   Can’t Access Account. While I really like the app itself, I’m really disappointed with the customer experience. After not using the app for a few weeks, I tried to log back in and was unable to access my account. My subscription is paid through November, yet it’s prompting me to sign up and pay again. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a way to contact customer service directly to resolve the issue. As a result, I have paid for a subscription which I currently cannot use, which has been very frustrating and feels like a waste of money. I hope the company improves its customer support and account recovery process.

   Scam. My subscription is prepaid until November (i cancelled the automatic renewal) but the app will not let me use the paid features, even though i have a valid subscription.

   Paid subscription stopped working. I loved this app for 2 years until it lost my subscription. Re-linking failed. Buying a second subscription failed. Remove and reinstall didn't fix it. The developer has now been paid for 2 subscriptions that no longer work. No recourse.

   Keeps asking me for My Apple ID. Pretty sure this app has been hacked and is being used as a vector to try and steal Apple ID passwords

   TOTAL SCAM - You will be charged even if you cancel. Don't do the free trial. You'll be charged even if you cancel and they won't refund the $50. SCAM

   Scam with limited options- you tube is better. Congratulations, you get charged for a whole year after your free week for basically 20 or so options. Thanks again corporations - you’ve failed humanity again by lying and stealing people’s money

   Charged without free trial. Apple gave me a refund but these guys charged me immediately instead of giving me the free trial I signed up for. So now I will never know if I like it…

   Over charged!. I just signed up and wasn’t even offered a trial. Subscription said $29.99/yr and I was charged over $50!!! Can’t contact the developer at all for a refund.

   They charge you way before your trial period ends!. I signed up for one week trial thinking I wouldn’t get charged until the end of my trial but no, they went ahead charged me $5.45 5 days before my trial ended! There is absolutely no way to contact them directly so here I’m leaving this review to hopefully get their attention and also so that no one else can fall into their trap! Lying and deceiving app!

    CANCEL!!!!. You claimed it was one touch cancel so I did not have to subscribe. WHERE IS THE CANCEL!????? I’m so upset. Cancel this now! To others considering a download, DO NOT fall for the deception. They will trap you.

    Horrible. This company has no way to contact them. We had an unauthorized charge and it’s impossible to connect with them on email in any of their companies total scam if you didn’t download this app.

    Healingo. I am very disappointed with the app For me it is ineffective. So I attempted to cancel on the last day of the extremely short trial period, (3 days is not long enough to properly evaluate an app with such a nebulously subjective experience in my opinion.) I was unable to use the feedback feature in the app because I was confronted with a pop up regarding cookies that was unreadable to me because it appeared to be written in Mandarin except for several instances of the word ‘cookie’ in English. Because of this language barrier roadblock preventing use of the contact mechanism built in to your app I tried contacting you at your support page with no response. All I wanted to do was get a refund as Healingo did not meat my expectations. An interesting side note is that one of the options in the support section of the app is the opportunity to display your privacy policies, ironically this too is effectively blocked by the same Mandarin language cookie pop up.

    SCAM. This app wakes you up it is invigorating NOT CALMING! Settings have Chinese writing over the top. No way to get to settings unless you click on a Chinese tab which I would NEVER DO!!

    Healingo. I don't see the purpose of this app. I wanted to try this, but I can't even make it past the "how did you find us" option. Seems like on older iPhones this won't work. I'll be deleting it right away.

    Inconsistent, buggy. I’ve asked for a refund with a detailed explanation of what is wrong with this and been shot down twice. This shows me that these developers don’t stand behind their product or care about customer satisfaction. The sound loops are uneven and there are gaps of silence , which, if you’re a very light sleeper like myself, will wake you, thereby completely defeating the purpose of your purchase. Not only that but the volume varies through out the night, another jarring factor. I’ve also set the timer to last 5-8 hours and sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. I also feel the choices are pretty limited for the price of 39.99. Look elsewhere for a better product!

    Why I gave 3 stars. Pros: 1.The graphics are amazing. 2.It takes a little time getting used to but the music really works! 3. U don’t have to look for sleep music at 2am to help u sleep it’s all right there! :) Cons: 1.It’s very woke. 2.There’s a lot of new age stuff! 3.They one have a couple 528 hetz which is what I needed! :(

    How to change subscription?. I got a month long subscription for .99 cent. I was looking for a way to cancel renewal and it told me to go to account services. Please tell me where to go and how to find it. Thank you

    Misleading ?. Given my desperation for an effective sleep aid, I’m more concerned with that than the surprise I got today with a receipt for $40.00 that I did not expect (and is not clearly represented) in adverts for the app upon ‘purchase’.

    Great App. Awesome collection of tools to address any one at a time of the various sleep modes we all need. Need to add ability to set up 3 hours of deep sleep followed by 3 h of healing sleep followed by 2 h of inspirational dreaming for example🙏
