   bad. this is the worst company you can possibly deal with… i tried the free trial (i guess) and after i was charged, i IMMEDIATELY requested a refund because it left me negative… with kids in 2026 … they declined my refund twice… after only a few hours of being charged… not days.

    Zab. Do not get this app. They deceptively tell you you get a free trial for a month and can cancel anytime. This is not true. You have to buy a subscription first before you can cancel it. What’s the point of a free trial but to see if you want to invest in the product? I have never encountered this issue before and have downloaded many many apps. There are many other apps out there that tackle insomnia far better than this app does.

    Sleep. Didn’t work for me although I am a hard case. The app told me I slept for 7 hours when I only slept 2 hours, however. I know this because I was attached to a monitor from Duke Hospital. 7 hours? Do better!

    No longer a website that is User Friendly……. I have enjoyed this app for years but no longer use it and don’t recommend it to others. Without a paid subscription you now must sit through a recorded pitch to be a paying subscriber to enjoy their basic free features Everytime you open the app. Completely annoying and forces users to go elsewhere……

    forced gamification. already cancelled my free trial when it wouldn’t let me continue - read: FORCED me - to select a “pact” of how long I would “commit” to using the app daily. I understand the option for those that want to use it daily, but to force people? that’s annoying and I’m already turned off. And the apps too busy for a supposed sleep, relaxing app. I’m already out. Fix your settings.

    Hard to cancel.. Not impressed by how difficult you make it to cancel a paid subscription! I believe it is done on purpose to keep billing your credit card. I think that stinks to the high heaven !!!!!!! I have no idea how I did the trial. Apple? YouTube? Other? You business guys are slicker than python snakes!

    Excessive ads for premium. Used the app for several years and even had a few sounds downloaded. Downloading became a premium feature and the tracks I used now have 40 second ads for premium every time I launch the app. I could understand if I was trying to play a story or something long, but the track I sleep to is a short loop of ambient music (maybe 1-2 minutes max it's just a loop) having a 40 second ad of someone telling me I need to get premium to use the sound I've used for 4-5+ years is quite frustrating. Additionally the back arrow gets placed half off the top left of my screen making it not work half the time.

    USELESS. I can’t even access this app because, in the setup, it forces you to enable motion tracking. When I clicked, “No,” it won’t let me continue the setup process. Instead, it says that I have to go to settings to enable motion tracking, but it doesn’t tell me HOW to do that, and I’m not going to spend an hour looking for the setting when I’m already exhausted and desperately trying to get to sleep. The fact that you’re not able to go backwards a step to setup step tracking and it doesn’t even warn you that you’re not going to be able to use the app unless you set up motion tracking is extremely frustrating. I can’t even get into the app to see if it’s any good, but I imagine it’s a pay app anyway, which also isn’t disclosed, so it’s useless to me anyway. Very frustrating.

    Good while it lasted. Ads ruined it. It was good while it lasted. Latest update added ads to it requiring you to watch an ad to listen to the free sounds. Uninstalled.

    Doesn’t cancel subscription. I thought I had canceled the trial multiple times. To my surprise it didn’t. Just be warned that you have to check if it actually canceled.
