   Give this 80 year old a break!. No clear instructions or square to capture an image. I want to know what captured. This little square was to enable me an app for my insurance. Nothing!

   Billing Dispute. Although I canceled my subscription I continue to be charged $39.99 every month. My subscription clearly states subscription cancellation yet I continue to be charged $39.99 PER MONTH. Had to go through my credit card issuer to try and resolve this problem.

   Steals your money. I got the free trial to start, and began with making a few pdfs. I needed to erase some things from 7 different pages and the app asked for 0.99 cents for unlimited erasing. I paid it, then every page I used the erase button it charged me each time amounting over $10.00. Don’t recommend buying if every “feature” you have to unlock keeps charging you each time when it clearly stated “unlimited” in its pop-up for purchase.

   Not working for me. I scanned an item, then supposedly, sent it to my email. It did not appear. Very much, not impressed.

   Glitch play make up update. I don’t understand. Isn’t the update supposed to fix the problem or created more problem ? what’s the update for ? Stealing the information from your phone or fixing the app? I think it’s more stealing information because every time I have issues with this app is not working properly. I tried to send from email documents to scanner and the camera is opening up. It’s not working for a couple days.

Also there is phone contact number for App support of your company. This is unethical practices of doing business and cheating customers. Pls refund my money.

    Misspelled a lot of words. I tried the converter from handwriting to typing and it misspelled the words until I could not understand what it was suppose to be . Lol 😂

    Terrible Customer service. I attempted to contact these people to let know about a problem with the latest update. I provided several technical points. Only for “Tina” to respond with pre written help suggestions. I tried two additional times and received no feedback. And the app still has issues.

    HATE IT!. This app created many, many duplicate copies of the same pictures on my phone. I can’t find so many of my pictures. They’re lost and I Have no idea where they disappeared to or how to retrieve them. So very disappointed with this app.

    Not impressed. The scanner couldnt read my writing I guess. When I tried to change it over to print it made absolutely no sense. Not going to pay $40 a year if it cant deliver what it advertises. I take alot of notes and share them by taking pictures. People comment that I have nice writing. So the scan shouldnt be so garbled. Disappointes for sure. PS yes I had it set on english.
