   Cancelled my presale without telling me. Downloaded the app to purchase a presale item. I got a screenshot confirming the presale and messaged an agent to confirm. When I was never charged, I messaged an agent who said they’d investigate and get back to me but never did. Their failing UI and lack of customer service is enough for me to stop buying their products since they don’t care.

   Order was not fulfilled. Reordering for a late birthday gift. Thanks adidas!. Cancelled a personalized birthday gift that was supposed to be delivered June 4th, it was delayed. I chatted with customer service. They reassured me my order was on the way and will be fulfilled. A week later my order is cancelled on a Saturday. (Not a business day) just an email telling me it was cancelled no reason or explanation. It is now 18 days I talked with customer service about why it was cancelled. No answer (under review????) not sure what that means what I do know is that the birthday gift that was supposed to be given the 7th was cancelled without my knowledge, no reason or explanation for why it was cancelled.

   app not user friendly. this is probably the worst app i have used and i love adidas, but it will not let me look up my order or tracking number if i click order tracker or send me to the clothes section or if i click manage order it sends me to the clothes section again im going in circles its awful

   Terrible company. Ordered a shirt from adidas. Rather than just admit they sent the wrong thing they decide to tell me they don’t know why I got a medium shirt when I’m a 3xl. Instead of making sure I get shirt I wanted their only answer was I can buy it again. I used $10 off cause it was my bday gift. Rather than get that back I get a 15% off. So seeing I bought a $25 shirt, I won’t be getting my $10 off. Just terrible business. Will down them to all people I talk to.

    Stealing from warehouse my Colombia shirt. I bought 266 dollars in a order , on of the items was a Colombia shirt soccer jersey World Cup 2026 was 130 usd , I sent back for a exchange because I talked with a representative and he said that was not problem. Then I started to receive emails from customer service which was very disappointing but the problem was they never “ received” the order back , another representative said that they can’t exchange personalized items , which is one of the premises on their website. I received another email and they said they wanna refund, but they change mind and yesterday they emailed back and said they never received it back. So right now I don’t have shirt and money. Is funny thing because I save money for the Colombian soccer team shirt .

    Good brand but I am fed up. I ordered some cleats and they turned out to be too small so I decided to exchange them for half a size up and had some trouble doing so. I talked to an agent about it and I was able to get my exchange processed. I needed a size 8 and I told them that. After over three weeks of waiting for the new pair to come it turns out that they processed it as a size 7. Tomorrow I will go to a non adidas store in person and most likely never use the app again.

    Cancelled my preorders without warning. I preordered two Chinese jackets last month (due to ship early June) and suddenly a few days after, they disappeared from my order history without warning or notice. I contacted customer support on the app who confirmed it was in the system, but it’s early June and I heard they cancelled all $130 priced preorders quietly instead of honoring them. It’s $150 now.

    Awful website and deceiving sales tactics!. I found the Samba shoes my granddaughter wanted and they were on sale, so I thought. They were on sale and further discounts and free shipping, so I told her I’ll as soon as I get home from work. I went to purchase when I got home and none of the discounts work anymore, no military discount or 15% additional discount for first purchase with club membership. I promised my granddaughter I’d buy them so I made the purchase but will never again purchase from adidas. Wasted so many hours of my time. Terrible manipulative company.

    Shipping. The customer service at Adidas was terrible. I paid for two-day shipping, but eight days have already passed. When I contacted them, a supervisor told me that they are not responsible for orders once they have been shipped—that if there are any issues, I need to contact FedEx directly—and that they do not offer replacements or refunds for lost products. That amounts to $500.00! I decided it would be best to just contact FedEx and have them return the package to Adidas.

    Adidas club. App is great but I use to spend so much money with adidas so I could reach a higher level in their adiclub, honestly not worth it I never received any perks never got picked for any drops it got the point I didn’t see the point of spending all that money with adidas. It’s sad because I use to love adidas now I only buy Nike and under armor. Don’t waste your money trying to get to those higher levels it’s not worth spending your money.
