   SCAM. This company is a scam!!!!! They accepted my return but never sent my refund back. After months of emailing them, I get zero response. I am furious!!!

   Never shop with them. Very horrible company. Never received my item I paid for. They kept saying wait for another delayed date. When I received tracking it said my item was lost and they still proceeded to tell me to wait another date. I requested a refund and they never responded! I had to go through my bank. Do not shop with this company they are terrible! I deleted the app!

   Worst shopping app to use. Boohoo is the worst shopping app to use. I had a very terrible experience with them, very poor and inadequate customer service. I can’t never recommend it to anyone. I love their service in the UK and that was why I continued with them when I came to the US, but I was totally disappointed with their US store. Very terrible.

   Horrible customer service horrible refund service. You guys are scammers. I ordered my dress on 7th of February 2025 and it was received on 16th of February . I tried it on. It was a little too big. I’m normally a large, but I guess they run a bit too big , mind you this is like the first time I’ve ever ordered anything with them. so I sent the dress back I had to pay seven dollars for the label to ship back so they went into my account again . I messaged him a month later asking them about my refund. They told me please advise that returns. Can take up 29 days and my refund will come in seven days, depending on how you made your payment and also said 3 April it should arrive and if you haven’t received acknowledgment of your of your refund then please let me know. I’ll sort this out for you. I said OK thank you do you have an email that I could contact you if the refund hasn’t reached they told me you can get back in touch with us in the platform that you will see here in this link. This was Jorge at the time Time pass I’m waiting for April 3 April 3 goes by and I’m like OK maybe it’s taking its time you know it’ll go through eventually I give it another day and another day and now it’s April 5 and I still don’t see my money in then I get this notification saying in my Capital One bank account later that night $25.35 mind you I paid $32.35 for the dress and for shipping $10.69 , practically $11 everything rounded up to $43.04 I’m messaging these people and they tell me a refund has been successfully issue for your order. The total amount is $25.35 refunds typically take up to five days working for credit card payments up to 24 hours. Please check your statement and I’m like this is insane because this doesn’t make any sense how I paid $32.35 for dress and on top of that for shipping to get it here $43.04 and you’re telling me that I get only $25.35 ain’t no Way so I messaged them. again and they take hours before in the beginning. It was an hours they messaged me right here and there. These people know what they’re doing. They are scammers. They say hi Sophia thank you for bringing this over to our attention. Sorry to hear that you haven’t received your refund just yet upon checking here in my end I can see that your refund has been processed on fifth of April amount to $25.35 kindly allow until 10 April to reflect back on your account. Thanks, Marvin. They stopped the message and I couldn’t even reply back Then I messaged him again. The whole dress plus tax cost me $43.04 stop playing with me Boho you guys are a scam and then they give me a whole summary of my order telling me that there was an extra charge that was an app applied, which a total of seven dollars then they tell me Sophia your total order is $43.04 . I kid you not the whole entire time. They never mentioned my order was $43.04 until I mentioned it the whole entire time they stated that all I had was 32.35 that they were gonna give back until I showed proof that it was $43.04 They end up telling me that however please advise delivery fee is not included in the refund due to this. We will remove the delivery fee amount to $10.69. The amount left is $32.35 however we will deduct also the return fee that will be deducted on your refund amount to seven dollars due to this amount that will reflect on your bank account is only $25.35 so they’re basically telling me they deducted $10 from the $32.35 that they can’t even barely give back to which isn’t even the full amount of what I paid for one dress which was $43.04 These people are scammers and they they take forever just to respond back to you in the beginning. It was all smooth and collective, but now they know what they’re doing. They’re taking peoples money and choosing not to Why don’t they have a customer service line? Why do I have email or through or do via messages. It doesn’t make any sense for me to order something and not receive my full amount. it’s so funny to me how soon when I purchased my order it instantly went through. They instantly took the $43.04 out of my account without any fees but now you’re telling me that when I request a refund I have to pay seven dollars for shipping labeling just for the label and also you deduct $10 from $32.35. That’s not even my full amount to get shipped back that is the most idiotic thing I ever heard before in an all I’m left is with $25.35. I want my money back immediately. I want my money back count your days, boohoo days. but yet you want people to order from you guys never again if it wasn’t for me I would give no stars You guys are complete scammers !!!!!

   Ridiculous. I used the app to order clothes. I needed to return a few items. I used the same order confirmation code that was in the app to process the return. It kept saying the order wasn’t found. I went to email to use that confirmation number (which was identical to the one in the app) nothing!! Then it’s impossible to contact anyone for help. I’ve been waiting three days for someone to get back to me to no avail. I will never buy from them again.

    Horrible don’t order from here !!. I ordered 12 items, I’ve only received 11 it’s my first time ordering and will be my last , they were not helpful at all , so basically my MONEY was taken and i didn’t receive my full package… and it was for a vacation thanks a lot for nothing !!

    Scam. I bought some clothes from boo-hoo, and upon it saying it was here I checked everywhere it could be and it was nowhere. When I asked customer service about it they said they would help me then proceeded to ghost me. I texted the company yet every time I get connected to a person they immediately leave and don’t say anything or they just won’t connect me.

    Con artist. Don’t ever order from the company! I never received my package and they refused to give me a refund! They make you wait and wait they try to say some “authorized personnel” signed for the package, when no was authorized besides me! Save your money!

    Payment Error. Both apps are terrible boohoo and boohooMAN the both won’t let me make a purchase everytime I try to purchase something it doesn’t go through it takes forever to load and it declines they really need to fix that. I reached out to customer support and they still didn’t try to fix it.

    Terrible system. I usually have a good experience with boohoo but they have to fix their refund process they charge you for you to return your item and get refunded plus don’t refund your shipping fee you paid when you first placed order and the items are constantly out of stock.

    Misleading prices. Discount prices on products does not reflect when you add to your cart. This is extremely misleading and waste of buyer’s time.

    Since New Update App Deletes Wishlist. I always been a fan of BooHoo and had no issues returning or anything on the app until recently when i notices with the new update it wont save any items i put into the wishlist. Ill click on 17 items to love and i click on the wishlist button and everything disappears. Even items i had previously there regardless if they’re sold out or in stock always stays on my wish list and now its gone. Pleas fix this issue as i cant afford to buy everything at one time or i like to keep track of items back in stock to order for later.

So I’m purchasing these a second time for family function along with my special needs client who chose this dress especially for this occasion ( pink ) skater dress )!Now my package arrived all bandaged up so I’m not sure if someone took my dresses out but I paid for 8 dresses and only received 6!!Im very disappointed with Boohoo and they meaning Customer Service have explained to me that can’t and aren’t giving a me refund which is I what I didn’t want . Just wanted the dresses as you I’m purchasing them again an hoping there’s no sticky fingers this time around again .

    Need better customer support. There is no way to get in touch with support through the app, there is ain’t even a customer support email. I’ve been waiting a month on a refund and can’t get in touch with anyone to get any updates.
