   Buttons don’t work. I can’t even get started cuz half of the app’s buttons don’t have an action. Can’t “verify for access”.

   Disappointed. I would rate this app lower if I could. They do not have any kind of customer service and no way to contact someone other than the AI

   Can’t sign in. I can sign in on the web version just fine, but am stuck on a log in loop on the app where it takes me back to the log in screen each time I sign in, so I’ve never actually logged in to the app.

   App won’t load profile only asks for new profile. Bugged app opens to new profile page and won’t go beyond that. Needs further bug fixing

   Can’t even start the app. If you’ve already made a profile and attempt to sign in, it will ask for a country/state. Upon selecting a country it returns to the start screen and starts a endless cycle.

   Won’t even let me sign up. I’ve had this app for a week now and I’ve been trying to sign up I type my email and password and than the sign up button but nothing happens

   They don’t allow retired military. They are biased against retired military! E we can’t join!

   Bogus App. I’ve tried everything I can try to order a product from your app. I’ve completed the “Learning Required” section multiple times. There is never a place to select the product for ordering. I have found the product. I’ve selected the product to view. BUT I CANNOT ORDER THE PRODUCT! And there is no means within the app to contact any customer support. And I’ve been trying to find a means for quite a while now. So here is my honest rating in the only place I know of to voice my issue. At least APPLE allows me a voice.

    Bad App and bad customer service. After having an account for 10+ years my account was deleted randomly one day. When I reached out to their customer service they rudely told me that it was somehow my fault and the best I could do was sign up again the redo any brand training I had already completed.

    No longer Rewarding for Employees. The majority of brands you have never heard of. Any worthy brands are no longer available. The ones that are remotely desirable just use Expertvoice to unload the weird sizes or junk that isn’t selling. Anything that you want is never in stock. However if you check the manufacturers website there is plenty of stock. They just want you to pay full retail. I won’t sell a product if they don’t offer any incentive for the us salespeople. I can find better deals on the internet that don’t charge for shipping either.

    Can’t sign in. App has been redownloaded twice just to check and yet I still can’t sign in. I know my information is correct as I can sign in online with no issue. Hopefully they will fix this as I would like to actually get to know the app

    There’s no more discounts. There used to be a lot of brands that offered discounts on products that are applicable and sold at my work, but that’s not the case as of 2 years+.

    Worst App ever.. Aside from the app constantly making me do the same training that I’ve already completed over and over again every time I want to access a brand. When placing an order it is the worst, you have no communication with the brand itself because the order is placed through expert voice, the processing times are extremely long and not to mention…THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES EVER! They are extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.

    Issues. I’m trying to use the app for the first time because I heard some good things about it but signed up and I’m trying to watch the Hills Science Diet videos and it keeps kicking me out of the whole app wasn’t sure if their were technical issues or not. Not very Impressed…

    Never received refund or product. I ordered a heated vest as a Christmas present in early December. They said the mailing address was invalid… an address I receive plenty other mail to. I emailed them a new address and their words were “it’s on the way, now we have to close this message out, but don’t worry your product will arrive” It never arrived and they have yet to prioritize a refund. It’s been months.

    Rude customer service. I work at a retailer and have submitted my paystub multiple times and continuously get rejected. I’m done, this app and the people working for it are obviously a joke.

    Doesn’t deliver product and doesn’t reply to emails. Hello, I would be very careful ordering from Expertvoice. I used to recommend them, but on my last order, somehow the product didn’t get deliver. I am sure it’s UPS issue. But my issue is that ExpertVoice told me it deliver even if couldn’t provide any legitimate proof and then never replied to any follow ups emails. They didn’t even follow up with UPS, nor with me, nor with the company who sent the product on their behalf … They just basically took my money and now let me w/o the product ordered. Followed up 5 times by email but never heard back. It s strange customer service ? Can’t remember the last website I shopped from that wouldn’t stand up for deliveries issues or at least try to help ? It s disappointing that they take your money and then let you down. Not even replying. Just not caring.

    Most of the brands have left. Many of the brands I was interested in working at AT&T have left the app. Such as Zagg and mophie. It is sad.

    Out of stock…. I just answered 3-6 questions for 9 modules to find out every scope I’m interested in is out of stock. Every certification is short lived so you’re constantly jumping through hoops for these discounts. Absurd.

    Doesn’t support vets?. Had this while I was in the Army in Ranger Batt, since medically retired and now it seems it’s locked me out of my account, can log in but nothing shows up and everything’s white, I can look things up like merell but I can’t see it or access my benefits to it since I was medically retired from the army, friends still in can use it though so evidently once you’re messed up and medically retired they decided you can use this app anymore

    The app is broken, have to use the website. I’ve been hopeful that each update will fix the issue the majority of users are posting reviews about in regards to NOTHING LOADING on the app, but it’s still just as broken as ever. In order to see anything other than a blank screen and my profile information, I have to use the website which defeats the purpose of having an app. Developers, please fix it!

    Unusable over a year. The app was good a year or more ago, but currently it won’t let me login. I have tried it on my iPhone 8, and new iPhone 13. All updates are installed and updated app. It is broken.

    Nothing loads. Yep, nothing loads. Can’t even review it. Obviously something is malfunctioning for me. I can pull it up on my computer and have access to study products and have full functionality of my ExpertVoice account. But the app loads nothing and doesn’t have any of my brands saved. WTH…
