   The good days of Lyft is long gone. They used to have dollar bonuses, they had it where you do a certain amount of trips you get a bonus amount, they had streaks. All of this ended when gas prices went sky rocket not Lyft does not pay half what they used to. Now that gas prices are up, there has been less money very hard to get trips that make sense. And when you do get one the match might not complete, the good days of Lyft is gone.

    Fake bots. They're now using fake bots to write reviews. Listen, man, this company is greedy and horrible to drive for. They take advantage of drivers, disrespect their time with low wages and issues with their cars. They are inconsiderate about gas, charging fees, and maintenance needed for the cars. You have to extremely cherry-pick rides just to make 100 bucks. You'll be lucky if you can reach that in one day. They do not care about any of the drivers. Let that be known—nobody becomes a billionaire without screwing people over.

    Refused to pay for clean up. I had a passenger high on drugs, urinate all over my seat and lift refused to send a cleaning fee, their excuse was that they’re AI wasn’t accepting the pictures. I’ve been working for them for years and I’m really let down by this company.

    Not approving my vehicle!. My car is all good & completely okay to drive. But Lyft not approving it or telling me why they not approving it. Called multiple times to know why they not approving it, to know if there’s any I can help them with. Only says we gonna send you email but never did. This is disgustingly stupid! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    So frustrated. I’ve been reaching out to Lyft support everyone says nothings wrong with my account but I can be online for 3 hours to 5 and only get one or no rides at all when usually in these high volume areas the minimum I make in an hour is 20 and know I’m making 3$ for 3 hours .

    Account deactivated. Deactivate someone account and telling the driver to explain what happened during the trip without disclosing the rider is not fair. How will one explain in details what happened during the trip without knowing the person that reported the driver. Because many trips must have passed in between. Try and sort that out. And be considerate of your drivers as well because most riders just lie for selfishness. My account was deactivated till date I don’t really know what to explain because I don’t know who reported me.

Every time you reject a rider automatically left suspended you , even you accept the trip and are on you way to pick up the rider and stuck in the traffic of the rider cancel the trip Lyft suspends you . Lyft doesn’t recognize the hard working of drivers . That is the reason I don’t work with Lyft Anymore

    Problem with the app. I picked up Faith at 215 W. Yakima Ave. The app wouldn’t let me accept a ride, but being the nice guy that I am, I picked them up anyways and dropped them off at their destination.

    Worst rideshare app for drivers. Lyft is by far the worst rideshare app I have worked with. The app is unreliable, the support is useless, and drivers get punished without proper review or clear explanations. Every issue feels like a fight with automated policies instead of real help. Uber is much better in every way — better support, better handling of driver issues, and a much more professional system overall. Very disappointing experience with Lyft.

    Hard to make money. This is terrible; I can’t make any money doing this. The company keeps taking more, while drivers are left doing all the heavy lifting and earning about $100 for a full day of driving. On a good day, I might make $160, but that's after 11 hours of nonstop driving and only if some passengers leave tips.
