   Bad experience. Charged my credit card despite app saying I wouldn't be charged because bike wouldn't run and other problems. Fraudsters Bikes are filthy. Don't charge well. So I ended up having to pedal around the city, which is not ideal since the bikes are super heavy. This was my first experience, and I won't be renting with this company again.

   Won’t let you end ride. I tried to commute to work and it wouldn’t let me end ride I had to go 2 miles out of my way and rent a Divy e bike to get to work there is a large area in Chicago that you can’t park it .

   Delete the AI parking check. This parking check feature never works and I just stand there taking pictures over and over. Meanwhile on the uber app I can park anywhere with no fees and have even NOT had the vehicle in the frame of the photo because I was in a rush. Just a really bad bug that seems to be there for no reason since Uber + Lime users don’t have to follow any of the Lime apps weird rules

    Absurdly expensive! App charged me for a bike that was locked!. Despite the app didn’t unlock the bike and I kept trying to push it it continued to charge me an absurd amount of money while I called tech support to troubleshoot: they told me they didn’t see the bike activated in their system yet they saw I was being charged anyhow??!! When I finally got the bike up and running it JOLTED me forward after not seeming to work at all. I rode it less than 1/2 mile , 4 minutes abt the fee was $7? I could take an uber during rush hour for cheaper than that without any hassles! This is a discussion service. I’ll buy my own scooter for $100 and call it a day.

    Terrible no cancel option. Do not subscribe to anything. There is no cancellation option on an iPhone and you can’t login to the app on the website

    Completely unreliable. You will spend more time trying to find parking than you would walking. Often times you go to a designated parking area that is totally empty, and it tells you it’s full so you have to go to another area a quarter mile away. 0/10 recommend

    Always fails me. I used limepass, app always has issues closing the ride and overcharging. Good luck getting that back. I pay for minutes ahead of time, reserve my ride. And it says it cant be used because I reserved the ride? Make it make sense haha. This is the 4th or 5th time this app has left me stranded with no solution. It takes your money and leaves you stranded. Do not depend on this app in any way shape or form to comduct honest business.

    Try another app. It’s a pain in the butt to set up but it’s also insanely overpriced Came back to update: customer support is unavailable over the phone, you’re out on hold for about 5min before they say it’s not available and to leave a message and they will follow up with you through email. Try another bike share app this one is greedy and awful. After a while quality dies and this one is dead

    Privacy concerns and costly. Why does the app need all your info, to track your other social apps, need a picture of your face so they can track you, and on top of that you gotta pay them? They should pay for all that info.

    Significant bugs. Trouble ending ride then trouble logging in, trouble verifying, trouble loading, and I’m still unable to access my account. Previously bikes would lock up if bike lines were even near sidewalks, nearly causing me to be hit by vehicles. The bugs in this app have been persistent enough over this past year that I’m ready to stop giving them hundreds of dollars in passes and just purchase something reliable. Unfortunate.

    Why photo every time ????. They make you photo identify each and every ride..:takes so long…and I have a bundle, it’s like you have to sign in and sign up every single time you do it, even if it’s multiple times in same day?!?!
