   No longer works. Now that Kohl’s was chosen to replace their APP with a version that requires ISO 18.0, I am not able use the APP. Not every one has phones that can be updated. Kohl’s should have the old version available along with the latest and greatest.

   Won’t work. I’ve had this app for years and now with the new update it won’t work anymore It just keeps telling me to update the app and takes me to the App Store and then nothing happens. So I guess I won’t be shopping with y’all till you fox this, smh

   Update Loop. App wants to Update though it’s updated. There are no more updates. App Store shows app and it says Open, not Update. I don’t NEED the app. Oh, delete and reinstall? Why should I do the heavy lifting? You need ME. Not the other way around. It’s more for Kohl’s to monitor me than it is for me to do anything useful which can’t be done in a browser. Don’t know what that is. Kohl’s rapidly becoming irrelevant bc if there are 19 results for men’s shirts with a certain set of specs, the store only has 6, and none are the brand or quality I could get by using shipping. (I found that out with the browser based site. Not with the app I can’t use and have deleted now.) …But buying without trying on inevitably results in the inefficiency of returns and all the issues that come with that. So nope. Their attempts at operational efficiency, shipping makes the product available to all, not isolated to one store, are boxing it in with a lack of selection. This is what the beginning of the end looks like. Our local Kohl’s already closed. Best of luck.

   Poor customer service and policy. Spent over three hours trying to place an order. Every time I hit submit, it asked for the three digit code on the back of the card. Filled it out countless times and the same thing kept happening. Called today and they wanted me to submit it again without sale prices or Kohl’s Cash. Was told that the sale prices and Kohl’s Cash weren’t available today and nothing could be done. Also said that if I wanted Kohl’s Cash, I could order the next time it was available. I canceled the order and won’t be shopping there again.

   Shouldn’t have updated the app. I finally updated the app today after it kept prompting me to do so. Now it doesn’t load anything. Not able to shop via the app now.

   Deceptive ad links!!!. This is incredibly unacceptable! There are deceptive ad links at the bottom of the filter section! I will not use this app to purchase one single item until this unacceptable practice is removed!!!

   WHY IS IT SO SLOOOOWW. Yall. Please put money into your app development. It crashes, freezes, the search function is horrible either saying there’s an error try again or just straight up not finding the items. This is single-handedly my most frustrating app I use. The website isn’t any better either!!

    Update error.. The new update is making my old iPhone X obsolete. So the ISO I am running is too early to run the new enhanced version of the Kohls app. How am I supposed to pay my bill if I can’t access the app? Do I need to buy an $800 phone to be relevant today?

    App Update Impossible. The most recent Kohl’s app update requires an iOS level that my current mobile phone cannot support. Customers should NOT have to purchase a new phone just to be able to use the Kohl’s app. Please provide an option for older iPhone owners to be able to continue to use and earlier supported version of the Kohl’s app. Thank you.

    Unhappy with the recent update. Your app is useless. I loved it, but the update doesn’t work on my phone. I’m not getting a new phone. The web version of shopping is very slow. Also, the app allowed me to choose which Kohl’s cash I wanted to redeem. I had to use the entire amount at one purchase on the web. Please fix!

    App now requires iPhone software update. Welp won’t be shopping at Kohl’s anymore, the most recent app update won’t load. I don’t do iPhone software updates specifically because it takes more and more space each time & at some point the updated software lags the phone as a motivational tool to buy latest & greatest new iPhone. Kohl’s you need to design updates to be compatible with older iOS versions because American’s are broke & watching every penny.

    Website and App. Both are poor in rating. Kept trying to add things to my cart. I will go to my cart. They’re not physically there. Trying to add Kohl’s cash online it will not work. Keeps popping up with a Wallet thing instead when I try to enter the code manually.

    Not so good. Not all items are showing if you choose to filter products instead of typing the item name directly into the search window. Also it’s very annoying to have to click ‘apply’ after selecting each filter. It should apply automatically after checking the filter checkbox.

    Need Full Screen!. I can’t stand using the app any longer. I can’t get it to open to full screen! Until I can, I will no longer use it. I have a hard enough time with my vision is it is.
