   Stop fixing apps so that people have to buy new phones!!!. So tired of all apps being fixed so that you have to buy a new phone to install latest ios in order to use. Many of my apps no longer work because of this. I guess Amazon gets my business instead

   Can’t Delete. After the merge of the old & new Jane.com, the option is there to delete but there’s an error message that continuously pops up preventing the deletion from happening. Customer service has been useless after multiple messages requesting help.

   Quite Glitchy. I’m so glad Jane is back. The app still needs some work. Scrolling is not smooth. It takes several seconds to download each new item when scrolling. Some screens just won’t scroll at all then I’m looking at the same picture/item. I’ll check back later. I’m sure it will get back to the way it was - even better!

   App not working. I’ve a lover of Jane.com! Been a fan for many years! I was super excited for the relaunch of this app and website! I have been anxiously waiting! I have not been able to download/upgrade the new app at all. It just keeps freezing and/or closing on its own. Using the website is just not the same!

    Unable to connect to the app. Something seems to be wrong with the app. I keep getting a “trouble connecting” message every time I try accessing. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded but it still continues to display this message.

    Error Message. Trying to open the app keeps causing me to get an error message that states I need to check my internet. It’s the only app I can’t open so my internet is fine.

    There’s a glitch in the app. Anytime I try to use the app it won’t load. I’ve took app off my phone and added it back the same thing happens. I really like this store so I hope y’all fix what’s wrong so I can still use the app.

    Loved the app but lost it?. I used to order so many things in this app, and then one day I tried to open it and I got a message that it wasn't connecting to the internet and to check my connection. Nothing is wrong with that, so I deleted the app, re-downloaded it, turned my phone off and back on... nothing helped. I don't know what happened, but I'd love to have it back!

    App won’t load. I had my phone wiped out, accidentally. Now for the past month I have attempted to download the app back to my phone and it always tells me there is an error to retry. But it doesn’t allow me to ever open it.
