   Surge charge. I was taking my cat to the vet and didn’t notice the surge pricing. The vet is five minutes away and they charged 18 pounds. I recognize that they can do this, but I think it’s a poor business model. I’m switching to Jump, which has no fees. For now I may (or may not) have to wait a little longer to get a taxi, but soon enough people will catch on and there will be more drivers wanting to work with Jump than Gett.

   John. I had the option to pre pay a trip and I did. Paid £37 for the ride. The taxi meter read £14.80 when I arrived at my destination. The Bot Chat couldn’t help. Back to Uber for me.

   Stranded with poor customer service. We were stranded at the airport for over 50 minutes, waiting for our driver. Couldn’t use the app to message or communicate with the driver who was located outside of the airport. Customer service said it was our fault because they tried to reach us but we never received a call.

   Allow for edits. I missed a letter in my email and now can't add a card or do anything. How about allowing a person to edit for mistakes

   Failed me when I needed it. Gett app constantly froze up at the startup screen. Failed me at all the critical moments. Good concept but this app needs serious work on the back end.

   Forces you to make a new account if you change credit cards. What the hell, why do I have to make a new account if I have a new credit card? No other rider app requires this, it’s completely crazy. I’ll take an Uber instead.

    Unusable, stupid!. Tried to use this app, first time in awhile, it used to be reliable. Now I find it wants to reconfirm my identity by sending me a code, I put in my phone number and it automatically understands it as not the right number. So I tell it send it to me by WhatsApp. It did that and then when I typed it in it told me error. No explanation, no nothing, multiple tries. No way to get in touch with the app, I tried to get rid of the app and then re-download it, and it told me it's not available where I am. So this sucks Have to find another way to get taxis here. Tip: before making your products suddenly not work in my region, seek advice from me. It's the only way to make sure you don't make a stupid avoidable move

    Does not accommodate customer service for people out of Israel. Does not accommodate customer service for people out of Israel, drivers take advantage and charge fees for ridiculous things, refusing to use the meter to over charge Americans who don’t know what there doing then they refuse to take you and charge you high fees and there is no customer service to get refunded for the fees that you shouldn’t have been charged. I’d recommend a option to change the customer service option to English or other languages, plus not always side with the obnoxious Israeli taxi drivers. Otherwise the app is good. Also it doesn’t allow you to call the drivers if you have a international number so id recommend and messaging chat option in app so for the people that don’t have a Israeli number they can communicate with the drivers, can make it impossible to find your car at times. Overall app is good though but these are must fixes that every other driver apps offer that would make this much more user friendly.

    No English customer help. Even though my language is set to English the only customer care is an AI bot in Hebrew. There is no way for non Hebrew speaker to get assistance. In my case I was charged for a cancelled ride when in fact the driver went past me to the end of the street and parked there. Did not stop at the address. Since I had four suitcases (which I said in the ride order) I couldn’t get to him. Scam!!!

    Failed to order a taxi because of flight no field. We were out of Heathrow. I’ve downloaded the app, enter details like credit card etc. but there’s a required flight no field. I type it in but it doesn’t “validate”. I had to go with a ride share app instead. They need to design the app better.

    The worst app ever. Not sure why they decided to hate the end users but this is by far the worst app that one can use to get taxis or any service. It’s impossible to update phone number, it’s mission impossible to get a customer service team and actually report and issue.

    Overpriced. Minimum price per ride is 80shk which is $25. Even a 5 minute ride. They don’t tell you this in advance.

    Ripoff. They will rip you off on charges… Update: just got ripped off Again by the driver! He said that he cancelled the ride and tried to get me to pay cash and insisted taking me to an ATM trying to rip me off! I said I’ll just call another cab if he cancelled it Turns out he didn’t cancel it because I was charged 12 for the cancel … he was trying to get double paid … of course they make it nearly impossible to get ahold of customer care to report it

    Scam. Driver ripped me off - He told me while I was dropped off that the credit card didn’t go through and asked I pay him in cash $60 and then I saw in the app that I was charged.

    Paid for, no ride. I ordered Gett to take my wife and I from Wolfson bldg to the Rova. You sent me license 830 and as we walked up to the Taxi he drove off leaving us there. I hailed another cab to complete our trip and I just got charged for the trip I ordered but never got in the cab. I hope this is corrected so I can continue to use Gett.

    Customer service not helping. It’s all in Hebrew and after a lot of struggle, finally respond in english but then I could NOT get my money back even when someone took my ride and I was not even on the ride. I have to pay for someone else’s ride.

    Please add WhatsApp or some other sign-up support besides SMS. I’m visiting London and really wanted to book a black cab so my kids could experience the iconic vehicle for the first time. But I can’t sign up because I don’t have access to an SMS phone number. I am in the UK with a data only SIM card and can’t access my out of country phone number. How about letting me use WhatsApp, sign up with Apple, or sign up with Google? I can’t even talk to Gett Support about it because that requires logging into the app, which I can’t do.

    Overcharges. Not worth it. You’re better off just flagging down a cab instead. We were charged an extra £15 during a busy time when there were plenty of available cabs in the area.
