Lyft, when in reality it is a corner-to-corner pickup and drop-off service. Even after explaining this politely to passengers multiple times, some still call drivers arrogantly demanding pickup directly from their house or office. On top of that, even after driving long shifts — sometimes up to 10 hours — drivers don’t receive proper paid breaks or enough support. The company really needs stricter verification, better rider education, stronger rider accountability, fair treatment for drivers, and more focus on driver safety.

   Sadly disappointed. No transparency misleading in the delivery of key points to successfully picking a suitable offer leads or management returns inquires not as quickly as one would expect so work can be chosen or even just to answer simple question in order to have a piece of mind . In summary app need total improvement hope this feedback allows company to make augments and work with positive constructive criticism.

   Very bad experience to use this app. They can cancel your contract with no solid reason or even having a proof if you think about joining this company make the your second option or part time only

   Can’t get past the phone number registration. When it asks for my number, I type it in and only get an error message telling me “something’s wrong.” Not helpful.

   So bad. Made me drove 50 miles to get my fingerprints scanned and paid for vehicle inspection. I have done all the steps they ask me to do but they never got back to me its been a week since i texted and called them everyday.

   No sign up option. There is sign up option when you download the app. It takes you directly to sign in which you cannot use. Cannot even register.

   No support. I’d give this a zero if I could. I’ve been trying for days to sign in. All I get is a message that I’ve done everything correctly and “We’ll contact you in 24 hrs” Well, it’s been a week of no response. None.

    Good idea, bad delivery. The overall goal is good, but the app is very dysfunctional. Riders are not able to find drivers and are dropped off sometimes a mile or more, across highways, from their destinations. The poor riders deserve a better service.

    Deactivated since March 2024, no help at all.. I can’t upload anything via the app. I’ve sent it through the emails. I get a response with the same thing the prior person said 2 people ago. I’m the original person that started that program in the Pierce county area and referred people to the program and you can’t even get me in to fix it. No phone number. Back ground was completed. Drug test was completed. I keep sending updated insurance. At this point you don’t want me to drive, can you just stop beating around the bush and tell me without sending me automated emails to upload the exact things I’ve sent you every time I have sent a email and responded.

    Nothing but trouble. Worked as a lead and everything about this job is a lie, from the workers holding hours and trying to fleece you for 20 to book, the drivers are peeing in bottles and having hookers in the vans, no repairs are done to the vans, call center is horrible, they fire you for fraud even tho you follow app rules when they wanna hire people for cheaper pay. They lower the incentives all the time or give none. Crazy amount racism especially toward Spanish drivers, rider always claiming sexual assault and via will cover it up. I can go on this company is trash and will continue to be that way cuz it’s the new 2 dollar Mini van

    Why even have the option?. You need to be 25 or older to drive with this app. Why even have the option to select your birth year if you’re under 25? They limit the birth year to 18+ already, why not just eliminate the option?? Lame and probably a scam anyways

    Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used. After the last update, I now have to uninstall and reinstall on a near daily basis in order to log in. It glitches like crazy to the point where it is very hard to do my job. I’ve reported the issues many times to no avail

    TWILIGHT ZONE. They should do the right thing and sell this company to someone who knows how to do it right. They treat their drivers like garbage. All they care about is their contracts. Not people.

    IT'S A SCAM AND THEY DONT CARE. Do not get involve with this company, it's a headache and a scam, trust me Ive driven for them the last 3 months. First of all the work is fine, it's like uber/lyft but you get paid hourly, so basically you are an employee, thus should be entitled to your 15 minutes breaks every 4 hours you work. Well, that's not happening. They sign you up as independent contractors so you if you take those 15 minutes breaks, you don't get paid. That's the first issue. Second, if you happen to get into an accident, they will temporarily terminate your work for 3-5 days for "investigation purposes". Which means you miss a week of work, no compensation, no "are you okay?", no "how can we help you". Third, after they have done their "investigations", they don't care if you are at fault or not, they DON'T CARE if you have all the documentation and police report to back you for you or not, THEY WILL WRITE YOU UP WITH A WARNING. And guess what, you don't get to have it appeal or revoke because "it's just part of the process, and it won't be on your record or anything" until when you are unfortunate enough to get into another accident, once again, not your fault with all the police report and documentation again. Then they give you a "FINAL WARNING" as part of their process. Like I said, they SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. Lastly, when you sign up, they will have you sign paper work so that regardless of who's at fault for the accident, and regardless if you have insurance of the other drivers or not, they will charge you money, in my case $500, just because you have signed the paper and just because they repair cost a lot of money.

    Still waiting. It’s been a year since I first applied. I can’t log in. When I try to log in I’m told the app has an error. If I create a new account I’m told team via is still reviewing my application. I think it’s a joke. A bad one, but still a joke. Don’t take this serious.

    Extremely flawed. Bug on top of bug; the app isnt helping to make your job easier. It makes everything more stressful. On top of that completely irrational algorithm for picking the passengers up… ridiculously inconvenient.

    Issue with download completion. I’m unable to complete the app download because it wouldn’t accept my number or any other number that I type in . Each time I type a number, it will send me an invalids statement say something went wrong that I should try again .
