   Confusion. In order a suite ok my bad it was a suit separate and recover jacket. I then ordered the pants and finally after 2 weeks I get refunded which I don’t see as of yet. Why would that happen??. Not a good business Model at all. For that reason I will no longer shop macys. Thanks for all the hard work and making my online experience a disaster

   If Amazon work like this, it wouldn’t exist. These guys play games with their online store. They will cancel your order for security reasons and act like they’re doing you a favor but in fact, they’re just lazy and they won’t pick up the phone to confirm your order so they want you to do it two or three times just so you have the pleasure of buying from them When you call Customer Service to find out why this has happened three or four times to you they go into a spiel about how they’re protecting you, but they take no responsibility for how they don’t do their job and verify you rather than cancel your order

   App isn’t made for iPad with Magic Keyboard. This app must be for an iPhone only, because it only opens up to a 4x6 rectangle in the middle of the page on my iPad, making it unusable as a shopping app. I tried to find a way to report a problem and it takes me to a dead link. Apple Support couldn’t help either.

   Customer service is not up to par.. I don’t recommend Macy’s to anyone. Delivery service sucks. Never get my items on time and to my right address. I hate it but I need it. That’s the only reason I shop with Macy’s.

   Citi as the bank this card is through is the WORST!. I hate the payment side of this app. I can never view my statements or update my payment bank. I have received an error for YEARS!! If I didn’t have to shop here because of my size available only online I WOULD NOT!!!

    Poor customer service. The issue is that whether it’s me or the primary on the card Sharon Thomas, your employees in person and on the phone make us jump through hoops to prove who we are. Sharon actually had her drivers license which should’ve been enough information along with her social or anything else to verify she is who she is and they would not help her. I’ve also experienced numerous times where I’m making purchases and every time I try to checkout, they have to make a bunch of calls and then check with the primary on the card. We’ve had to use non Macy’s cards to make purchases on more than one occasion because your employees can’t do a simple job. I absolutely shop there less because of our experiences.

    Very bad. This app needs to be updated so you can take a picture and search for something using the image of the object you're looking for, or so you can copy and translate text, among many other missing features. Besides that, it gets too hot. It drains the battery immediately. I don't know if it's too resource-intensive, or maybe they should add a feature where you can take a picture of the item's barcode and the app can scan it and take you directly to the product you're looking for. I work at Macy's, and sometimes I see things I'd like to look up, but I have to enter the numbers one by one, when I could just take a picture of the barcode and the app could use the image of the numbers to find what I'm looking for. I need translation

    Confused. Macy’s emails me all day long . Okay. Trying to get my eye . Get it . How is it in the email you see something catch your eye and you push it to see the item and you can’t even find it . For endless emails I’m sent all day long I will say it is extremely frustrating!!! As well as you gotta be so very aware, are you buying it from the marketplace or are you buying it from Macys the store snd app. You think you are . Total nightmare if you get trapped in that situation as I was and what I had to go through to get my money returned to me . You are buying from Macy’s and you are paying Macy’s you shouldn’t have to go get your money from the vender and file disputes and wait for your money to be returned for months. Bad business and a complete trap to consumers. Go to the store and always try it on or ask about their return policy. No one wants to go in a store anymore I get that ten thousand percent but the market place scam is real and not fair!!! Love Macy’s but the online shopping is scary! Beware of it . Macy’s fix your scamming tricks online!!!

    Shoes canceled for No reason. Ordered some shoes while they were on discount then they got canceled for no reason! I went back to look at the shoes to try and order them again and they were no longer on sale and sold out of my size😡

    This may be the worst app of all time. Inefficient. I feel like this app is intentionally convoluted to prevent you from applying coupons/getting sales. It’s frustrating. Really turning me off from shopping at Macy’s going forward. It almost seems like a mistake that this app is rated at 4.9 on the App Store. Very suspicious…

    Shipment. Genuinely upsets me that corporations pride themselves in having great shipment services and then it doesn’t live up to that promise. I’m not blaming the people in charge of shipping my items because they are living people with actual lives. I’m instead blaming the corporations because I am sick and tired of them lying to us and we don’t do anything but sit with our anger to complain. Do better Macy’s, if you’re gonna tell me to pay $15 more and my shipment gets here 1-2 days, make that promise and stop lying to us. Disappointed.
