   Insane Routes. It tries to take me on a 20 mile route that goes all the way down to the east side of Austin then back north when my destination is only 2 miles west from my house in north Austin. I wish I could attach a photo of the insanity lol.

   Tesla went crazy. I always pick Waymo but decided to try robotaxi and we took one to downtown Dallas and it couldn’t get to the drop off each time it would drive past it and make a lap around the block did that for about 10 times and customer support was not so helpful they didn’t give no refund not even a “sorry for the inconvenience”. At the end when the car decided to park in the middle of the street the guy on call was like “oh well it decided to drop yall off right here have a good day yall” won’t be trying it again

   Ride. I requested a ride through the Tesla robotaxi app and was charged, but no confirmation was received in the app. The app did not update, no driver/vehicle arrived, and I waited for a long time without any service. This was very disappointing. I would like a refund and better reliability in the future

   Terrible. I spent 22 min waiting to be picked up while the Tesla went aimlessly in circles around the neighborhood. Called the support number and spent another 25 min talking to someone who had no idea how to resolve the issue. Poor customer service and horrible navigation technology. Save yourself the time and frustration and get an uber or Lyft.

    Elon hates children. We had a bad experience with the Robotaxi this evening. I ordered a car for myself and my two children. I was notified by the safety driver that children are not allowed to ride in a Robotaxi. We were not informed of this in the app and we were left stranded by the side of the road.

    Lacks Basic Functionalities. Not only is the software slow, unresponsive, and glitchy, but Robo taxi also lacks basic functionality that makes it inconvenient to use. Partway through my ride, I realized I left something important in my house before leaving on a trip. Any other ride share app would let me simply add a stop to return to my place and pick it up within the same ride, but this app not only don’t let me add stops, but I couldn’t even change destinations and then reorder the ride because it automatically leaves to go to serve its next ride. To add insult to injury, while on the phone with customer support, they told me that I have to go to the App Store and leave a 1-star review if I wanted to give feedback, which to me is rather ridiculous when I’m on the phone with a dedicated customer support agent. Why would I have to go through the extra steps after you’ve already inconvenienced me instead of the customer support rep having the ability to take feedback and file some sort of support ticket? All to pay $1 less than an Uber—this is why I don’t like being a Guinea pig.

    What a joke. Nearly involved in a collision. Car accelerates and brakes abruptly. Safety driver has to sit behind the wheel. Only works in part of one city. Musk has been telling us for a decade Teslas were autonomous. They’re not. One small roll out of a half baked robotaxi doesn’t change that. The cars are having wrecks left and right. Will never use it again. All of the paid Tesla influencers (you know, all the ones on Xitter) leaving glowing 5 star reviews make me laugh.

    Need accessibility features turned on in the app. Please update your app (and the Tesla app) with accessibility features and fill out the accessibility support features that apple shows on your app page. This is extremely important to tons of people! Autonomous vehicles are going to change many of these people’s lives so they must have access to the features in the app.

    Terrible Service.. We ordered a Robotaxi, and we were very excited to try it! However, it took 15 minutes to arrive, and had many delays! When the car finally showed up, we realized that there was a person in the front seat, completely ruining the reason to order a Robotaxi. When we opened the door to get in, the “supervisor” said, “Sorry sir, no kids under the age of 13 allowed.” Which is just nonsense!! Waymo operates with no age limits, so it’s not making any sense why Tesla can’t! Plus, the “supervisor” was extremely disrespectful, and did not even care that we would be late for our destination. Nor did she make it up. The “supervisor” simply dismissed the car and left, leaving us to order another ride instead. Waymo is so much better. It has no “supervisor”, basically no human interaction, it’s faster, and safer! Plus, it makes no sense to call it a “Robotaxi” when there’s literally a person in the driver seat. You can’t just back away a family that has kids under 13 without notice beforehand. From all we saw, there was no warning for age limits. Get a Waymo instead.

    Network unavalible. I am not able to see the home screen even after login in. It says ntwork unavalible. Tried to look at app access, deleted reinstalled did everything but no luck. There is a bug probably impacting some iphone models

    The app allows sign in but no sign up?. It seems like this app assumes that the use has an account already as there is no option to sign up. It only has sign in and forgot password link. Where do you sign up?

    Unreliable. I’ve had it for 3 months and have still yet been able to get a ride. Always says demand it high come back later or when I get the opportunity it cancels on me. I’ll stick w Waymo, at least they show up and are actually driverless. RoboTaxi isn’t driverless, there’s someone in the driver seat.

    Always says offline - try again. Have deleted and reinstalled app multiple times. Can login with my Tesla account but then just get a pulsing Tesla logo. Close out the app and then restart it and just get offline message. Have tried with WiFi and just cell with same result

    Sensors malfunctioned. It’s fine while it’s subsidized and there’s a human driver, but there’s no world in which I would trust an optical sensor system to safely get me from point A to B after my experience in one of these. Glad there was a human there to take over, but I shudder to imagine a future where that’s not the case.
