   Run away. Waste of time.. They don’t understand DBAs under LLCs. I provided my EIN, website, and showed my storefront design as they requested. and they denied my app with no explanation and no recourse, they would only reply with: “the decision is final.” I have to only assume it’s because I’m using a DBA and the name doesn’t match my LLC? This company doesn’t appear to have their stuff together. An EIN is really all they need. The extra fluff isn’t necessary. Seems counter intuitive.

   Not wholesome. The real designers sell everything for the same price on their own website. You might find some cheaper arts and crafts, but this is far from wholesaler pricing. Waste of time.

   Over it. Faire really sucks! Yes they have great options for searching new products but just to use the net term has been pure hell. I’ve been approved twice and every time an order is placed, it’s either cancelled or eventually cancelled and with no explanation other than we can’t fulfill orders for your business YET keeps approving me for the net 60 with a decent amount of 5k! They just suck and just a word of advice, if an applicant don’t qualify, they shouldn’t be approved and if they are, don’t approve them, give them the funds and still not allow them to place orders! Try airgoods!

   JUST TERRIBLE!. This may work for some but for others who have a successful business they make it very hard for them to make a purchase. They don’t give you a reason why you can’t shop with them and the customer service is very hard to communicate with.

   It’s a scam. Purchased something from one of their vendors. The package was held up in Canada due to US customs and border control request requesting documentation. was unable to get a hold of the actual seller so I contacted Faire for assistance. No assistance was given at all because apparently they don’t vet their vendors. Package was returned, but my money was never given back to me. Do not purchase for them.

   Beware of membership. What a joke of a company! They have been charging me $20 a month after I never enrolled in their faire membership program. Be careful with this company I won’t be using them anymore!

   Minimum $ required for purchase. Majority of everything has a minimum of $100 required for purchasing. I understand buying in bulk for our companies is the sole reason of this website, but I’m not spending $100+ when I want to try out a product prior to bulk purchasing.

    Beware of tariff pricing!. I used to be so happy with Faire- but I just got hit with a HUGE surcharge on a small order from the UK. Faire alerted me that there might be a small additional customs fee. It turns out the UPS account that Faire provides to their suppliers charges astronomical brokerage fees. My $350 order came with a $250 surcharge.

    Junk!!!. I’ve contacted Faire multiple times asking them why their app always has problems and their response “ we recommend retailers only shop from the website” meanwhile all of us from our phones. it does nothing but crash and it doesn’t work and it’s super frustrating. Pile of garbage.

    Read Before Buying. I don’t know why they don’t just put together some sort of formal application process to approve ppl before they place orders. Instead they wait until you place an order to tell you that *surprise!* you have to have your “profile verified”. (It’s not a profile of you have to get approved!) A day later no response. I contacted CS and was informed that they didn’t receive any of the info they needed. I fill out all the info a second time and wait another 24 hours. After 2 days I receive an email requesting additional information about a pop up shop (I don’t have a pop up yet, I’m an online seller?) so no response 3 days after placing this order. The app says my order is processing and the website says it’s still on hold. What kind of website lets people place orders and then puts the order on hold for info they never requested from you to begin with?! I do not like having money hanging in the air like this. Very frustrating

    Review. My last review had been deleted by the company and that is unfortunate that they don’t want people to know how this company operates. Had concerns about ordering and finally some emailed me back however they put me through a list of things that they needed which I am not understanding why because they have all my documents from the time I had registered on the site. Apparently they had to reactivate my account which I am not understanding why it was deactivated in the 1st place Now they are telling me I am not allowed to use my net 60 anymore after taking all my information. This is poor business

    unreliable brands they don’t respond. The support on the platform is decent, but there are some issues when you place an order. If a brand does not ship all the items, they still charge for shipping, and you won’t receive a refund for it. Some of the brands seem to be overseas and are not very responsive. While you might find good deals, shopping consistently from this platform over time may lead to losses due to unreliable brands.

    Terrible customer service. The overall concept of Faire seems appealing. It appeared to be a viable tool to boost my online business. However, after meticulously completing all the verification and requirements with Faire, I still couldn’t make a purchase through their platform. Despite sending them an email expressing my frustration, I encountered additional hurdles without any clear explanation for the issue. My most recent email with them left me deeply disappointed, as they informed me that they would not proceed with my account. When I inquired for further information, they simply advised me to check back in three months. The only positive aspect of Faire is the opportunity to wholesale from vendors outside of their platform. However, since I am unable to resolve this issue with Faire due to their poor customer service, I intend to explore alternative options. I will reach out to the vendors directly and bypass the middleman. Upon researching other platforms, it’s evident that there are both advantages and disadvantages for both wholesalers and customers. It seems that Faire presents challenges on both fronts.

    Not much help at all. I called recently and spoke about an order that we wanted to return, no where near the quality it should be. The “lack” of customer service was ridiculous. The girl was saying no before I even finished explaining! I had the same situation last time I had an issue. They use to be good, but not good at all the two times I needed help!!

    Ridiculous company who only supports who they want. They make you jump through a million hoops and just because your small business isn’t to their standards they don’t let you shop. It’s just ridiculous. I will never recommend this to anyone.

    Bad customer service. I opened my own grooming salon on January 2024, and because someone related to my business sells shampoos and conditioner on Faire I’m not able to buy them. The customer service is really bad, they don’t give me any explanation for the cancellation of my order, I will never recommend this app, it’s better to buy on Amazon

    Not for new businesses. My purchase got denied because I’m a new business. How is someone who is just starting out supposed to get product? Their verification process is unfair and I feel extremely offended. If I am willing to pay why wouldn’t they let me?
