   Does not respect push notification settings. I’m tired of getting notifications that are ads. I used the app settings to only notify me for messages or purchase updates. I still get push notifications that are ads. I set it to only messages. I still push notifications that are ads. I uninstall the app. I no longer get push notifications that are ads. TLDR: uninstall to get rid of unwanted advertising push notifications.

   Can’t access app. Since the last update, I can no longer access or use the app. I have an iPhone X so apparently since my phone doesn’t have the latest software, Etsy is no longer accessible. That’s really a disservice to people who can’t afford to constantly upgrade to the newest iPhone just to utilize common apps. Very disappointing!

   FIX YOUR APP!. I have turned off each notification button thinking it related to the multiple ones I get a day. Now I have gotten to the point I've manually turned off all push notifications yet I am still receiving them. Fix this bug!!!

    Not a complete app. They make it very challenging to change your information just like Email, billing address, many different ways of payment, options for shipping and etc. You can tell they either did didn’t put a lot of hard work into this app or they didn’t pay the developer enough

    App is bugged and unusable. When i click the search box to open the search page, it doesn't let me open the keyboard. I think the scaling is off because other tabs in the app have issues like the back button covering the title text and misaligned margins at the top.

    there’s so much ai slop and drop shipping it’s crazy. you should search for things on amazon a nd temu before buying because if you’re not 100% sure what you’re buying is handmade it’s probably being drop shipped :) if you’re getting a crochet pattern make sure there’s pictures of someone’s finished product in the reviews because your pattern might be fake :) Etsy’s not doing anything about this because they’re still making money :)

    Backwards compatible update please. I have an iPhone X, which only goes up to iOS 16. My phone works perfectly fine. I don’t want to buy a new phone just to update my app. Please update your app to make it more backwards compatible.

    Piece of garbage. Used to be a great app. Now it doesn’t even provide a search bar to search for what you want. You have to navigate via their categories. I will shop elsewhere.

    Why is the home page so random. And full of things I would never buy? It’s like a weird bazaar where I’m forced to run the gauntlet of crocheted strawberries and other useless doodads to get to the point where I can search for what I want. What is this algorithm freakiness? It definitely discourages use of the app.

    It’s all AI Temu garbage now. Etsy is flooded with drop shipped Temu/AliExpress TRASH now, making it borderline impossible to find real artisan goods.

    Worse app ever. It’s a bad app; the sellers are fake, terrible and dishonest. You make a purchase, but they don't send the item; you pay, and then they disappear from the app. They provide fake tracking numbers with delays of up to two months, and the app won't refund your money until the scheduled delivery date arrives.

    Prices always a scam and Etsy allows it. June 2026 - app always gets worse. Edit: I explained the issues and then Etsy replied “if you have anything specifically contact us”. This goes to show how useless their service is. Original: 1. Shipping prices are now hidden making it time consuming to find out $8 shipping from 1 county line over. This is intentional by Etsy. 2. Prices continue to be a scam. They list $10 for an item which can only be had in small size fluorescent pink. Everything normal sized and colors is $40. Etsy continues to allow listings to put down the 1 lowest item like a Chinese scam website. 3. Etsy is now shilling a free shipping subscription model which explains the first item I listed. 4. Coupons I get emailed always make the price higher since the markdown gets canceled. Etsy does not care about customers or the end user at all. This is the lowest point in at least 10 years of using this site.
