   Worst customer service for drivers. It makes no sense to be 1 mile from a gig to be accepted for a gig. That’s 30 miles away apparently purchased a bigger vehicle for more opportunity and it was the complete opposite said to be first come first serve for any order or gig.

   Slow. The app is slow. It needs a lot of work. You try to access your gig history or your earnings history anything like that and it just loads forever same thing when you click on a gig to accept it it just loads forever. Same thing when you take pictures to complete a delivery it loads forever sometimes they don’t even load and complete. You have to redo the whole process all over again. This app just has a lot of issues every time you start a gig you have to take a selfie of yourself. They said they fixed that, but they never fixed that they just lie they don’t care all that money typical trash company

   Issues with the app. This app used to be solid. Now it can’t even track whether an order is actually available. It keeps items “available,” I drive out there, and—surprise—they don’t have it. Living in a small town means these aren’t short trips, either. I’ve had a store call the app before I arrived to say an order was already picked up. The app said they’d cancel it, then didn’t—left it open so I’d waste my time. If you can’t be bothered to cancel an order you know is gone, that’s not a glitch—that’s not doing your job. And the cancellation “fee”? Four bucks I can’t even cash out. That’s an insult, not compensation. This app has gone downhill fast. It’s unreliable, wastes my time and gas, and it’s just not worth using anymore.

   Terrible. Think twice—or a thousand times—before deciding to work with them. The organization is a total mess; no one can resolve issues, and problems are constant. Support doesn't work, and there is no direct access to a manager—you have to submit a request just to speak with one. On top of that, they promise to call you back but never do. Yet, they’ll constantly send threatening messages about blocking your account if you happen to be slow in replying to them. Save yourself the stress; they aren't worth it.

   The worst driver support. This is the worse app for driver support they always blame there mistakes on drivers and 0 help such a waste of time working with this app stupid system the agent doesn’t even know how to treat drivers they are so rude.

    85 items for 6$. I think the reviews are bots this is a high Milage app and you don’t get paid for the milage to the gig and the money is the same it’s good if your in a small city but no I wouldn’t recommend this app 85 items for a 6.50 cent payment I think not and these reviews are saying stuff like that is fair yeah bots or paid reviews for sure

App glitched and took me to a complete wrong address A 4 hour order turned into 7 and half hours with bad traffic and a app glitch that is documented within chat and screenshots sent me to a location a hour and half away and then proceeded to drive back to fix the app error and deliver to the right location 15 miles away and another hour drive Absolutely ridiculous Very disappointed Now i am here wondering how i will be compensated which i talk to support about and was told “ cant give accurate price “

    Shouldn’t have updated. Since I updated this app I no longer have the option to bid on heavy gigs. I have had no problem fitting items in my car that showed heavy because the of the dimensions. Now I can only bid on small or medium gigs even though some of the gigs fit in my vehicle. POOR UODATE CHOICE now I’m limited to what I can get

    Constant issues. This app is extremely unreliable. No notifications for offers or rejections, constant face recognition problems even after accepting gigs, and fast pay still takes hours. This has been going on for years and needs serious fixing—especially payouts that should be instant by now.”

    RoadieXD Pay Cut and App Failures. RoadieXD scheduled blocks used to pay around $177 for a full day. The guarantee then dropped to about $156, and now I am seeing offers around $117 for nearly the same time, mileage, fuel, vehicle wear, and workload. At that rate, the work is no longer worth accepting. The app also has serious reliability problems. I have sat with the app open waiting for an automatically assigned block route, only for nothing to appear on my screen and the block to end. Support later claimed a notification was sent, but a backend notification does not help when the actual route and start controls never display inside the app. Support frequently gives generic answers about normal gig competition even though RoadieXD scheduled blocks work differently. Payment adjustments are often delayed, and drivers have to repeatedly contact support to receive the listed guarantee. I maintained a five-star driver rating with more than 900 ratings, but the sharp pay reductions, unreliable app, and weak block support have destroyed my motivation to continue working these routes. Roadie needs to restore reasonable block pay and fix the assignment system.

    don’t download. I have been on the roadie for over a year now. I love doing the roadie xd app because it provides a larger verity of deliveries every morning for a chance to deliver from anywhere between $30 to $280 for one delivery. For whatever reason, if I’m not selecting the offer while it’s under $200 I have never been picked. Usually that amount comes out around 9:15am every morning if there are still offer, which is most of the time. I’m not sure if it’s because I have a smaller car or what but I’ve never been selected and I feel this is an app mostly for p pole who do not have citizenship because when I do select a lower amount and they finally pick me that’s all I see. I’ve done everything in life be on time but I feel the people selecting members for offers have there priorities set. Do not download did your an American citizen

    Take pic to verify account won’t work and dropped out from route.. The app will ask you to take a picture to verify the account but if for some reason the app won’t let you do that they’ll remove you from the route, asked support for help and they just dropped out the route, totally frustrating.

    Rodie sucks. Extremely long pickups over 1 hour for rodie blocks and rodie xd isn’t any better when you select gig you have to wait to be selected for gig so it’s not a guarantee that you will get gig no same day cash out like this app sucks

    BE CAREFUL. Be aware of working for Roadie. After I had to draw my firearm to protect myself from a loose, aggressive dog, the company permanently deactivated my account without a proper investigation. Despite following safety protocols, they have failed to respond to my repeated emails, showing a complete disregard for driver safety and support. Proceed with caution.
