   Prices. Your prices are outrageous on a lot of things, I only shop here when I have too since Walmart has everything you have without crazy fluctuating prices on items. Soon enough I’ll just stop coming to dues and do all my shopping at Walmart

   who is the ai for?. the forced integration of ai into every goddamn facet of our lives is laughable at this point. who is it for? the people making money off of it and that’s it. if you need help from an ai chat assistant to pick out groceries maybe you should starve.

    No longer works for me. No longer works on my device after all the needless AI integration. First the Deals tab was broken and would freeze the app if I tried to navigate to it, now months later the app finally just crashes after the startup screen. Thankfully I have a second device but this is very annoying considering the app used to work just fine.

    Can't Register. Registration fails for both phone number and email. Been trying for a few days. Keeps looping back to the "sorry, technical difficulties" screen. Store staff unable to remedy. Have reinstalled on my iPhone 17 to no effect.

    One of the worst grocery store apps now. This used to be the simplest, informative, easy to use app for clipping coupons, finding out what my local store had and where to find it in the store. Now it freezes up, won’t work in my local store at all- even on their wifi, and ever since they changed the layout of my local Shaws they took away the line that shows what aisle to find a product in and it’s too hard to find in the store because the layout makes no sense. I would rather drive another 30 mins to a different grocer than deal with the frustration at Shaws

    Misleading “Discounts”. Please check your receipts after check out. Even after diligently “clipping” coupons in the app and carefully selecting items in-store, my family and I are frequently not given the supposed discounts offered in the app, and frequently have to ask for a refund before we leave the store (if customer service is open). Employees do their best to rectify the situation, but this is a larger issue corporate should manage before deceiving customers and leaving employees to manage their shortcomings.

    Barcode scanner hasn’t worked in months. Any item scanned comes up with a message that something went wrong. Deleted and re-installed. App is useless if you can’t scan to clip deals.

    Coupon failed. This has happened many times before. Coupons often don't work because of minor differences in the product description, and sometimes they don't work even when the descriptions are exactly the same. The most frustrating part is the amount of time you have to spend dealing with the issue. Their staff often make excuses and then ask whether you still want to proceed with the purchase.

    Great app; all stores run out of food! Within 2 days!. The app is great, for people who are into it. Less great for tech-naive elderly who can’t benefit from any of the coupons, which is pretty sad given the price of groceries. Issue: every location always runs out of products on sale in the circular. Literally the same items go on sale every other week or two. Yet somehow, they always run out of those items by day 2 of a 7 day sale. Who on earth is in charge of logistics? If you know you always run out of sale items, why aren’t you ordering more? The app claims to show items that are in stock, yet that never matches what’s in the actual store. Frustrating to plan a large trip, only to have half of the items unavailable. It’s 2026, how is this still happening?

    Very Frustrating. After struggling to submit the Online Order, I went to the Shaw’s store for pickup. The Check In process was also difficult to navigate but I did finally manage to receive the order. When I got home I found that I was given rotten, inedible produce. Now, the Online Refund Form is not functioning. This App is more problematic than it’s worth.

    Online orders are going wrong. I got all support and it went to the app, but no support page. I have been using there app to shop since 2021 and I have never had an issue with any of those orders. Now, I have had 2 issues. A few weeks ago, items were missing and I had someone else’s items. Today, I got all my items, but received someone else’s order too! I have a small fridge and cannot fit all that in there. I am not allowed to return items. This is a waste of food, time spent having to call and extra distractions for employees having to take calls for mistakes like this. Now someone else will be missing items, and I am told there is no way for them to look it up to find out what order they belong to. I was told the process has changed. Please go back to the process that was working. This is very inefficient.

    Stock up sale items please. Please have enough sale items in stock for customers. I have experience sales item ran out on Sundays. (providing Sunday is the 3rd day of the sales, sales start on Fridays.) Management could offer substitution for sale items instead of issuing rain checks which only good for 30 days but sale items aren’t back in stock yet sometimes. (Maybe think about no expiration on rain check, like S&S) Another idea is to have staff stationed at the service desk rather than have customers holler for them. (No button to ring)

    Lack of Inventory. You advertise so many sales & yet the inventory is too quickly depleted and it’s only Tuesday!Example: Signature Pizza Marguerita and Lighthouse brand Dehydrated Garlic! I order that garlic directly from Lighthouse now.

    Love/Hate it. I do and don’t like the app. I’ve inadvertently missed a digital coupon and missed out on the deal. I’d rather the sale price was just given without a digital coupon

    Mostly great but. So Shaws does tend to have some really good deals. You can get expensive ice cream for half of what it normally cost. Great deal on yogurt sometimes their pharmacies is also one of the only places I can get one of my scripts so it’s a convenient to be able to grab groceries occasionally at the same time. I discovered away through the pharmacy side of the app to earn different points and then use those points for specific coupons so two different times I spent a couple thousand points on a free gallon jug of drinking water. Only those ended up expiring because my local shaws is the only one I’m able to get to only ever has springwater and the coupons were both for drinking so I basically wasted all of those points, which is frustrating to say the least
