   App Is No Longer Free - Deceiving. I’ve used this app for years for basic scanning. I just recommended it to 2 friends to do the same. After 2 scans they were told they had to upgrade. Deceiving description that you can use it indefinitely for free. Now they need to find another app and I guess if I upgrade my phone I need to do that too. What happened??

   Support. It has been over a week now. The app emails services is not working. I have emailed the support 5 times with zero replies. Terrible support!

   Used to love it. Lost all of my documents when I upgraded phones. Backup was turned on, but they didn’t transfer. Scanned two documents with the new phone and now the app says I have reached the maximum number of scans. It is now a useless app without paying to upgrade. I don’t need the upgrade features, just a basic scanner to scan and store documents.

   Lost all my images for no reason. They were there yesterday, came back today and everything is gone, lots of effort down the drain. Can mever count on technology when you need it. Going back to pen and paper. 🤬

   Why the update?!. This app was amazing before the update!! I used it almost daily. After the update it’s so frustrating and hard to use. Seriously terrible trying to do anything.

    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AFTER UPDATE. I’ve been a paid user of this app for years, unfortunately the recent update has made the app completely unusable for multi page documents.

    painfully slow. I’ve had to submit timed assignments with this app and every time i do I either miss the deadline or make it within the last minute. I just sat down and worked on a 15 minute homework assignment for my calculus class and the assignment took 30 minutes to send to my email.

    Changed phones and lost data. I’ve had this service for years. Changed from an iPhone 5 to iPhoneX and all my documents were saved. Changed from an iPhone X to an XS...No problem. Changed again a month ago due to an iPhone problem and now I lost all my documents. It looks like you have to pay now to store documents in the cloud. If this is a new change then they should have alerted all users. I click on settings now and it says that I have to upgrade to Pro to use features that I have been using for years!

    Didn’t work, confusing to contact. I paid $4 for 3 fax credits. I only need one. I sent the fax, and it took the credit, but the fax was never received.

    Forcing pro upgrade. I have been using this since its inception. Pro always was there to add new features. Now you need pro to use the app more than twice. It’s total BS that I have had this for so long and not I can’t use it because it was “updated”

    Illegible. When I first used JotNot, it was great! I'm not sure what happened, but everything that's scanned now is illegible. So not great. :-(

    Where's my features??. I used to use this app to scan documents and immediately open them in dropbox or google drive. The latest update took out that functionality. Now I have to email the document then open from my email or pay for an in app purchase. Bait and switch.

    New update takes away features. Don't update if you enjoy the sharing options in previous versions. All the options but email outgoing now require a 5 dollar IAP. Guess it's the usual bait and switch that developers are doing more and more.

    Bait and switch: removed features. Stay away from this app. I bought it and used it for a year, even liked it. Today I go to use it and now the developer purposefully removed features, put in ads, and tries to trick you into in-app purchases. There are lots of better alternatives.

    Fax Credits are a SCAM. this developer is a scam artist. First off there are literally 3 versions of this app and for awhile None would even allow fax purchases and caused confusion on which app to download or update Now, the fax bundles change denominations constantly and don't credit your balance properly. I bought $5 worth for 5 credits, yet my balance is stuck at 1 credit. Support is unresponsive. Save your money!!

    This is a pure scam. You have to pay twice to get the pro.. Just because they added scanner to the name, we who have already paid for the pro version will have to pay again to download it onto our other iOS devices, or if you happen to have deleted it. This is insane. Fix it, or I want my money back. Restore my pro purchase NOWWWWWWW.😁😁👹👹👺👺

    ⛔️Very Bad Now!⛔️. They removed "JotNot Pro" and rebranded it "JotNot Scanner" and added in-app purchases. What gives!?! Please bring back the original app! This use to be to the de facto standard. 👎👎👎

    Why was my pro purchase removed?. I bought the pro version of this app, and it was removed from The App Store. Now the exact same app has reappeared so I would have to pay again for the pro features. Please explain.

    Pretty bad. Manual corner adjustment is a pain because they darken the area outside the crop so much you can't see where the edge is. Terrible in how it processes images! Forces you to pick all the adjustments without being able to see the effects, and once you apply them to see how it looks, then you can't change them without having to restart the whole process from the start, including having to re-crop! Also won't let you select multiple pictures at once from camera roll, which means you have to scroll back and find it (and remember which ones you've done) for each page. A real pain! The ads are really annoying because they sometimes interfere with the work area. I know you can buy the "pro" version to get rid of that, but based on the other problems its not worth that.
