   What’s App Required. Provided phone number to sign up onto find out I need to install What’s App with no alternative. Not everyone trust Facebook or Meta when it comes to privacy, so why make an app exclusive to What’s App, and force one to install it just to use your app? Might as well call this What’s App Zig

   A total scam. This app is a total scam! It will show that your trip will be, for example, $8-11 and when the trip is done it bombards you with fees! Peak hour charge (there was no indication of time of booking), current booking charge, Platform fee, Admin fee. My trip literally doubled in price when it was completed! $17.25 for 2.9 km when half of it was just this stupid charges. Why not be upfront about costs?

   Scam platform and corrupted driver. It is a scam plantform. The driver will charge you twice online and offline. And the platform will such drivers.

   Freezes freezes freezes. This app freezes once you make a booking, stops responding and you have no idea whether a cab is booked. Then when you had enough and tap repeatedly on the cancel button that’s not responding, a cancellation messages comes up along with the notification you have managed to booked a cab, which is now cancelled thanks to the stupid app.

   Doesn’t work. The option to send a receipt via email does not work, and gives an unhelpful error message. Submitting a help request results in no response.

   Doesn’t function. App never sends confirmation code to Whatsapp nor does it give you an option of using another message service. Zig is not blocked on my phone and the message pops up that my country code does not support this service. Too many other Americans with same country code having no problem for that to be true. Deleted & reinstalled . No change. Garbage

    Failed to accept cards. I tried a visa, master card and American Express card. Every time it failed to accept the payment method. I give up on this app. Fix your stuff before coming to market please.

    International card registration? Nope!. Seriously? This app doesn't recognize intentional cards or at least those that I have from US banks. This is ridiculous.

    App is useless. Signing up doesn’t work. The confirmation code sent through What’s App says it’s wrong when input into the system. This app used to work much better.

    No chat. High price. Poor pick selection option. This app still needs a lot of work. The choice for pick up location is terrible and when you think everything finally got right but you can see the driver is going the wrong place you do not have a chat option. Only call option which is not attractive while roaming. Often their prices are also higher than metered taxis or Grab.

    Impossible toActually get a cab. App would work decently if the underlying function of actually getting a cab worked at least occasionally. But it does not. It takes 30 mins to get a cab in the city center with this service. Avoid.

    App doesn’t work anymore. I’ve never had any issue with this app until the last few months. It is incredibly frustrating as I prefer Comfort Del Gro over Grab etc. I continue to get invalid location that is greyed out or a no server connection message no matter where I am and what to do. Everything is greyed out or not registering when I try an enter destination or pickup addresses. I only have no issue paying for street hail when in a cab. At least I have that. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times to no avail. The company doing nothing to fix the app issues, so many report on, is them shooting their own self in the foot. There is a decline in people taking taxis per the news. Well, Comfort Del Gro is contributing to that themselves by “upgrading” to a useless broken app numerous loyal customers now are unable to use. When is a new, working app going to be available? The company ought to be working on this full time. Very disappointing and the company has now forced me to go to Grab and other ride hail apps. Again to the company, when will your broken app start working again ??

    Still freezes all the time.. I’ve given up and gone to Grab and Tada. The zig app freezes 80% of the time. Sad end to a once useful app and company.

    Trash system, bad company. The taxi didn’t come up , but he charged me as’no show’. I mailed this to the company several times, they didn’t respond.

    virtually unusable. this app takes a long time to load. I have a US-based phone number and it would not let me type the phone number in. I had to cheat and copy and paste the phone number for it to be accepted. I have been unable to verify my email, and every time the app loads, it takes a very long time. Location tracking also does not seem to be very accurate. It shows me to be a block away from where I actually am and when I try to update the location, I end up giving up because, it never loads the location and I force quit the app.

    App doesn’t accept US phone number. Your app isn’t working as of Dec 1. When I try typing in my US phone number with area code, it truncates it and only accepts 7 digits without the area code, which won’t work for enrolling

    Can’t Create an Account in the App. Useless. App will not take my USA Mobile Number (I can’t enter the last two digits) Even if it did, I have to have WhatsApp Installed to verify my Account!? Pure stupidity. I guess I’ll try Grab and see if they will take my tourist money.

    United States phone with area code cannot be set up. I used your app every day when I visited Singapore in June this year. But now, you updated your app where I cannot enter my 3-digit Area code with my 7-digit phone number. Thus, I cannot use your app anymore! Please fix the problem.

    Trash. What a horrible app, kept saying make sure to have WhatsApp installed, witch I do, and still wouldn’t let me proceed. Each time I tried typing in my number it got all tweaked out and wouldn’t accept all digits.

    Disappointed I can’t register. I wish We could rate the app, but it won’t allow US phone numbers to register. With a +1 code, it will only accept 8 digits, not our 10 digit numbers. Others have had the same comments and been told to send info to the developers. I have done that and nothing has yet been fixed. It should be an easy fix to change a home number format. This would allow everyone in the US who wants to use the app to be able to register.

    Unable to sign up with USA phone number. I was told this was the app to use while I was visiting Singapore. When I attempted to create my account I was unable to input my cell / what’s app phone number. Seemed to allow to enter the first 7 digits, but not the last 3. Had to get the less preferred app in order to order cars.

    Can’t get phone number to take. Even though I have had a zig account for a couple years now that I am back in the country it won’t let me login by taking my out of Country phone number. Very frustrated. Guess I’ll have to use GRAB.
