   No drivers , began scheduled search late. I scheduled a ride and it began its search for a driver after the scheduled time and ultimately did not find a driver. Good app to raise the risk of missing a flight

   Completely stopped working. Been using this for years and then one day last month I’d just decided to start giving me error codes. Looking for alternatives now.

   Needs work. No feedback of ride status, delay, acceptance. After waiting several minutes with no response or update , cancelled. The $25 fee was immediately charged. That may be the only working feature!!!

   Smh. Tired this a few times but not worth it. First strike: App has me waiting 20 minutes to tell me there’s no available drivers on a busy weekend night. Strike 2: this driver calls me asking repeatedly where I am while assuring me he was on the pickup street (he was not). Took him 10 minutes to go one block over. It’s like he didn’t have gps or it wasnt working. Strike 3: Driver stood still for 20 minutes, didn’t cancel, pretended he didn’t hear my first 2 calls. didn’t answer any texts. When I finally get an answer, he makes up some excuse why he can’t. Now I’m late and have an unnecessary charge. Really wanted to switch from uber, but I can’t risk using something this unreliable. How are you out of drivers on a friday summer night in Chicago? How is somebody 2 streets over unable to pick me up? That’s ridiculous.

   BEWARE. The app is great however the drivers will scam you it happened to me with 2 different drivers. The app will quote you one price and the driver will quote you another price. Also, the drivers will end the ride and add their own tip in on the total price. I found that using the subway is a much BETTER option.

    Didn’t show the price but charged me anyway. Was trying to see the fare for my ride and the app didn’t load. Kept loading and showing a blank page. When the ride was finished I paid cash because the app wasn’t working. Turns out it charged me anyways through the app.

    Bad on Mac. New curb does bad job of launching Apple wallet to pay so it take three tried instead of one. It’s bad bad bad !!!!

    Can’t cancel. It is hugely annoying to me that if I have paired with cab and for some reason, change my mind to pay cash for example, there’s no going back. So now I generally just pair towards the end of a ride.

    I wanted it to be better than. I wanted to support the local cab companies and not support Uber, but trying to use this app is a nightmare. According to the app, a cab is always “one minute away” until you order it. Then, who knows how long it will actually take. I missed two meetings because of this app. Never again. Back to uber.

    False advertising. The app says a car is 2 minutes away until you order a car and then it’s 15 minutes away??? And this is supposed to be the taxi industry’s answer to Uber and Lyft. What a massive fail.

    Tip can’t be adjusted!!. App is fine BUT the tip amount was automatically set to 20% and didn’t allow for adjustment at the end. Just beware!! Set your tip amount lower/higher BEFORE the end of the ride if you want. Since they make you set your tip at the beginning and not at the end like most other companies.

    No call no show , disabled sister lost dr appt. Well, I downloaded this app thinking it’d be a good solution to ordering a cab that is wheelchair accessible. I ordered it two days ahead of time for the time we was supposed to be there. Absolutely no call no-show. My sister had an appointment. She’s been waiting months to go to she now missed her appointment, which she can’t get another one for another 3 to 4 months. There was still never a call from customer service never I’m sorry not even to tell me that the ride wasn’t even on its way . absolutely horrible service. I will never use this app again.

    Many problems. I’ve been trying to add a payment method to my account on Curb and it will not accept an American Express card. Numerous attempts. The app also has some kind of a glitch that flashes a warning message about the app not being available outside. The United States are on a VPN and even after you hit OK the warning keeps coming back again and again. the app also shows $150 credit when I built this account but I’m unable to access that credit.

    Worst app. This app never works. It is the only ride hailing app that complains about VPN within US. Please install MS defender on iOS and use it. It just doesn’t work.

    App doesn't work anymore. Login doesn't work anymore. I've reset my password multiple times and continually get an error when attempting to log in.

    Drivers spoof locations, unreliable pickup.. Drivers’ locations are wrong. I got 2 drivers whose parked locations do not match the map, then suddenly teleported to a nearby parking lot. Uber picked me up within 2 minutes.

    Unreliable. App glitches and crashes consistently and it takes forever to get a can. Plus they play that braindead propaganda “news” channel on all their screens, so you aren’t even supporting an ethical company when you give money to Curb.

    Newsmax - Gross. Forcing patrons to watch an extremely biased and political news channel is unfortunate. I won’t be using this service if they continue. I’ve seen their responses to other concerns about Newsmax and its corporate speak trying to curb their decisions.
