   Optional. Frequently goes blank saying there are no busses on the road and shows my kid as being dropped off at some point in the future. I can’t get used to this.

   Bus not showing up. For months 2/3 of my children’s busses aren’t showing on the map. And now none of the 3 are showing the actual route lines. Updates do nothing. Restarting does nothing. Worthless.

   Unreliable. The information is inconsistent and often unavailable. All past scans and information are now gone with this new update. Bus location is completely incorrect half the time. Never have had a good experience with Tylertech, nor have I heard anything that was good from a source utilizing their products in the workplace. My personal experience has only solidified that they only consistent thing delivered is inferior software and to anticipate a mediocre performance and execution. Really not a wonderful experience when my children are involved. I have a low expectation that anything will be better as they have a from monopolistic grip over markets like this that they dominate giving them zero incentive to be innovative or fix underlying system flaws.

   Do not like it. I do not have the option to see where the bus is or any map to see the bus. The only thing I can see is arrival time and is not even accurate to the actual time the bus picks up my son. Waste of space in my phone.

    Horrible. The bus hasn’t show on the app in months and without that you can’t even guess when the bus is coming. There’s a major lag that doesn’t update the arrival time, so it may say pickup at 7:20 but the bus has already been by or it’s even later. So between no bus icon and lag in updating pickup and drop off times it’s useless. You are better off just guessing when the bus is coming. But don’t worry they always have it snowing or raining in the app when it’s not can’t forget how important that is over the bus showing. This feels like a rushed put together app that isn’t finished and I wish my district used something else.

    Ghost scan. Second day that the app recognizes my 2 students but says a route has not been assigned to them. So no scan. They’ve been there since August!

    Just a bad app. This app continues to lag in information and bus location and is been a constant reason that my student has missed bus pick up because of the general poor quality of the app.

    The app is terrible. My busses are never correct, the time is always off, and the app logs me out very shortly after not using it and I can’t figure out my login again. It’s a terrible app. Update: same constant issues. It’s a horrible app. I’m logged out randomly and the bus times are always wrong. Even the tracking is wrong. I have to keep resetting my password even though it’s correct. Horrific app, don’t recommend.

    Issues. I haven’t seen my sons bus on the map for over two months now. I have addressed it with the bus barn and still nothing. I loved it at first but now I don’t even like it.

    First year using this app. It’s absolutely horrible! Problem after problem! I have never been able to see the buss icon, I get messages after my son has been picked up saying the buss is going to be late, and i never get the arriving soon alert before the buss gets here. Very terrible app!

    I rated it a 1. I did this because this bus app has time’s it won’t tell me when or if my daughter has gotten picked up. No matter how many times I’ve logged in & out, tried to refresh it’ll show that the bus hasn’t made it to the school yet. Not sure why this happens but it’s starting to become more frequent now.

    Not Accurate. This app is rarely accurate. The updates are not timely and its not user friendly. It’s actually worse everytime its updated. Technology is so far past app.

    Update Broke, always wrong bus shown now. Since update 2d ago (2026.1.4) no longer shows the correct bus (if driver has a different bus earlier in the morning) so just shows bus as the station/lot entire time, every day, for all users on the route, even though shows correct bus to dispatch, it shows the wrong bus to users (earlier bus number driver was using).

    It Never Works. Worked for 1 month the entire school year. No technical help. Worked one day, the next day said routes were not assigned. Sent message through app but never received a response.

    Waste of Time. The bus driver screams at students because they forget their scan card. Obviously this “system” is important to somebody, but I don’t know why. An absolute waste of time because it gives you NOTHING besides ability to see your kid got on the bus and off the bus. Maybe use some TECHNOLOGY and let me know where the bus is so I can monitor and plan for the bus when it’s late for pickup and drop off.

    Back to the future. This app would be great, if it were 1999. In a time when we can see our phones, DoorDash, and the like in real time, this app only shows delayed moments of where the bus was . An extremely outdated app used by our school district. They can do better.

    Absolutel Garbage. The app doesn't work with iPhone 16 Pro. I had an iPhone 15 Pro and it worked fine, but when I got my new phone, the app no longer works. It still works on my wife's iPhone 15 Pro. I upgraded my phone several months ago and it hasn't worked since. I wish my school system would switch back to the app they used last year because this one is awful.
